It takes two to tango

Celwis and Crustai, planets which had once been peaceful, vrdant worlds, had been swept up by the old chiss ascendancy and had garnered a strong military might under the rule of the Chiss. Yet as the days of the Chiss ascendancy waned, when the brutal rule of the Iron Empire was but a long forgotten memory and the unknown regions had yet again been left to their own devices for so long, those left to rule the two planets, started vying for control within the region, their hatred for eachother raging through the systems and their military might only growing and intensifying over the passing years. However, it was close to the boiling point of this war, that both planets, in their lust for power made one mistake: they defied the Zweihander Union.

A vessel carrying diplomats from the Chancellor of the Right seeking to establish a peaceful transition just like on Ornfra, had been brutally bombarded and destroyed by the weapons of those who once fought eachother for so long and who had now, in a rage of stupidity, declared war upon those they saw as a wall blocking their desire for power. Spurred on by remnants of the Phantom Collection of Sposia, both Crustai and Celwis set aside their differences with an armistice, deciding that getting rid of the usurpers of Chiss domain was now a priority.

Under the auspicy of peace, the Zweihander Union had found war and when it came to war, it would be the Chancellor of the Left who would make the decrees. The army, the military, the ISB and all wishing to fight for the will of the Union and It's people are called upon to do their duty and to either force the enemy into a surrender or remove them from the equation alltogether. This war would be under the Banner of the Chancellery and would be the signal to light the fire within the hearts and minds of the Union's people.

Objective 1:

Break through the fleet of Celwis, eliminate key locations such as the dockyards, naval command center and the flagship of the King of Celwis.

Objective 2:

Raze the military stations of Crustai, remove their military command and defeat the strong standing army of the Matriarch of Crustai.

The news which had come to the chancellery had been outrageous, some small minor nations had banded together and fired upon a vessel carrying diplomats of the chancellery. rather than choosing for peace, they had dared to ask for war. If it was what they wanted, than it was exactly that they would receive. An immediate emergency-decree had been released, the main fleets of the Union were to prepare themselves, the military had been given permission to dispatch not just a few battallions, platoons or regiments, but the entire first and second army would be demanded to join with the fleets and remove this opposition. The time for preparation had been set on three days, probably the fastest conversion of the entire military and a testiment of the Zweihander Union's readiness to deal with enemies of the state.

"Kronos, send the orders to all top officers from the military, the navy and the ISB...I want this to be dealt with swiftly and without any mercy," Clad in red and golden, with a white masking hiding a face wrinkled with rage and fury, The Chancellor of the Left; Credius Nargath prepared for a sortie with the Bismarck alpha fleet, already taking the elevator towards the boarding gates for his personal flagship; the Usurper. "Have the fleets and the armies prepare, we move out asap."

 

[Haon Hafey]

Some days, all you can ask for is an impromptu naval officer. That was what the Zweihander Union got as Haons blood had once boiled over again. While it should not have registered on an emotional level...it so has started there now.

The impromptu fleet would exit out of hyperspace near the furthest dockyard location, near one of the small moons of Celwis as Haon merely overlooked from the Xiphos Command Bridge. Flipping a small Zillo lighter in his hand a few times, he merely watched as a twin set of unknown Star Destroyers slowly entered view and given a hail to the Xiphos. Haon made a motion to answer it as he touched a few keys to give orders to the fleet.

"This is Admiral Kaoth of the Expeditionary Fleet Eight Fo-"
"Fire."

Then the Xiphos weaponry unloaded along with many missiles being fired from all three Baleen-class Missile Frigates were a total of three hundred missiles raining down onto the second one as the first one was targeted by the Xiphos as an unending amount of firepower started to slam into the Star Destroyer as many squadrons of TIEs started to fill the space between them. After only half a minute, the first star destroyer exploded before them without any significant damage. The second one took a bit longer but once the missiles impacted, it started to hit key structures in a matter of moments, overwelming the defenses before starting to crumble into pieces, destroyed by overwelming firepower.

Haon could only watch as he had an objective in mind, seeing those two Star Destroyers as a mad glint was in his eyes, he turned towards one of the Zweihander Union officers and spoke out a command as the Dirks and the Maitos starts to go past them with the rest trailing behind.

