The Lord Inquisitor of the newly reformed Holy Inquisition of the Sith Order, Darth Strosius, idly drummed his fingers along the edge of his desk as he waited patiently. His masked gaze flickered to the crack in it left by his meeting with the other heir to the Pale Assassin and narrowed for a moment, he had forgotten to put in an order for the desk to be tended to. Oh well, just one more matter to attend to later. For now he had more important affairs, the communication console suddenly blinking to life and patiently awaiting his acceptance of the call.

He pressed a button and sat up in his chair as projections flickered to life before the desk, a handful of figures which offered salutes or bows as he nodded his head in return. "Brothers and sisters, the time of waiting is over." The Exarch Salneva Limont's wide grin contrasted against the subtle incline of Principales Skep Klar's head in response. "We have consolidated and reorganized, reformed and reunited, brought together all the remnants of the Tsis'Kaar loyal to the true Sith and let them into our own forces. Now we are one whole, one Inquisition that will ensure the destiny of the Sith is fulfilled. This task has been no simple feat, and yet we cannot rest on our laurels any longer. The time for action has come."

The masters of the Lorekeepers and Darkseekers nodded, the latter solemnly and the former with a great enthusiasm. "This Age of Sith is ours to claim, ours to decide the course of, and after much deliberation and counsel with my own conscious as well as those among you, I have decided our direction." Trierarch Missaa Tanniz shifted slightly, crossing her arms with her bright eyes fixed upon the masked man. "We must grow and expand, and not be limited by the borders decided upon by those that would claim to be our betters." With another button press a map of the galaxy was projected on the desk itself for all to see, with the strongholds of the Inquisition, Faldos and Formos, highlighted.

"Once, long ago in ancient days barely remembered even by the oldest records, the entire Outer Rim belonged to the Sith. The Grumani Sector and even the ancient worlds of the Sith heartland were but parts of a greater Sith dominion which has now been lost to time." Darth Strosius rose from his seat as the borders of the Sith Order were highlighted on the display, but a shadow of the grand Sith Empires of old. They were still expanding yes, but not fast enough and not with the direction that he believed they should be. The higher echelons of the Sith Order would rather sit in their palaces and let the lesser lords bark and argue for planets and systems as scraps of their own powerbases, letting the Sith Order be a slow tide as a result.

"And what has become the legacy of the Outer Rim since the Sith lost their rule of it?" His head swiveled around as though genuinely asking a question, Exercitator Vestak Narveth idly chewing on his lip as he debated whether or not to answer the High Priest's question. "Filth. Crime. Debauchery. Dishonor and villainy are the standard affairs of what was once a sprawling Sith dominion." Disgust and dread in equal measure seeped into his tone, his gaze narrowing into a glare as he gestured towards infamous worlds such as Nal Hutta and Nar Shaddaa. "For too long the people of the Outer Rim have been forgotten and left behind by the rest of the galaxy, left to be enchained by the vile machinations of slavers and slugs alike! Left to disorder and ruin, to become scum and criminals just to survive. An awful fate for any people."

As always the sheer conviction of his words were enough to sway even the usually skeptical among the meeting to nod and agree with his sentiment, Skep and Missaa sharing a look out of the corners of their eyes as their leader continued. "Well, I declare no more." His hand slammed down on the desk to punctuate his statement. "No more shall the people of the Outer Rim be allowed to suffer and struggle! No more will renegade and vile powers be allowed to hold sway and terrorize the Outer Rim! No more will the prosperity and order that the Sith bring be limited by the borders of the Sith Order!" The more faithful and zealous among their number such as Salneva, Vestak, and the master of the Darkseekers, looked rejuvenated by the speech of their High Priest, hanging on his every word with bated breath.

"The ancient strongholds of the Sith, old temples and holy sites alike, will be secured and fortified so that they may never fall from Sith control again." The master of the Lorekeeper's smirk grew into a wide grin as they nodded eagerly. "The people of the Outer Rim will be brought back under Sith dominion, protected and shielded from the lawless ravagers that have held their worlds hostage for so long." Skep and Salneva both nodded, the former in a grim manner as he thought of the resources that would be expended to maintain such a grand venture. "We will bring freedom and security to all those shackled in the Outer Rim, for we are the Breakers of Chains, the servants of the Dark Side, we are the Sith!"

Bows from the faithful and determined nods from the skeptical followed his proclamation, the masked man allowing himself to sit back in his seat. "The Lorekeepers will be tasked with locating and keeping the ancient Sith sites safe. You will be granted resources and forces as needed and as available. Principales, Exarch, you two will head up the expansion from Formos. We have already been waging war against the scum of the Kessel Sector for some time, but now we must drive them out fully and establish dominions of our own to ensure that the worlds around us don't fall back into villainy and become prey once more. Break the slavers and the spice trade totally and without mercy, if there are any pirates and smugglers willing to join our great mission then I trust that you two will be able to wield them effectively."

His gaze then shifted to the Trierarch and Exercitator, both of whom stood to attention as his visor turned to regard them. "Faldos's sphere of expansion will need to be slower and more subtle given our proximity to the rest of the Sith Order. Empyrean's loyalists will not take kindly to us doing their job for them and will meddle in our affairs if they learn of our efforts, so we must make gradual advances only. Trierarch, I trust that your connections and knowledge of the Hydian Way will ensure us safe harbors and a foothold in the criminal underworld. Find us likeminded and willing allies. Exercitator, you will remain under the Trierarch's command but I do expect you to designate a second-in-command to manage and train pilots for our Formos front."

Finally he looked to the master of the Darkseekers who knelt under the attention. "The Darkseekers will be our shield and sword to any interlopers. I don't care if they are of the Alliance, Mandalorian, whatever wretched powers have established themselves in the Outer Rim, or even other Sith not under our banner, none can know of our efforts and progress. Show no mercy and strike quickly to end whatever threats may appear, our great mission cannot be put under threat." He tapped the console and the galaxy map flickered out of view as he folded his hands together on the desk.

"I will oversee our work and do my best to keep the Sith Order distracted from our movements, as well as seeing if any Sith share in our vision and mission. Empyrean may have no obvious threats as of now, but there will be Sith who are not content to bow to his rule totally. I will sort through the rabble and rebellious using the Inquisition and find who is capable and willing to aid us." It would be a slow search and he admittedly didn't expect many to be willing to join in his efforts against the Parasite and the Weed that were strangling the Sith Order, but at the same time he could hardly enact such great change and save the Sith alone.

"Go forth and begin our great work. The Outer Rim belongs to the Sith, it is high time that we reclaim what is rightfully ours."
