Where Valor Sleeps

Well…that got a reaction. By the way the malevolent anti-Siobhan was glaring at me, I guess my home truths were not welcome. I’d also been far too explanative without enough cryptic nonsense. Also, since my writer is trying to maintain tone, they reckon I went overboard. Well pppbbllbt to you!

“And you listened to him? Look, Shibby, I got to go. I’ve got tea with the Prince of Westphalia at 10. But yeah, they’re all fine.”

So off I went. Vision sequence requirement fulfilled! At least I didn’t have to do a vision sequence on SC this time. Those are frickin’ creepy. Or one on TGC. Well…no one goes there anymore. Except Mak. Urg.

Siobhan stared dumbfounded at the space Kalinai had vacated. For a moment she just stood there, hope clearly warring with disbelief and resignation. Then she started walking. "Where do you think you're going?" the shinily malevolent anti-Siobhan demanded.

"Out. If this is all in my mind...if I'm just here because I'm despairing...there has to be an exit somewhere. Even if I have to revisit every single painful memory, kill every person I killed again and beat up...all other versions of me." Siobhan said coldly, not bothering to look at her.

"You think you can go back to her? You're on the brink of death. There's no miracle here. And you know she's better off without you." Suddenly the scenery shifted and there was a flash of white light so bright it was blinding. Once it dissipated they found themselves in a stark white room, with no doors and no windows, devoid of furniture.

Siobhan's jaw tightened in anger at the sight but the other one continued, looking smug. "You know you will fail...again. Shadow will pull your strings like a puppet."

"Perhaps...but I'm not leaving Tegs. And...I'm sick of talking to you. You really think I'd listen to myself?" at that she suddenly reached out with her mind and seized the other Siobhan by the throat, invisible fingers wrapping around it in a crushing grip. She was raised into the air and brutally smashed her against the wall. Repeatedly. The entire room shook under her telekinetic might as the wall crumbled. "I have been broken and humiliated. He dared to try and hurt Tegs. I will return in kind every blow. I will shred my adversaries, pull their eyes just far enough to turn them towards their mewing, mutilated faces. When I'm done...he will be dead...and not come back." She stepped through the very large hole she had blown into the wall. Behind her the ceiling was torn asunder and came crashing down. "Now that's better." Who knew where she would end up now...

Couldn't help but feel each bone being set. Knowing that she had to block this part out and soul forces. Looking down at the most damage of the frost bit skin. Taking a few deep breath as she would have to do this with out the aid of her own herbs. Closing her eyes as she let her smooth finger tips to the dead lifeless skin. Taking a few deep breath to the fact that she couldn't help but have something else come rushing over her. Let herself see deeply into the skin. Finding the layer of skin that hadn't die off this would be her anchor of bring the skin back to life.

Slowly brought more life back to the small patch of skin working her way upwards to breath life back.

While Maya did her healing magic on Siobhan HK was still busy doing his surgical thing,

Scalpel went to work, and forceps, setting Sio's bones and tissue,

Finally HK would take another implement as he announced in his dull voice once more,

"I am moving on to bacta tissue restoration technique, beginning squirting the goo on Siobhan's chest."

Some of the medics chuckled and snickered, HK looked to them.

"What?"

They didn't said anything, just shaking their heads and muttering something as they were working on their own things, helping Sio and polishing her nails or something.

"Hrm. As I was saying, filling Siobhan's cavity with my gel."

The medics snickered again,

"What?!"

HK looked to them again as his hand moved to apply the bacta injections

Squirt-squirt

Snicker-snicker

The start to bring the dead cells back alive. Coming out of the deep trace she had put herself in. Knowing now how deep down the frostbite.

You nurse get my leather bag bring it in here.

Didn't know how this HK doctor to be. Getting her hands on her back she started to pull out bottles and herbs along with some seeds. This was going to require more of these herbs plants. You there yes the one that's enjoy this little amusement, give me some assist over here, now sweetie. Do what I show and tell you. Taking some of the purple vile as she touch it with her figure tips it came alive glowing. "These are my babies"

Laying now some of the red tough leaves on the more damage of the skin, taking off the cap as she let her force reach out touch a few of the micro organisms. Putting three drops on the leaves. Showing how she wanted the leaves place on the different part of the bodies, then putting the drops on each leave with a dropper.