"I want this dockyard captured...I want a living example of this Star Destroyer! Also inform the incoming fleets we have a proper staging area, there is no need to be...gentle with the natives."

Charles was normally a calm eye in the center of the storm activity in the midst of his bridge, but today was not one of those days. Furthermore the Sith swirled with the unusual emotion of rage… this call to war… had pulled him away from spending time with Mir. The poor dear had been through a rough batch of testing and so he had taken her to the park near the ISB and their mutual favorite spot to sit… when he received a communication. He did enjoy a good war, but this, the incident sounded like a the these planet’s had made a choice that equated to a five year old challenging a Summertime Festival Champion… ah… if they wanted death so badly they could have picked a worse way to ask. Looking out the dura steel glass he could almost feel Mir’s hair running through his fingers when he had to ruffle it to tell her goodbye… they would pay for that… they would pay dearly.

”Tranquility send out the message to Credius that the Tomb Fleet is ready to go and Major Kom will be ready to secure a landing point on the planet as soon as we get close enough. Unless you want the Zombies used for their secondary purpose…” There was an edge to Charles voice, whenever he spoke to his Master, he was in charge of the Tomb Fleet after all, and for them he would have to remain calm. He would lash out at his enemies in the end, but it would be with a cool… calm… collected head,

1-Vison's Might​

Objective: Help Charles and proceed to the target.

Tranquility smiled as a holo projector showed her on the bridge. "Message sent" She whirled a couple scenarios in her simulations. "Charles, We should approach with care and in the distraction that is the battle, my stealth ships will launch some drop pods onto the planet full of my droids. Also I can spawn an swarm of drone fighters anytime you wish, please just say the word. " She continued to monitor the situation. Glad there wasn't some rogue A.I here. She started assigning droids to pods and having the drones prep for launch. They needed to be ready to launch at a moments notice. "I assure you that we will be able to go back to Mir in no time. Our opponent has poked the bear and will soon learn the error in its processing. This is further proof that Organics continue to make the sub optimal choice. I can help you transition if you ever want to. There is this droid they say that you can transfer to, it is intriguing technology, though I am afraid your force abilities wouldn't transfer."

Getting the message that Charles Castex ' fleet was already prepped and ready to go on a run with the Bismarck Alpha fleet, with Kom Tum and her strange troopers coming along this may turn out to be quite an interesting squable they'd have with those arrogant frecks from Crustai and Celwis. Acknowledging Tranquility as the one responsible for relaying the messages, The Chancellor of the left requested her to continue holding the lines open whenever possible, to ensure the best possible connection.

"Hmm, what?" Quite the interesting news had been relayed to the Chancellor's datapad and with KRONOS verifying it as truth by localizing the signals, the chancellor could not refrain himself by to smile and chuckle a bit. "To all personnel, we will commense hyperjump to the system of Celwis and Crustai in several moments, engage your hyperdrives and expect to arrive in the thick of war, courtesy of our good pal Haon Hafey ."

That sly bastard had managed to reach that place first, it was just amusing that someone who had only just managed to get out of the thick of combat so recently, would yet again throw himself into the thick of war without question. If the man wasn't a businesspartner, even the Chancellor of the Left would be wary of a person with such vigor. Then it happened, his ship, the escorting allegiance class star destroyers and the multitude of smaller cruisers engaged their hyperdrive, already standing by to shower the enemy with a volley of the forward bow turbolaser batteries to try and punch a hole through the enormous collection of covettes, starfighters, cruisers and destroyers. "For the Union!!"

"Sir, we are getting more ships incoming. Apparently they do not like the job we are doing to the current dockyard."
"Set formation...and fire on the first ship in front of us."

There was a small silence as the beeps would be loud and clear, the Hyperdrive Interceptors were always valuable pieces of technology on board his ships and to them, a great proof of concept. Then rather suddenly, a rather large battle cruiser would appear before him along with several flanking frigates as he merely watched as they came out. Some were old chiss vessels but this battle cruiser...it was....interesting.

