We Came in Like a Wreeeeecking Baaaall{Mandalorian Invasion of Dromund Kaas}

Sith Citadel, Kaas City
Objective: Repel the Mandalorians

TeeDee's objectives were always simple: win. Though the master had left him to fend for his own here in the Empire and then come back when the time was right. For now, he was just another loyal commander of this glorious Empire. The tactical droid sat in the cockpit of a lurching AT-TT marching through the middle of Kaas City right before the Citadel. Multitudes of other ground vehicles and walkers trailed him along with massive battalions of Imperial Stormtroopers and their heavy weapons.

"Column, halt."

His walker slowed to a halt before the massive courtyard in front of the Citadel. "Vehicles, disperse and begin patrolling phases. I want Infantry to fortify this area and begin establishing sentry lines and forward outposts. Get some forward observers deployed now." And the Imperial war machine began churning its gears that instant. Platoons of Stormtroopers began fortifying building with heavy E-Web cannons, blocking off alleyways for optimum crossfire coverage and observation. The vehicles began milling through the city along with infantry escorts in search of the Mandalorians who'd strayed too far from their dropzones.

It had began. War had erupted.

Nick was currently running in the sith academy. He was in the library and tried to take cover for a pretty long time. He saw a few off the guards running hopelessly around until he all of a sudden bumped into a woman *Boom* Nick fell on the ground and quickly grabbed the book while sliding away using only but his feet in order to create distance, "I am sorry... Do not attack me please.." He was still an initiate who did not have the time yet in order to work away that he was taken in by the sith yet and still had thoughts about his family. The person, he bumped in was not a mandalorian, It was one of the other sith, He looked at her, "Miss, what should we do? They basically have the entire academy surrounded, it will only take approx. one hour in this current speed it would take them to take over half of the city already.." He told her quickly standing up and looking at her at all times. He was currently showing that he was pretty smart but that he had a lack of battle experience.

Basaba Willamina

A'den and Alor be aliit Willamina
Dromund Kaas Orbit

Basaba geared up as she looked upon the assortment of weapons. Her river rifle, a boar railgun, two rippers, her beskad and a grenade launcher with force breaker and anti force user grenades. All were secured in the drop pod as she climbed in. Gilamar had called her Alor and while an honor she checked her crushgaunts with a clenching of her hands. There was going to be many sioth on the planet and securing her helmet a smirk came upon her face as she slid the helmet on. Her bes'bev going to her side and the pod closing. Her sneer settling in while the helmet was over her.

Then they were free falling in the pods and Basaba looked while they flew down, the feeling in her guy from gravity taking hold and the impact rattled her teeth but then the door was open and her eyes quickly adjusted to the light. Her ears to the sounds coming while the river rifle and grenade launcher came with her. Her pistol and sword already on. The railgun on her back and she fired the grenade launcher into a siths throat as the anti force user grenade exploded and she moved faster. Adrenilene pumping and her ears hearing that white noise, with a leap a second round was fired into another group then a third as the force breaker gas came out. Three more lobs and Basaba had a small area cleared as she held the river rifle and took aim.

Her finger squeezed the trigger with a grin as the shots laid into the sith coming at her and she looked at the main target. The citadel the seat of Imperial power and everything that would matter in the end. "This is Basaba prep the prefab bases, when I give the signal line up and drop them on the emperors throne room. Dressed in my white Mando armor, in the ships as they came down to land on the surface. I stood behind a Tusken Mando as he came out. Carrying my rifle in my hands a spare vibrosword in case I ran into any Sith, and my twin pistols that were placed on my thighs. Once I came out of the drop pod that smashed down into the city of Kass, I looked to the Tusken, "Lets take out their AA' and defense systems." I didn't want to waste time. I was here to make the battle run more smoothly. Taking out the AA would allow more of our ships down, and anyother defense systems. allowing us to get in and fight the Sith hand to hand, making a very long fight, into just a long one.

"Just a suggestion" I didn't know what rank he was, and I was not one to be going around commanding people. Yet.

Pale put down the last defender of the Citadels entry way. As he drew the blade out of the mans helmet a coating of blood came with it. It felt good seeing it. Much like the old days for what he remembered. "Lets get these doors open boys. We'll give em a show too". One of pales men passed over a bag of grenades. Not any ordinary grenades mine you. Class A Thermals. These destroyed entire buildings. And one or two would rip a hole large enough to drive a Sandcrawler through. Well, with the added crumbling of the walls anyways. Pale drew out two grenades, cause why one when you can use two. "Go". Pale's commandos jumped off the barricades and made for the left side of the building. To be safe from the blast zone. Waiting ensued, to give them enough time. Clear enough, he activated the grenades. Throwing one in front of each of the doors. They ran a minute long fuse. Lots of... Pale turned about to see the walkers a short ways off in the distance. "Kark, they're faster than I anticipated". Time was wasting on those fuses. The Pale enhanced his speed through use of the Force. Clearing round the corner with time to spare.

3... 2... 1... *BOOM*

The massive explosions ripped the face off the Citadel. Forging an entrance for the Mandalorian's to charge in. Not to forget the symbolic symbol it represented. A scar the Sith will never forget. The Pale ran around out to the open to view the damage for himself. He was elated with what he saw. "There defenses are broken. Let the slaughter begin"! Pale raised his blade. "Charge"! Rousing battle cries sounded as they scaled the rubble. The main entryway was scattered with debris and bodies. The fools hadn't known what hit them, the others. They didn't have time for they were vaporized.