Now if everyone is done getting their jollies of snickers, lets have quiet.

Closing her eyes as she went deep in her trace again. Finding herself to bond with these organisms as they was more of helpers through the force itself. Little by little came what seem that the soft glow of the leaves coming alive again. Taking them deeper in the skin layers as she let them do their a wakening. Closing each dead end on each layers then working upwards. Beads of sweat come from her brow.

While [member="HK-36"] the eternal eunuch was getting the chance to live out his fantasy of filling Siobhan with his gel, the Ever-Colonel was continuing her trip down the memory lane. One wondered how many memories she would have to relive before she ended up in something metafictional like an eternal waiting room, which this writer considers a far more efficient form of torment than simply being bomarded with disturbing visions or being put on the rack and cut open. In any case, she might have escaped the white room and crushed the malevolent anti-Siobhan, but the Fade was not done with her yet. It could only be speculated whether there might be some sort of lesson involved in all this, or whether her writer just felt like writing long conversations with themselves.

There had been a flash of light that enveloped her as she left the white room and when she could finally see again she was beneath the hellish surface of Gehenna. Never would she forget the planet that had been the site of what some called her greatest victory, though it was closer to the truth to say it had been a Pyhrric one. The tunnel were long and dark, everywhere the detritus of battle could be seen. Dried and fresh blood stained the walls and the ground, littered with mauled, charred and scorched corpses and burnt-out armoured vehicles. Carcasses of arachnids, dead bodies of Omega soldiers and Reavers, often mutilated and burnt by searing flames, the ground coated in blood. The stench of death and decay was strong here, such that it was almost choking.

The altars where the Bando Gora made their sacrifices had been thrown over, but the bodies of those who had been presented to the Dark Gods, represented by perverse statues and idols, could still be seen. In one case the heart and innards of what had apparently been an Omegan soldier were splattered across the ground, the poisoned dagger still embedded in a chest that had been ripped open. Animalistic screeches, those of Reavers could be heard, amidst the sound of gunfire, explosions and the rumbling of tanks across the ground.

She soon reached what seemed to be the positions of the Omegan soldiers who had established something like a forward command post. She moved over skeletons as she advanced, each footstep cracking under the hard floor, soon enough she realised that the entire floor was made of bones as she came under the shadow of towering spires of the Bando Gora's temples. Fire and bolts, both physical and made of energy, flew everywhere, flew through the skies as armour-wielding Bando Gora, the Chaos Knights, faced the Angelii and the heavily armoured elite troopers of Omega Pyre. Bodies and shrapnel flew through the air as traps sprang to life and ripped soldiers to pieces. Heavy guns on both sides roared as artillery strikes thundered and hit home. Thick clouds of smoke and dark arcanic fire rose up into the air as the Bando Gora priests chanted and performed sacrifices of human flesh.

Rounds flew everywhere but none could harm her. Those that hit her just went right through, for she was just an apparation. Those soldiers with her had no such luck, and so they dug in and used the rubble as cover. Hoplite tanks and heavy assault walkers advanced and opened up a deafening roar of fire, the ground shaking under them, but many of them had been blasted by anti-armour fire. The Bando Gora had brought giant arachnids and daemons of rock, given form by Sith alchemy, to the field.

"Comm says the 7th ODF is bogged down and our artillery has taken heavy losses to kamikaze attacks. How can we break through the Bando Gora lines without support? The path is filled with traps and the place is crawling with enemies. Ammunition is starting to run low. I know we have orders to press forward, but our armour is at quarter strength, casualties are mounting. We can't, Exarch. It's impossible. For every Reaver we kill, there's ten to take his place. Every Omegan who gets captured is transformed into a Reaver and turned against us. We need to pull back," a female ODF officer clad in scorched duraplast battle armour and with the rank insignia of a colonel spoke up as Siobhan reached her, having to shout to make herself heard over the cacophony of sound.