The architecture made almost no sense, there was almost no reason for this ships design, the entire battle cruiser was aligned with flaws from having only forward weaponry to the obvious sections that could easily be broken off. Yet despite all of this, the fleet was given the order just as they were told, everyone to converge all firepower onto this monstrosity of a battle cruiser. Several blasts from the quad turbolasers, missiles firing all over as starfighters screeched past from their respective vessels to intercept. The Battle Cruiser would open back with its own turbolaser arrangements as it had a huge salvo of firepower up front, smashing into the Xiphos as the shields would slowly drain as frigates would slowly turn around them, releasing old chiss designed starfighters.

"Corvettes and Frigates, concentrate on their frigate support and starfighter, we will hand-"

Then an awful screech filled into the room as the front screen would shimmer and parts of the ship would blink in and out. Now Haons worst fear was coming alive...someone was hacking into the Xiphos. Going to a nearby console, he started to do an override procedure to where all commands could only be input on the bridge and locked down all ports. Thankfully this was successful though the holo-projector would come alive to a very unusual image of a giant floating head as it spoke out after a small screech once more.

"We are the Holowans. Your defenses are meager and will perish. We are immortal. You will Die here."​

Then it ended rather suddenly to a shocked Haon, what in the world was that? The species to him would not even be on record as the Xiphos rocked lightly as it fired a proton beam cannon directly at the Xiphos near the left section, cutting a small hole into the ship as the sirens went off. The frigates and corvettes were doing their job well...question was, could they get an upper hand before it was to late?

”Fair enough, then once we are given the order to jump I want the Tomb Fleet to form to up and try and come out of hyperspace in a position which based on our intelligence….” Pausing he thought and looked the hologram as he realized he was about to ask for her to pull off something complex, ”Tranquility can you bring the Tomb Fleet out of hyperspace a few seconds after the rest of the fleet and put us at the flank of any enemy formation? Yes I know it is risky, but if you think we can pull off I trust you and you know the Captains of my Fleet trust you too. Then we can form up in my usual Theta Omega Beta formation and began heavy missile suppressive fire… except this flag ship is to turn everything it has to turning every ship… station… and satellite into slag. No survivors…”

The Sith seemed more like himself now that he had calmed down, and was back to the usual constantly planning and micromanaging dear that Tranquility knew him to be in his command chair. Fingers typing out and flying over screens, he took off his mask absent-mindly more focused on the set of maneuver’s he wanted to pull off, when the A.I mentioned her stealth bots. Clapping his hands together in a manner that fit Mir more than Charles the male stood up and mistakenly hugged her hologram, stepping back as he scratched the back of his head awkwardly and simply chuckled, ”The Zombies… Tranquility this is the perfect time for them to prove themselves. Help them… use your droids to clear out all anti-air and as many heavy vehicles around the landing zone. I will live it up to you to pick a good one Kom trained those boys well if you pick a place she and the Zombies will defend it until we can reinforce them…”

These orders had been given in transit, the offer given to him by the A.I. was interesting, and in a way it reminded him what his master was after, but without flesh and blood could he truly provide Mir the warmth of a parent he felt needed to be? Still, ” Yes they have poked the mama bear indeed, but really a chance at the same game of trying a longer life just like a certain mutual friend of ours? Tranquility it is not the Force abilities I fear losing it is the ability to provide Mir with a warm hug at night of a human body if she is scared. I will tell you what… should it be a matter of life or death… consider this my permission to save me with the least loss of what I am now as possible. The same goes for Mir… I would rather the three of us be A.I’s of some sort living together in a computerized existence than death if it can be avoided. Now that I think of it… Tranquility file this conversation under the same level of encryption that you do the development of my arm implant. Just between us… look into the… possibilities…”

The way Charles steepled his fingers showed he was planning something, far beyond this war, but that didn’t distract him from the job, ”Captain, signal the fleet they are to fall out on Tranquilities orders and by her calculations… and proceed with mine whenever the ships come out into orbit… now fighters piolets too your ships… I want the Wraith’s ready to deploy from the Crypt…” The Wraith was becoming an affectionate term Charles used for fighters…

1-Vison's Might

Tranquility held them in hyperspce, adjusting their destination and making the course adjustments instantly after Charles gave the order. It was fun being the ship, you got to experience space in ways, you wouldn't otherwise. "Noted and secured in encrypted folders. " She held their course when they suddenly appeared outside of hyperspace in an hot and already occurring battle zone. They were just where Charles wanted them to be. She was glad it worked. The Sentience and the Visons Might cloaked and vanished from sensors and view as they proceeded to go on their mission while everything in the tomb fleet was left to charle's orders.

