  • The 49th Legion like many other military units was a legion that had defected from the Sith Empire during the conflict that resulted in the birth of the New Imperial Order. Under the command of Zakaria Black, they all share in the sentiment of feeling the need to make up for their actions committed as soldiers on behalf of the Sith, resolving to make the Galaxy a more peaceful place by providing protection and being upstanding soldiers fighting for what is right. While their original numbers are dwindling due to repeat deployments, the veterans among the legion that have been around the longest do their best to take care of those under their charge. The original members of the 49th as well as high-ranking officers are outfitted with more updated armor to distinguish them.