Not far away from them the ground shook and a crater was blown into it, corpses flying everywhere, when a mortar round impacted. "Reavers, left flank! Roast them!" a sergeant cried out when suddenly out of the shadows a horde of Reavers charged, to be met with volleys of heat that leapt out of the nozzles of flamethrower, encasing them in fire. Everywhere there was fierce combat at the periphery. The firepower of the Omegans was great, but so was the viciousness of the Bando Gora and many a soldier was ripped apart by them before finally the beasts retreated under intense bombardment from the few tanks this brigade still had left.

"This is Gehenna...the final battle. We had to charge. It was our singular opportunity to wipe out the scum and win the war. Waiting for reinforcements would give them time to strengthen their forces and strike at the forces we had committed elsewhere in the caves. We were stretched thin across the tunnels as it was. The losses were terrible, but that's war," Siobhan spoke, more to herself than to anyone else as she recalled the memory. It was all just in her mind. "We took stormed the position, then linked up with the Iron Knights and took down the Machine Cult."

"This is madness! We won't help by throwing our lives away on a death charge. Too many Bando Gora, too few of us. We already lost thousands just getting into the tunnels. They keep mauling the rest of the division with their beasts and suicide attacks. The fleet can't give us reinforcements while the space battle is going on and they've taken severe losses. You can't possibly ask the troops to go forward." Reavers pounced and grabbed an Omegan soldier who had gone to far ahead. Before his comrades could react he was being dragged into the shadows. An explosion and screams were heard as she pulled the pin of a grenade and blew himself up, taking them with him. Limbs and innards flew everywhere.

"If you ask us to charge, will it make any difference? Will our sacrifice mean something?"

"It'll help win the war and that's all that matters. Many will live because of that. You came here knowing many would not make it back. There will be no retreat, no defeatism."

"Or is not just for your personal glory? Hundreds will perish, almost twenty thousand by the end of the day when you tear down the mountain and kill Abaddon. Almost the same number will be MIA. Many will never be found and left to this hell. You will survive, of course...as you always do. Broken and close to death, but you will get to live. Was it worth it?"

"Yes. I understand now," Siobhan said thoughtfully. "This is all a...test. Perhaps meant to keep me trapped in the void, or to make me face the choices I made. Spent a lot of time with self-doubts, wasting time with moping. Treated the Butcher as...something separate from me. I'm done with it. The answer's yes. War's hell. I made mistakes at Roche...and Gehenna, but you don't win battles, never mind wars, without sacrificing lives. I feel no guilt about that anymore."

"So if you could fight the battle again you would do the same? And you will do the same when pursuing Shadow? He is far more powerful than they are, more cunning and his agents are numerous."

"You know the answer. I'm the Butcher of Roche."

"Very well, we will attack." Apparently now the vision had shifted and they were back to facing the actual situation. "The Bando Gora are using slaves and captives as human shields to cover their forces. Many are loaded with explosives. What are your orders, Exarch?" Now that she mentioned it hundreds upon hundreds of slaves could be made out forming lines in the rubble the temples were being turned into, serving as cover for the Bando Gora Reavers, some of them still children. Many had glazed eyes that made it look like they had been drugged. Fear and terror were written over the features of those who were still lucid.

"Kill them. It's a mercy," Siobhan responded coldly. If you tried to save everyone, you wound up getting everyon killed. This was not a mission of mercy, but a campaign of total annihilation. "Bombard their positions with artillery fire and gas. I will telekinetically punch a hole through their defences. Two assault companies move in a flanking manoeuvre. You're the anvil. Flamer tanks break up concentrations of Reavers. Attack and don't yield. Suffer not the Reaver to live."

"Yes...Exarch," the officer saluted stiffly.

Battle was joined and then there was slaughter amidst the cackling laughter of dark gods, who would soon have ample souls to feast upon. Death's Scythe reaped a bitter harvest. In the end the Bando Gora would be annihilated. Many would not live to tell the tale, but such is war. In her battle with the Dark God she would tear down the entire mountain and rip its ground open, exposing rivers of lava into which Bando Gora and Omegan soldiers alike would be cast down into the fiery pits of hell. In the end the apparations vanished into thin air and she was left alone again. Undeterred by this and splattered with blood she walked on through the twilight realm of the void. Somehow she had the absurd feeling that she could use a cigarette right about now.