Lines of communication were held open per the Chancellor's orders and the battle had started. Who knew where it would end.

[Haon Hafey]

The frigates and corvettes were in a winning battle, fending off the worst from getting close to the Xiphos Battlecruiser but the fight between the two battle cruisers...were getting bad in a hurry. Another proton beam cannon shot ripped through and made a hole near the right side of the Xiphos as alarms blared over a hole breach. Something need to be done...and quickly. Haon looked over the battlecruiser before him and studied it for the weak points he noted earlier and started to issue commands to hit the weak structure areas with ion cannon shots and turbolasers, focusing fire.

Upon a keystroke of a command, all the turbolasers and ion cannons would start aiming towards the turbolaser areas on the Battle Cruiser, all the areas held by mere durasteel beams as it was completely concentrated. One by one, sections of the battle cruiser before him would start breaking off and parts of its own structure started to go with it. Haon would keep issuing commands as each section was destroyed, sometimes four orders ahead as the entire ship before them was starting to get dismantled by blaster fire piece by piece.

After a while, those in the specialty TIEs would start to see the Battlecruiser before them starting to erupt in flames across the screen. Another Proton Beam Cannon ripped out and shot towards the Xiphos but missed barely, only saved by the grace of that Battle Cruiser falling apart. Another ripple explosion would occur until finally, one last explosion at the mid section occured and then...nothing. Silence. The frigates they were facing along with the starfighters would cease operation as they stopped working. Reports would come in over immobile starfighters and frigates. Haon was cautious as operations were underway simply over the dry docks as he issued a command.

"Want a boarding crew on each frigate to access if it is worthy of being pulled. I want the main computer disconnected. All starfighters are to be destroyed except one of each type designated, they are to be tractored into the Xiphos. You have your orders."

 

[The Lord of Hunger]

Upon entering the system of Celwis and Crustai, the Chancellor of the Left immediately got his fleet caught in a hailstorm of weaponry fire and missiles, with Haon Hafey apparently having punched through the Celwis fleet to try and target the dockyards, Credius and his fleet were left to deal with the brunt of the surprisingly cohesive Celwis navy. Deciding to just try and play the superiority card, he relayed his orders to the other ships in the fleet, with the Allegiance II class star destroyers ordered to hold a defensive perimeter around the Usurper, while the smaller kreuzer class cruisers and Loth Wolf frigates were ordered to try and perform swift landings on the planet of Crustai, to make sure that the troops of the first and second army would be able to do their job. In order to escort these ships, all starfighter squadrons aboard the Usurper and the two allegiance class star destroyers were ordered to escort the troop carriers and make sure their drops would be succesful and as unhindered as possible.

Credius knew this would not be an easy task, even if they had superiority in space, if the enemy got any wind of their plan, no doubt they'd quickly reorganize their fleet to best combat the very idea of an invasion force being dropped on the planet of their now current ally. To make sure the Celwis navy was distracted, Credius made sure to hail the Flagship of the king of Celwis, yet so far there was no response, making it look like the Celwis fleet was acting coy.

"Sir Haon Hafey do you need any support in taking that dockyard?" Looking at the situation, Credius would be more than capable to have Rear Admiral Charles Castex take the helm, while he'd have the usurper punch through the Celwis fleet to aid the corporate asset of the union. "Prepare the Apollyons, have Captain furnost and Ravellon retreat from their position on my mark, we'll be targeting those carriers from the Celwis navy...crippling their starfighters' ability to sortie is our best option at the moment."

