  • Unit Name: 10th "Oathbreaker" Ultranaut Regiment
  • Affiliation: Ingrid L’lerim-Vandiir (Empress) | Corin Autem (Commander) | Eternal Empire
  • Classification: Heavy Infantry and Combat Engineers
  • Description: They wear the most modern Eternal Imperial armour, but on the armband they do not wear the traditional coat of arms, but their own, which was authorized by the Eternal Empress. This shows that they deserved this with their service to the Empire. The regiment is an elite group; there are not only Ultranauts here, but there are also there are a large number of combat engineers in the regiment. Perhaps the largest number / ratio of these are here in the Empire, but this is not surprising given the task of the group.

Their behaviour is otherwise similar to the standard military behaviour expected in the Eternal Empire, cold, rigid, distant, and obedient to commands. With these they can set an example to other citizens of the Empire. And the 10th is famous for its courage, the saying goes that the bravest soldiers and engineers of the Empire serve in this group.

The team is even famous for not forming a full regimented army because they haven’t managed to fill in the missing units to have five thousand soldiers again.

  • Elite Army: The Eternal Empire's Ultranauts are highly disciplined in combat, making them much more difficult to rout than regular soldiers
  • Heavy Weapons: The Eternal Army's military doctrine of Storm War places heavy emphasis on combined arms tactics and overwhelming firepower. The Ultranauts reflect that and are equipped with a variety of much heavier weapons than most galactic militaries typically field.
  • Loyalty: All members of the regiment are loyal to the Empress until death, their loyalty is unquestionable.
  • Engineers Lead the Way: Combat Engineers are essential to an army's success, responsible with the preparation and deployment of an army's fighting positions, as well as breaching enemy entrenchments, tasks at which they excel

  • Not Stealthy: A significant part of the regiment is very striking due to its armour and equipment, the slightest chance of hiding is ruled out due to the vehicles and weapons they use.
  • Heavy Equipment: Ultranauts are equipped with heavy weapons and armour which reduce their mobility, compared to other similar units, such as Imperial Stormtroopers
  • Manpower: Like the vast majority of organic units within the Eternal Empire's Military, the Ultranauts suffer from a shortage of available manpower, limiting the number of potential recruits and reducing unit size and the overall number of regiments that are available
  • Unreachable Stars: The regiment is a ground formation, so they cannot be used for air battles or space battles, up to a maximum when the battle is aboard another ship. But apart from the dropships and their base, they have no spaceships or fleets.

The 10th is one of the oldest regiments in the Eternal Empire. It is said to have existed when Darth Tacitus arrived on the Kalidan and founded the Eternal Empire. The point is that they are very old and have served the Empire for a very long time. They were trained during Tacitus' personal cult, so a significant portion of their members regarded the former ruler as a god. That is why it was a great blow to them when the emperor disappeared and then the news of his death was revealed.

The team is headquartered on Verkuyl and not on Kalidan. Although the new ruler was one of them, she fought with them and had nothing to do with Tacitus' death (EE knows he was dead), it was difficult to accept her. It took years for Ingrid to gain the trust and support of the 10th.

Corin came to the 10th regiment even during the reign of Tacitus and has been serving here ever since. The regiment has been involved in countless battles and wars in recent years. Such was the mission at Vagar Praxut, here they played a key role. Just as they were later key players in the Eternal Empire's actions they performed in the Netherworld.

The 10th regiment was the protagonist when the Eternal Empire attacked Omni's Castle. But here they paid a high price for the victory. The regiment lost 85% of their men, and lost their commanders as well. Later, after the victory, Corin was given the rank of Major and Empress L'lerim appointed her to Commander of the Oathbreaker during the ceremonies on Kalidan.

The regiment was then partially transformed when two new battalions joined them, along with countless new combat engineers. With a large number of engineers, they were able to perform their task much more efficiently. The newly arriving battalions were already enlisted during L'lerim's reign, so the Empress gained the 10th's full loyalty after this.

The Oathbreakers were also present at the siege of Rhand and the incident at Panatha; they did well in both places, led by Corin. Their biggest win, along with the 267th, was at Danuta, where they dealt a devastating blow to the Bryn'adûl. After that, they even took part in an operation at Zakuul, where the revival of an ancient Sith Lord also took place.

Replenishment and resupply of the regiment is slow, so there are not 5,000 people in this regiment…