"Kerrigan is a hard woman, Cyar'ika." Ordo responded to his riduur and friend, "and she's loved a hard life. If you geel pain I can guarantee it's a mixture of her own and the friends that have been there for her. They called her a battering ram and battering rams done carry themselves. Probably should keep your gloves on."

Ordo reached over and rested a hand on his riduur's arm. She was a good woman not many would jump and run to help someone they barely knew just because they heard the words "sick" and "help" strung together. The galaxy was strange place buy when it through people together it sure enough knew what it was doing. He adjusted some buttons on the com station and sent a brief message to [member="Tegaea Alcori"] announcing they would be there within the hour...

The ship soon left hyperspace and made a fast path toward the designated landing area.

"Are you ready for this Ri'ika?" He said standing and putting on his buy'ce.

Mia managed a weak smile up at the space elf. "I can do gore, just...not like that, is all." she nodded "Yeah, I'm Mia." she was going to ask for the woman's name but Tegs joined her before she could. She sat forward and rested her elbows on her knees. "Thanks, I appreciate it, but I'm, um, I'm not one for talking about stuff." Her eyes lifted to stare at the operating room door.

"On manda'yaim, we have a phrase. K'atini. Loosely translated, it means 'its only pain'. Doesn't matter what they hit you with or how, you've got to get back up and keep fighting. Pain is only pain."

She could feel her brother arriving in the system, a small smile came across her face and she closed her eyes, reaching out to him to greet him in the force. Before coming back to the two she was with. "What can you two tell me about Shadow?" If she couldn't leave and pursue him, then at the very least she could get some intel while she waited.

"Kaida Taldir, Captain," she said as introduction to Mia before responding to Tegaea. "Thank you, Lady Alcori. You and your wife have been good friends to Kaeshana," she spoke. Truth be told she did not mind Tegaea, even liked her to a degree, given how she had risen up from nothing to where she was now. Something that did demand a degree of respect from someone like her given her background. She just could not stand Siobhan and as a matter of fact found her entire personality tremendously offputting.

She made no comment as Tegaea and Mia spoke.. She was not part of the 'brutally tortured to the brink of death by a sadistic Sith' club. Her people did have...rather vicious punishments for those considered 'heretics' though. The sort that could teach even a monster like Kaelin could learn from. Many of those had been abolished when Anya Venari ascended to the throne.

"The Angelii have the same credo. We suffer blows but rise up again," she said. Her comm alerted her to the arrival of the Mandalorian ship that carried Ordo and Rianna. The Valora's Blade was on patrol and the foreigners' vessel had been cleared for landing. The knowledge that the Eldorai's own warships were in space brought a measure of pride to her.

"I'm afraid I cannot contribute much to that compared to Lady Alcori. Lady Kerrigan mentioned him in passing as an ancient Sith Lord whom she fought in the past. She described him as a master of manipulation." Kaida and Siobhan had never been close. At Omega Pyre the Eldorai had been a mere Corporal and not been interested in 'getting to know' her superior better. "It is said he...possessed her once. She mentioned something to that effect when OP faced cases of mind control by Bando Gora sorcerers during the war." The exact details were not known to her because frankly she did not need to know.

Tegaea smiled ruefully. “The strong silent type, huh? Befits a Mandalorian hero. But honestly, same with me…I’ll say no more though on that.”

“Shadow…he’s an ancient Sith Lord. Sio said he’s thousands of years old. He’s a snake, a liar and a coward, but powerful if cornered.” Tegaea was not at all biased here. Not at all….

Kaida’s mention of the possession was something she’d rather not even Mia knew. She gave the Eldorai a warning look there.

[member="Tegaea Alcori"], [member="Mia Monroe"]

This one could wax endlessly about how what happened to Sio was not at all undeserved, but they have resolved to rant less. No matter how strong the temptation.

Regardless Kaida caught the look, though it did not affect her. "I should get back to my duties, Lady Alcori, Ms Monroe." She gave both of them a nod, then turned on her her heels. "I hope she recovers," she added before departing from the corridor. Presumably she did have some actual work to do.

Rianna listened it was good to know something about the woman she was going to try and help. As she heard the words spoken by Jas'ika she heard respect in his voice, overlapping with touches of concern. She smiled gently her husband was so much more than his armor.

