DESCRIPTION
Zcenery Is Not Obscene, often shortened to ZINO, is a non-profit organization built to raise awareness to the galaxy and engage in activism on Belazura for a number of grievances held with the planet's status quo.

ZINO has a small cabinet of leaders, with most operations conducted by so-called Z-Runners with minimal direction. The Z-Runners function often as local organizers, with more trusted and capable Z-Runners taking on special assignments that can sometimes toe the line of legality. While the purpose of ZINO is neither terrorism nor criminality, it sometimes acknowledges that legal processes are too slow or incapable of the action necessary to see their goals come to fruition.

RATIONALE
The violent replacement of her father as Governor of Belazura planted a seed in the heart of Zenitha Chuma, eventually prompting her to create a holo-vid to showcase the horrors that Diviak Manfloon had wrought upon her homeworld. ZINO was born in the heart and mind of the deposed heiress long before she managed to build it for real.

An eventual partnership with Luminous Sun provided ZINO with the funds and access to ignite. Zenitha Chuma serves as its face and nominal head, with more functional leaders in the background along with Luminous Sun and other parties with a vested interest to see tourism, not mining, become Belazura's primary industry again.
