- Repulsorlift Engine - Each of the lightdaggers has a miniaturized repulsorlift engine capable of supporting independent flight at typical speeds of 250 m/s. The lightsaber shotos can be remotely controlled by Lucia via a bio-hexacrypted, wireless connection, often done via neural or droid interfacing.
- Gyroscopic Stabilizer - Each of the lightdaggers has an integrated gyroscopic stabilizer, which improves their stability in flight, ensuring that the blade stays aligned with the target.
- Aerial Assault - Much like Lucia's katanas, the Zeilla Lightdaggers are optimized for throwing and ranged attacks. Each of the lightdaggers has a repulsorlift engine which is capable of independent flight and a gyroscopic stabilizer that keeps them balanced in mid-air.
- Void Stone - The synthetic Void Stone integrated into the Zeilla Lightdaggers makes them extremely difficult to detect or counter via the Force. However, since only a minute amount of the material was incorporated into the weapons, its effects are largely negligible in disrupting a Force-sensitive individual's overall connection to the Force. The radius of Force disruption is only just wide enough to cover the lightdaggers themselves, thereby protecting them from the Force.
- Cortosis - The use of redundant non-dimetris circuitry in the activation loops makes the lightdaggers highly resistant to the deleterious effects of cortosis.
- Laser Sword - A lightdagger is still a lightsaber at its core. As such, the weapons are capable of cutting through most, if not all common materials with little difficulty.
- Reinforced Hilt - The hilts of the Zeilla Lightdaggers are cased in Fyrirdögun, making them very resistant to lightsaber strikes and other forms of attack.
- Material Limitations - The Zeilla Lightdaggers have no particular specialized enhancements or amplified power settings that would push them beyond the strength of a normal lightsaber, even with the power adjustment system set to the maximum setting. As such, lightsaber-resistant materials will naturally present challenges of varying degrees to the weapons, depending on the material in question, its thickness, and a host of other factors.
- Reach - The small size of the Zeilla Lightdaggers, even relative to other weapons in its class, implies a lack of reach in melee combat and makes them a poor choice for defense. These weapons are meant to be thrown and used at range.
- Unconventional Weaponry - The Zeilla Lightdaggers are unable to reflect sonic blasts, particle beams, paddle beams, or slugs.
- Shock Pulse - Ion or EMP pulses may knock out or disable many of the lightdaggers' special features. A particularly powerful discharge may even shut off the blade(s) entirely.
- No Fly Zone - Repulsorlift jammers are one of the most effective counters to the lightdaggers' flight capabilities. They can negate the repulsor fields generated by the engine and subsequently slow down or even ground the weapons to varying degrees of effectiveness depending on a number of factors pertaining to the repulsorlift jammer in question, including power quotient, distance, intensity, and yet more.
Named for the Zeilla flower native to Tenoo, the Zeilla Lightdaggers were Commissioned by Lucia Naberrie with allowance from her master, Darth Xyrah. Optimized for ranged attacks via throwing and independent flight, have more than a few unique properties given their purpose and intended wielder. As they are designed for a gynoid unable to connect to the Force, they feature a number of features which prevent them from being manipulated by hostile Force-users and turned against their wielder, including integrated Void Stone dust and a trapped grip.
With their completion, Lucia Naberrie began an effort to hone her skills in the lightsaber arts, under the tutelage of her master's right hand general, EG-X. It is with these weapons that she hopes will assist her in becoming a truly exceptional Jedi killer in service to her master and by extension, the Kainate's Eclipsing Mission.