What he told her made her quite aware that yes keeping her gloves on may be a good thing. One touch, a flash of a memory and who knew what she would see the problem of psychometry it brought images up that could be shocking, gruesome, and debilitating for her.

"I am ready Jas'ika" Rianna grabbed her medical bag, something very simple. She had the feeling that many had brought all kinds of devices to look over Siobahn Kerrigan and judge her injuries. Rianna brought her skill, and the force and hoped it was enough.

She reached for Jasper's arm preparing her mind for what was ahead and remembering how difficult this would be on some. They walked down the ramp, and headed toward their destination. Rianna pulled back her presence to keep her empathy quiet and not have the emotions of everyone overwhelm her.

[member="Ordo"], [member="Rianna Ordo"]

The couple would be greeted by Kaida, dressed in full battle armour and with a lightsabre dangling at her side, at the head of a unit of Angelii, clad in their traditional ornate red armour but armed with sarixi and modern bolters. They would be greeted by her with the traditional Eldorai salute, right hand over the heart.

"Field Marshal Ordo, Master Ordo. Captain Taldir, welcome to Kaeshana. Thank you for coming. They've begun operating, but your aid will be very welcome. Please follow me," she said politely but without wasting time with smalltalk. Her capacity for that was a bit limited. So she turned on her heels and would lead the Ordos away from the landing area towards their destination inside the hospital. Security was very tight, with heavily armoured Firemane troopers on patrol, but she waved them through.

Outside the operating room they would presumably find [member="Mia Monroe"] and [member="Tegaea Alcori"], while inside [member="Maya Whitelight"] was doing healer things and [member="HK-36"] was squirting gel over Siobhan.

"I'm not a hero."

Mia caught the warning look that Tegs shot towards the Captain and pursed her lips, waiting until the Captain had taken her leave. For a moment she said nothing, getting to her feet she fixed Tegaea with a hard stare.

"I'm walking around with the memories and knowledge of a four hundred year old sith in my head, Tegaea. For all I know, there could be a part of Velok in me. Siobhan knows that, she still trusts me. You keep information from me about Shadow, about his capabilities, then I'm not going to be able to help you. All I'm going to end up being is another victim for him to use because I went in without knowing all the details."

She looked up from the woman as [member="Rianna Ordo"] and [member="Ordo"] were led towards them. "Su cuy'gar, ori'vods."

Kaeshana never lost its beauty. By what Satara saw so far, she could believe it. Dathomir was an endless resource of one's planet's capabality to amaze so she could believe another world could equally make believe her she could find a world to truly amaze her.

They were expected, [member="Tamara"] pointed out and made her raise from her seat once the pilot acknowledged their arrival. Satara followed her fellow Dathomiri to the sickbay and made note of the comment of the stranger female. Tamara called Siobhan a great woman and hoped the Witch could do something. That made Ma'tra glance down at the female that appeared to be rested. She didn't know her and being secluded as a resident on Dathomiri she didn't have a chance to get to know her. But somehow, Tamara's words were enough. If the former slave considered the woman to be great Satara would take her word for it.

A redhead already there present, though Satara didn't notice her at first due to the sick one, asked them to examine the Siobhan woman and to tell her what could be done. Her knowledge of Galactic Basic, Satara, once she was able to take her turn managed to read out all the fractured bone, soft tissue trauma, burning and cuts. The amount of injuries troubles her, though witch magic could handle the issue. It would take time though, Satara knowledge. Satara also read through the additional damages, which also included the mechanical eye issue, lugs and brain oxygen deprivation and even the severe text of the heart. The Witch quickly noted than that her magic could help the natural humanoid issues but not what was not of humanoid nature.

The presence of another female made Satara turned her head. The female called herself Healer Whitelighter of the Silver Order. Her head snapped at the droid [member="HK-36"] for a second as he began to speak and spoke her attention for a moment though, not quite uncomfortable with a droid performing the surgery. As much as Satara tried not to be judgmental, a droid performing in this situation made her quite uncomfortable.

