- With the disappearance of His Grace, the Marquis of Valkan; Chairman of the Board of the N&Z Umbrella Corporation; Tertius Nargath, the N&Z's upper echelons comprised out of its board of directors, its stakeholders and trustees, have come to the conclusion that any and all approaches to appease the Sith Order and its Eleventh Sith Empire have been deemed no longer solvent nor operationally appropriate.
- With a unanimous vote, the corporation has decided to ensure its selfreliance and selfdetermination through locking the shares of the Nargath household into a trust overseen by Lady Amalia Visconti; Chief Executive Officer of the Nargath and Zanareth Umbrella Corporation. While still maintaining a presence in and around the Seswenna Sector and the Eriadu Planetary system, production and employment figures have been limited to the bare minimum as most of the former activities have been brought to the mid and outer rim, while Bescane, Mygeeto and Corvus facilities have taken over most of the lost production and processing capacity. The Mahporeem Facilities also have taken a higher position within the corporation, where recycling and repurposing of materials has been paramount to lowering the overall production costs for the corporation.
- With the recent acquisition of the Tarsai Vigil has been considered as the first serious step made by the N&Z to effectively build up a presence within the High Republic, hoping to strengthen its corporate ties within the region and to draw in potential partners from the local corporate powers.
