- Reaction to the Statements made by Vûm in regards to Warden Primus Ella Nova
The N&Z board of Directors and its internal management team in conjunction with its HR staff have thoroughly discussed the allegations and recent discoveries in regards to one of the company's Directors operating under the name Ella Nova. Pending the completion of the internal investigation in regards to the allegations on the address of the person in question, until further notice they will have their duties and priviliges revoked and/or suspended. While the recommendation from the Vüm was to proceed immediately into a traject of removing the subject in their entirety from our list of employees through means of immediate and unreserved firing, it is not our policy to take any actions with haste without having a complete picture. Should this decision be contested by any public officials, we encourage sending us your protest in writing so we can review the validity of your claim and add it as evidence into the ongoing inquiry and investigation.
- N&Z preparing for one of the largest projects in their history
With the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant having taken custody over the Iego planetary system with its enormous amount of moons located in the appropriately named Iego Mooncluster, the N&Z has managed to snag an important military contract in regards to building a handful of small, self-sustaining military bases within the mooncluster, but in addition to this there is also the order for roughly two-thousand
Avalon Class Orbital Defense Platforms to safeguard the mooncluster. Withan order of this magnitude, the shipyards located at Bescane have been operating on maximum capacity, increasing the need for smaller companies to be reviewed as potential subcontractors for the N&Z.
- Sith Territory Holdings transitioning to the Trade Federation
As part of an economic deal, the N&Z has officially handed over its industrial holdings located on Eriadu and Seswenna to the Trade Federation after talks and negotiations in regards to these holdings and their use in the broader scheme of the N&Z have been held by the Chairman of the Industrial Monetary Fund (The main shareholder and proprietary owners of the N&Z at the moment) and
Lodd Grimmin in their capacity as leading figure of and representation for the Trade Federation. The handover includes the R&D facility on Eriadu, the Shipyards on Eriadu and the mining deeds on Seswenna and Erinar. The Power plant and fuel refinery located on Erinar has not been included in this deal as it was handed over to the local government as a means to handle their own energy and fuel needs and will only have four N&Z engineers being present for safety inspection and quality control until 910 ABY, after which the control of the power plant will be fully in the local government's hands. In return, the assets within the High Republic, specifically located on Druckenwell would be handed over from the Trade Federation to the N&Z Umbrella Corporation, pending an audit on the aforementioned assets and the seal of approval from the High Republic's government.