Satara glanced at the redhead, [member="Tegaea Alcori"]. Satara took notice of all the healers actually present there before she finally addressed the addressed the redhead: "I can stop the pain, awaken the unconsciousness stop the bleeding, close up the wounds or give her strength from myself in order to for her to use it as her own strength. This is the spell I can use," Satara pointed out to the female. It was a powerful spell but one that would also take from herself. It would give her the strength she need to heal what was keep her in the state she was in but given the trouble, it would take more than one try. "But it will take more than try. My spell will lash on to the strongest of pains this woman suffers and work on its. After that one, it will work on the next one." This was the way the spell worked.

Duly reproached, Tegaea looked at the ground.
"I'm sorry, Mia. It's just...well...not something we obviously are proud of. I didn't want to think of Siobhan as having failed that time...but you're right of course. Darth Shadow has considerable powers of mentalism. He can create illusions and even control other minds through suggestion and false leads."

Fortunately another person had arrived, this one was the Clan Mother Satara. She had been sent a message that she was coming. Tegaea climbed to her feet and nodded respectfully.
"Anything you can do, Clan Mother, will be greatly welcome."

[member="Tegaea Alcori"]

"You have come further than anticipated. Then again it makes no difference," the voice that spoke these words was very, very familiar to her. The timelessly calm, indifferent tone that never changed, no emotional inflection, making it sound hollow. She knew who it was even before the slender figure of the blonde woman stepped into view. Moira Skaldi looked the way Siobhan remembered her from her days in the Omega Protectorate and the Rebel Alliance.

To see her was revolting. An overpowering anger bubbled up inside her like a volcano about to erupt and she blindly lashed out. A torrent of lightning shrieked from her fingertips and cast the entire room in an eerie light as it blasted the machine...to no effect. The apparation simply shimmered amidst the light before the storm died down. "I'm afraid your method of dispatching me inadequate. I am very much not here. Merely a figment of your mind. Interesting that it should conjure me up...but of no consequence."

"I should've killed you ages ago, queen. You were in on it with Shadow, weren't you? You made that HRD for him and provided the bolters for his machines! Let me guess, Maelion's with you. All part of the 'process all organics' plan? I'll crush you and tear you to pieces when I wake up!"

"You might think that, I couldn't possibly comment," spectral Moira responded indifferently. "I daresay you should have killed me though. Equally, OP should not have made be head of intelligence. If I were mystically inclined I'd say it was the Fates or that 'Force' guiding their hand. But I am above such superstition."

"Oh, don't you ever shut up? So...what's the point in ghost you showing up in my bloody dreamworld? Got another 'the reason you suck' or 'not so different' speech? I'm getting bloody tired of those."

"Oh, we are very different, 'Countess' Kerrigan."

"Right, you are a patently superior machine construct of pure logic and reason...except humans made you in their image and designed you to blend in. Gave you very human beliefs...like thinking you're the pinnacle of existence and should take over the galaxy. Well, Clockwork got thrashed and I'll tear you apart. And every machine you've built."

"Very dramatic. Boldly you shall ride and well into the jaws of death. Organics are always undone by being dominated by their...feelings. I would never doubt your commitment to...the mission though."

The scene shifted in a flash and suddenly they were in a dimy lit chamber that resembled an interrogation room any holovid viewer might recognise from certain holoseries such as 27. A figure was strapped to a chair, wrists and ankles expertly bound and chained. The woman was emaciated and dressed in a pink overall. Arcane tattoos and vicious scars were etched into her still sharp features and her blue-white eyes were those of the Bando Gora, darkside corruption evident in them. Her teeth were razor sharp fangs, showing her as one of the Garhoon vampires. She had clearly been beaten and looked malnourished, thirsting for blood as she dried up to lick up the drops on her bruised lips and dripping down her chin. A collar was slung around her neck, it kept her from accessing the Force.

"You're wasting your time. With every moment that passes your annihilation comes closer. End me if it pleases you, torment me, ascension awaits me at the side of the Chaos Gods," she spat at them defiantly, fanaticism showing in her corrupted eyes though to a degree it seemed like she was trying to convince herself. "Soon the insignificant Protectorate will burn. A new order shall arise...wild and untamed. The fires of Chaos will..." she did not get any further in her diatribe because suddenly another figure stepped in, a past Siobhan dressed in a finely pressed OP uniform.