Himm'vaun'merek watched from the bridge of the Sanguine, an Allegiance II-Class Star Destroyer part of the The Lord of Hunger ' fleet which had arrived alongside Charles Castex ' Tomb Fleet. It had arrived to subjugate Celwis. The Captain was a relatively new Union officer and watched as the fleet hyperspaced into the system. He was a proud man and a good officer, it was no wonder he was given the ship so soon commission. He turned into the bridge and gave his first orders. "Helmsman hold the ship in position, nav get me a layout of the area. I want to begin scanning the enemy ships. Comms send crew to action stations." he said and the officers began their tasks accordingly. "Warfare begin charging weapons batteries and bring our shields up. I want you to give me all the info we have of our enemy." That was the call to Vaun. The captain had taken the custom of calling all of the bridge officers by the first part of their position. Vaun was the warfare officer of the Sanguine and he was given the role due to his Chiss heritage. He knew the enemy and it had made him a valuable asset. "Turbolasers are charged and shields raised 100% sir." He said before picking up his datapad and walking over to the officer. As he walked towards the captain he heard the alarm begin to go off and the voice of the comms officer come through the speaker. "ACTION STATIONS ACTION STATIONS. ALL CREW TO YOUR DESIGNATED BATTLE STATIONS"

"We're facing the Celwis fleet, a symbol of strength among the Chiss who live on the planet. It consists of multiple ships of Chiss design and is led by the self declared King and Aristocra of Celwis from his personal flagship." He said showing the Captain his datapad which showed the image of the King's flagship. "The ships are crewed by the Aristocra's private army, the colonial phalanx which was highly militarised during and after the time of the Chiss Ascendancy." he continued before allowing the captain to speak. He nodded before looking out the window towards the enemy fleet. "What kind of ships can we expect to face?" he asked Vaun. The warfare officer proceeded to pull up an image of the carriers used by the enemy fleet. "These ships have been labeled as a priority by the Chancellor and hold vast numbers of starfighters. Like Chiss Star destroyers they have no specific command structure and posses the iconic dome structure. Reports have also come in from Haon Hafey 's fleet of a large battlecruiser of unusual design. " The captain nodded said "That will be all warfare. Back to your station"

Vaun nodded and returned to his station near the gunners. He could only hope the information he provided would be suffice for the Captain who was now looking back out through the viewport, likely drawing up a strategy in his head. He then turned back to the bridge crew, Vaun listened intently to what could be his next task. "Comms, notify the starfighters prepare to launch. Nav, get me a scan of all enemy carrier ships and send them to Warfare. Warfare prepare to lock onto those ships once the Usurper gives us the green light." Vaun nodded at his orders and brought up the enemy carriers onto his screen. He turned to the gunners and spoke. "Align the turbolasers and electrothermal railgun towards those enemy craft. We need to be able to fire as soon as we have targeting lock." he said to the gunners who did as ordered. Outside the charged weapon batteries turned towards the enemy fleet, ready to unleash all hell on the enemy carriers. All they needed now was the order to fire.

"Actions Stations Action Stations. All are to your designated battle stations"

Fleet Admiral Tristan Evore was not a fan of alerting crewman of a warship of an upcoming battle by screaming into a PA system. It unnerved the crew, and causedman excessive amount of stress before a battle. It was particularly useless. Yet, it still served a purpose.

"Weapons free, Captain. Authorization Alpha Zulu 78 Ninner Ninner. Open a channel, broadband transmission"

A Lieutenant nodded before the captain could respond.

"Attention Warships of Celwis and Crustai, this is Fleet Admiral Tristan Evore, Acting Supreme Joint Chief of the Zweihander Union. Recently, we offered our hand in friendship by sending ambassadors to discuss your membership into this Union. And what did you do? You shot it. Your attempt to defy us has been met with failure and has lead to your demise. Godspeed, idiots"

Tristan then turned back to the Captain. "Don't we have a resident Chiss expert here. This isn't like them. What the hell is wrong, don't they appreciate strength?"

"Ready to jump to hyperspace sir." Ben nodded "Go." The dark empty space quickly turned to an open battlefield of chaos. "CONTACT!" said a bridge officer. "Deploy starfighter squadrons One through eight. Captain Kresh, Captain Formorst and Captain Frenick, you may fire at will." Ben stated calmly. He watched as the battle unfolded, "Deploy the 34th Assault Detachment and a Legion of Executor troopers to the surface." The commodore nodded barking out the orders.

