I don't anyone said that the One Sith was going to take down the Republic from the inside.
1.No. We don't need agreement or terms until we launch the invasion and such a thing will be done at that time.Darth Ayra said:

3.We never said we would usurp the Republic from the inside. The message i sent out at first joining stated that eventually when we were ready to would emerge and strike. It has been 5 months since our forming and we have a member base greater than any other Sith Faction, its time to emerge and cause Chaos in the greatest of ways.