She reached within the vampire's chest. Bringing up an image of the woman's lungs, carefully irritated them, forced a few spasms within. They'd be painful force her to cough, feel like she was drowning, choking. "Rules are simple: We ask questions, you give us the answer. Now...I ask again...where is Gehenna?" she demanded.

Astaroth, High Priestess of the Bando Gora, for such was her name, coughed violently as she was overcome by painful spasms as she was shaken by the onslaught of power. "You think...pain will make me...betray the Great Ones? Gehenna will be your grave...their tech.."

"Will tear me apart? I killed the Champion of your God of War. Your god will die as well," Past!Siobhan's grip tightened and for a moment it become so tight it felt crushing. Astaroth found it hard to breathe, almost impossible as the telekinetic fingers violently wrapped around her lungs. A surge of anger overcame Siobhan as she poured her will into the motion before she finally released her.

"The dead tell no tales," Past!Moira spoke blandly. "Your databanks are in our hands. Your companions are already breaking. One way or another, we will get what we want. As for your 'Gods'...a faithful acolyte would not have been taken prisoner. You have disappointed them. Where is Gehenna?"

"I am amused. You oppose us...but are no different. You let the Butcher of Contruum work for you! You draw on Chaos as we do. Truly a lawful Protectorate."

Past!Siobhan's jaw tightened before she gestured to two minions. A bucket of boiling hot water was forced down the throat of the vampiress, who shook violently and cried out in pain as it burnt her. "Don't like the taste of your own medicine, do you?" this Siobhan snapped at her. "We can keep you down here endlessly. As a matter of fact, I might just throw you in a cell on Belsavis and toss the key away. Just leave you there with a couple of rats."

"Do your worst! If you have it in you. I remember how your elf whore squealed when..." the sorceress began choking. Very, very violently. Bones snapped and then broke with sickening crunches. Pure rage could be seen reflected in the eyes of Past!Siobhan as she unleashed it upon the high priestess.

"Ma'am...we need her alive," Past!Moira intervened. Finally she stopped herself.

"You want death...got news for you, it's not coming," Past!Siobhan spoke, her words dripping with venom and hatred, giving a nod to this Moira.

"I recall you having an interesting phobia," the blonde spoke indifferently. A minion brought a cage full of rats. Very hungry looking rats. The sorceress visibly recoiled as the cage came closer and she was forced towards it as the door opened...

"She was difficult to break. But in the end she gave us..."

"I'm finished with you. With you...this place...Shadow. I'll crush you, whatever it takes. You and your Sith friends. You'll all burn. You can keep your 'visions' and 'dreams'. I'm done with is. You tried to hurt Tegs and will burn for that. Nowhere will you be safe from me!" Siobhan snapped angrily amidst the screams and cries, blotting it out. "Now go. I want you out of my head!" The Force burst across the room and the ghostly apparations flickered, dissipating.

HK glanced to Maya as she took out the fungi and begun to press it and leaves to Siobhan's blackened, frost-bitten skin,

"You know-"

The droid begun in mutter as he glanced with his red photoreceptors towards Maya,

"If an infection sets in, I will find you."

He would go back to squirting slowly in neat, precise lines of bacta gel inside Sio's open chest, repairing slowly the blood vessels and tissue,

"Keep me updated how the restoration of her flesh will continue, just in case there are complications with the frostbite."

The droid would ask Maya before looking to Satara,

"Clan Mother, I will actually need you to focus on restoring Siobhan's blood vessels to keep her from enduring brain damage, I have already stabilized her condition, and begun on restoring portion of her vessels, but together it will be done quicker and minimize any internal bleeding."

Just as before, although he was looking at Satara, his hands were working as if independent of his body, still being as precise as ever.

"Siobhan's pains are already numbed with the narcotics we had her on, natural remedies of course, it may interfere with your magic in her, as Force breaker interferes with one's mind. Besides, if we conduct redundant procedures instead of coordinating together we will not be bringing her to health any quicker and instead we will just waste energy we could put to good use."

He would look down at his work in Sio's cavity, before glancing just briefly back to Satara,

"So, Clan Mother, help me to help Sio and focus on keeping any bleeding to minimal and restoring her blood vessels, please?"