As if there was more needed, more battle cruisers were detected on scanners...clearly mad possibly by how he struck out against one of their best and blew it to pieces. Though around that moment, the other fleets would start to appear behind and in front of him, watching them fire at their proper targets and destroying those in their path. Haon would breath a sigh of relief, it was a risky and bold move but it was necessary. The Xiphos was damaged but it could still fight if need be and the dockyard was now going contested when people tried to hail him.

"Ah Credius, greetings. Perhaps I do, we are starting to have a Star Destroyer in their bay trying to come online...if we disable it, we may be able to copy what it is and turn it into a proper weapon. The soldiers on board are already getting close but I fear they will succeed so whatever can be done will be quite happily and most gratef-"

"Reality Exists only in the Mind!"​

Then another loud screech would go through the Xiphos as power started to fluctuate. That message would seem to be broadcasted as sirens wailed throughout the Xiphos as there was a mass droid uprising inside the Xiphos. Haons eyes would go large as he spoke rather quickly as he pulled out his DL-56 from his holster.

"Sithspawn! Credius tell everyone to lock down all ports to their mainframes! I think these people developed an AI, it is trying to take over the Xiphos and most likely replicate to everywhere else! Kia, your in charge! Haon out!"

With that, Haon would rather move quickly through the ship as now two people have permission. Activating an RFID card on his chest, it would open any blast door designated as he approached. Weapon rooms were completely locked down and the whole vessel was on high alert. Now was the time, for most people, to panic.

”Excellent Tranquility very good now I would like to start to move on to phase Beta and Centari at the same time. I want us to start tracking for any cloaked ships, mines, or weapon emplacements. Can’t be too careful, oh and find that flagship we were told about in our orders, I am not here to make any deals. I want to see it burn… for taking something as valuable as ‘time’ from me.” The Sith realizing that he was getting off into semantics turned his attention back to the battles as the fighters began to deploy from his ships. The good thing about using a battle maneuver he had drilled into the fleet meant that the number of fighters and their protective positions around the fleet was also deployed like clockwork. Three fourths of the Slinger Infini MK I’s took flew out to a medium distance away from the fleet and a short distance away, making sure to not get caught up in the explosions of the missiles from Charles fleet,

”Oh what is this, Lieutenant can you confirm what I have on my screens in front of me? I believe that is one of old Imperial II Star Destroyer” The officer from the radar stations looked over towards him, ”Yes sir scanners show it as one and Miss Tranquility can probably … I am guessing you want that gone from your screen?” The Rear Admiral chuckled playfully, ”Oh you know me too well. All long range weapons are too began full bombardment of the enemy ship, flak guns and smaller turbo-lasers continue supporting the fleet. It is time to put the fear of us into these fools one by one…” What followed as everything from Apollyon down opened on this single ship, the glee on Charles face only grew as its shields were washed away… and the hull torn apart to open space. The command to cease fire and move on to the next target wasn’t given until what was left was nothing, but hunks of useless metal.

Sighing softly… Charles bloodlust stated slightly by enjoying another spectacle of death presented to him by his beloved flagship. As he waited for Tranquility to find his prey the Sith decided that it was time to begin phase Centari, and so he had his communication officer send an encrypted message to both Credius and Ben’s flagship, ”I will soon be landing the 13th Assault Infantry Division to secure a safe LZ for anyone who wishes to start landing their troops on their land. Major Kom and her boys won’t disappoint in their maiden battle… any follow up landings to invade outward and secure the planet from the LZ would be appreciated.”

Things seemed to go rather well, with both Admiral Ben Craig showing up to fall in line and Tristan Evore in his position as Fleet admiral closing the ranks completely. At this point, it meant that it would be the Fleet admiral who would be the one directing everything, as long as he had the Chancellor's ear. Making sure that the communication would be going smoothly, th Chancellor ordered his communications officer to open up the holonet commlinks to all present admirals' flagships, to ensure a combined and coordinated effort would end this insidious act once and for all. However, as soon as he had the officer set up the links, it was Haon Hafey 's voice that rang through on the comms.

"Very well, sir Haon, have the..."