As with the lines of bacta he was conducting initial mending of Sio's bones and organs by squirting the precise applications of bacta onto Sio's wounds and ailments, the droid connected himself with built-in communications to the intercom of the operating room, that way he would be able to speak to Tegaea outside of the sterile room.

"Madame Alcori, have you had any news from Nyos Val? If Siobhan will need to have her cybernetics replaced, or new ones installed, he is the best around for that, his work can be better than even what I could whip up in here, Strongly recommend him."

Just a short reminder for when they'll be concluding the surgery, cybernetics come last, they should worry more about saving what Sio has rather than replacing it with mechanical curiosities.

Satara nodded to [member="Tegaea Alcori"]'s word and moved closer to to [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"] before realizing the droid was now addressing her. [member=HK-36] needed her to focus on restoring Siobhan's blood vessels to keep her from enduring brain damage. He also took the time to explain what else he had done with her, the narcotics he had injected her to numb her pain.

"The medicine will wear out eventually but for now, I understand what you are saying," Satara said and moved around Siobhan's body before reaching the top of the head. When it came to blood vessels and the brain, the Witch understood exactly how it was important to prevent the blood hitting the brain. It could risk one of them going off in the brain. She also knew the two key ones lay in the woman's neck and through them, the effects of the spell would spread out in both directions.

But know all this was only half of the battle, the Witch reminded herself and place her palms against the sides of Siobhan's neck and began to concentrate on the blood vessels inside the girl's body before she began chanting: "Audi verba venefica vetustissima invoco deorum aut tincidunt dolor aut excitare hoc creatura aut prohibere sanguinem aut prope vulnera, Vetus ventos colligere, hoc fac me anima meae virtutem." The spell itself have many applications already sawed into the words however key was the strength she would be providing in order for it to be so powerful while her concentration on a particular task to channel it properly.

As the magic flooded through her, Satara concentrated on the blood vessels sending out her energy. A few moments passed as she gathered it all and sent to Siobhan, only for the Ma'tra to repeat the spell again: "Audi verba venefica vetustissima invoco deorum aut tincidunt dolor aut excitare hoc creatura aut prohibere sanguinem aut prope vulnera, Vetus ventos colligere, hoc fac me anima meae virtutem." Through the work of the spell, she could feel magic spread through Siobhan's body mending the vessels themselves for the blood to flow through them normally.

(Hear now the words of the witch, I invoke the oldest of gods; stop the pain, awaken this creature, stop bleeding, close wounds; Winds of old gather, let me share my strength with this soul.)

Coming to gather herself together to look up at to HK when said something. Want to be soft spoke as she was with dealing with anyone even one that wasn't breathing. Respect for all being teaming with life from within or just something of cold heart tin metal being. If this one really seem to have no bedside manners. Oh, I think maybe you need to focus on your task at hand, then to worry about ...

Not finishing her own thought out loud. Not she was here from the silver jedi she would act respectful as a healer being very humble in nature. Finishing the first layer as it would take time to soak up the micro organisms. They wasn't fungi or even a virus they was created by nature to be healing aid to those that knew how to communicate with them. This little break give her enough time before that one that had enter the room with the two different color eyes to start her healing touch. [member="Satara Hawk"] Even those she couldn't remember if given her name out or if any of those in the room spoke it upon their lips. Giving a very respect nod of the head.

To hear those strange words that herself didn't understand come from Hawk's own voice its what she felt flowing in the force as to work some unseen magic. To each their own how every she had gotten herself curious. Only to be brought as that as the focus had to be on [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"] to reverse the frost by damage. It was her empathy would be flowing around the room, in moments not knowing how others was feeling or wasn't to the fact she could get spikes of pain from from her.

Going back to healing the frost bit areas she had started with the blacken deeper part first to work on the others parts of her body that the skin still had a bit of life left in its under layers down to the tissue itself. This wasn't by any means going to be a hurry up job be done, not this would take some time and doing. Inside herself she felt the light and strength come from with in. Each little bit she brought back to life there was still more that need her gentle touch and nudging in the force. Using more of her supplies of both the leaves and also of the droplets of the real workers busy. They would be the bond that would hold it together but also became her. In a way she was leaving a part of her inside of her to mend long after she be gone.