The Chancellor of the left paused with his response, hearing the voice on the other end through the comm and hearing the corporate backer's explanation was enough. Artificial Intelligences always were a pain in the ass to deal with, certainly if they had no strings attached to them. Looking at the communications officer, Credius let out a sigh. "To all captains of the Bismarck alpha fleet, any ZEUS controlled ships, surge forward, analogue ships fall back and close off your external systems and sensory array, fly on full manual."

When the Communications officer gave him a thumbs up that the comms had been set up, the Chancellor looked out of the viewport of the bridge, seeing the beauty of combat shots bouncing off of shields, ships crumbling under the force of his armada and the glory of the Zweihander Union, yet the enemy was strong, relentless and courageous. It was truly a pity that such good men and women had to be put down for the sake of peace. "Admiral Ben Craig , Fleet admiral Tristan Evore and rear admiral Charles Castex , the enemy has let lose some sort of virulent Artificial Intelligence, while the fleet of Celwis takes priority, I want you to find a way to counter this invasive attempt to lock down our fleets."

1 - Sentience


1-Vison's Might

The Sentience snuck forward and launched its pods now as many droids as could fit inside of it were hurtling towards the planet towards key positions. Their goals was to disable defenses. Tranquility gave orders to rejoin the Tomb fleet to her other copy as she began the game of electronic warfare. Organics had the habit of making poor imitations of A.I like her and calling it thus. This was not A.I it was just some sort of virus. That is what Tranquility decided as she began flexing her robotic muscle.

The droid brains and various other computers that hosted copies or Tranquility herself began to spin as she began her assault. Thankfully she was allowed on the machines, it let her get in quick and begin to defend and counter. Her sub routines stopped the replication with a lack of space. It was a dirty trick but it worked. She then began her attack, probing the enemy A.I. Various ships infected would find things no longer dire but still all their computer systems were pegged. Tranquility tried to focus on letting crucial orders go through despite her own battle.

Primary Objectives: Objective 2- Raze the military stations of Crustai, remove their military command and defeat the strong standing army of the Matriarch of Crustai.

Wearing: Usual military commando style gear, not much for standing out in officers clothes.

”Alright men you know our orders, secure the area and hold out for reinforcement or die in the process… everyone fights and nobody quits or I will kill you myself…” With an playful grin the Major jumped off the box and was already running to the nearest transport, the mere movement was enough to start the loading process of the Zombie’s if her words of encouragement didn’t spur them on, ”Come on you apes do you want to live forever…” Charles had done well to bound them into a brotherhood that came from a morbid beginning… and it was Kom that was the glue who held them together. The Amaran took up her spot in the drop ship as ‘Hammer’ formation began to slip from the Tomb Fleet in such a way they would be covered, but were close enough to the planet to start sending down dropships. Charles had warned her they would still be exposed while it space… given the nature of the battle Hammer formation was now the thinned out and exposed right flack of the Tomb fleet, but given the nature of their mission… it was not surprising to her…

Slowly the hanger bay doors opened and began to deploy the dropships from the Pallbearer, these were escorted down first by frigates, and then by ten squadrons of interceptors that would stay in the area and also protect any of the support bombers from the Tomb Fleet that had joined the Hammer Formation. As they entered the atmosphere Kom sent a message to Tranquility, ”Tranquility… what is the stats of the enemy defenses around the LZ…” She got her answer instantly as the pilot yelled out from the front, ”Major we lost dropships 2 and 3… taking heavy fire from anti-air…” Kom’s order where sharp cutting the man off, ”Then order all drop ships… to fire all ordinance before landing… I don’t care if it is danger-close. Unless you receive an counter order that a gun has been hacked by Tranquility don’t stop…”

Explosions lit up the ground below as the Zombie’s landing craft came down, some from the landing craft and some from the rockets of the support bombers… it didn’t matter because as soon as the ramps hit the door. Kom and her men came out shooting, cutting down anything in their path, as they took up defensive positions. It was just like they practiced… the more ships that came down… the bigger the perimeter got, and for now everything seemed to be going ok. So she sent back the message to Charles at the fleet, ”Anytime you want have those troopers come down here and reinforce this LZ Charles… that would be really great. I mean I could make this place a retirement home, but I was never fond of Chiss with a death wish… hey someone shore up that left flank!”