Pale tapped the side of his head to relay the news to the others. "Gilamar we've blown open the gates. Soon their fortress will be a heap of ruins. We're advancing inside". Pale screamed as the comm link cut off, he was bringing his blade down on some unlucky fools shoulder.

"AHHHHH" Allison charged into one of the sith as she grabbed the saber wielder and spun around. Her ears catching the snaps then the shlick as the body went into a crowd of troopers and the arm remained. She had her weapons on the sled but for the moment but she didn't need them as while the arm beat a sith with it. Her full form stood tall as the squad with her took their places and Allison tossed them up onto the roofs of the place. They could move faster and she was the target as one of the turrets came off the sled and Allison held it. Let the gun woarm up and then as the sith came around the corner she let loose a flurry of shots. Takign in the sight of @[member="stardust"] and @[member="Verd Ordo"] she raised an eyebrow and spoke. "You two get over here and into cover. Grab a rifle and take down all that you can. PLant explosives where needed."

Sith Citadel, Kaas City
Objective: Cause Havoc

"Then that is the objective." He said plainly in his gruff accent. He didn't understand everything he was trying to describe, but he understood exactly what needed to be done to them. He only had two frags, which obviously wouldn't bring much down, but he'd kill the troops between them and these AA cannons as his vod described. However, there was the significant dilemma of @[member="TD-30"] mobilizing army.

"Avoid the big ones." He informed his brothers, eyeing the mechanical abominations the sith had a likening to use. He held his Gaderffii in one hand, as he pulled out his Flechette pistol and fired into a squad of Stomies.

A figure stood from the balcony of the citadel, a smirk on his face as he watched his former allies storm Dromund Kaas....

"Let them come...." the figure in black robes said quietly. The majority of the Sith were off Kaas, trying to take out the Republic. The Mandalorians would likely claim victory... But Nick was going to make sure that they suffer as much as possible.

The Sith Knight drew his duel bladed lightsaber. Leaping off the balcony, he pressed one side of his saber into the citadel wall, letting it act as something to soften his fall as he planted his feet on the wall, skidding down toward the ground... He saw two figures that he recognized, and his heart burned with utter hatred and contempt for the two... Ah, they would do nicely. Yes, they would die first....

I nodded my head at the Tusken Mando. His words gruff and semi-hard to understand, but the point got across. Leveling my rifle at some stormtroopers, I fired at the visor. The weakest part of the armor. Getting one death after another. With the Brother mando saying to stay away from them, I had a feeling that we would face one sooner or later. Preferably later. Running after the Mando that was considered a Brother to me. "Go, I'll cover you." Popping up from my crouched position, I fired on another group of stormtroopers. This battle was already on its way.

His second drop, and his second fight with the Mandalorians. Like many of the others that were out on the field, he was an expendable. A member of Clan Ordo that decided life on Manda'yaim was just too boring, a life in the Mandalorian Super Commandos too demanding, and so he had hit the stars. Worked a few jobs with the Black Sun, a few jobs with the Hutt remnants...He was a mercenary and a bounty hunter by trade, but he was no more of a warrior than any of the men he had dropped in with.

And they were all dead.

He alone was alive from his small group. He didn't know any of them personally, but they had been his brothers and sisters in arms. He would have died for them just as they had done for him, and now he needed to repay their sacrifice. Standing over the body of the Sith Imperial officer he had just killed he looked towards some of the buildings. His pod had flown off course, and he was now neck deep in enemy territory. With a heavy sigh, he shifted his gaze to the left, activating his range finder. Sliding over his visor his HUD lit up with various IFFS, the closest being 5 clicks south of his position. Looking back to his his fallen comrades he said a quick Mandalorian prayer and left, using his jetpack to propel him up into the air and forward.

The Mando'ade had arrived.

The expanding Sith perimeter near Kaas City would quickly discovered a Neta'norac stealth fighter, still cloaked right up until a motion sensor detonated the charges inside the cloaking device. Invisible, his Force presence muffled expertly, Ember paused in the alleys of Kaas City as the detonation rolled through the regimented streets to his ears.

With a grunt, he ventured deeper into the city, invisible to droids, holocams, and all suchlike things. The infiltration would get more difficult, he assumed, once he got closer to the Citadel.

Gilamar Skirata

The most important step is always the next one
The rumble of the LAAT that held the Shriek-Hawks was disconcerting. All around, explosions from anti-air guns shook the ship. Looking around to her brothers and sisters a smile came to her face. Within the ship she could feel through the Force the anticipation, the fear that these men and women had. But above all else, she could feel the sense of pride, the honor and joy that radiated just below the surface. After all the months of scrutiny and careful watch, these ex-Death Watch members finally had a chance to prove themselves outside of the watchful eye of Gilamar Skirata.

A voice shot over the speaker of the ship. "Alright vode! Get ready, we are droppin' you off here!" A bustle of activity ensued as the once quiet room erupted in chatter. How many Sith they could kill, how long they would survive, typical Mandalorian things. With another smile, Aria stared into the visor of her helmet before flipping it over, and sliding it over her head. Activating the HUD, everything came to her in high definition. The ramp opened up below them, hundreds of stories above the ground. Well, the Shriek-Hawks had their name for a reason. Standing before the men and women she would lead into battle she raised her rifle up and shouted to them, "Today we regain our honor, and show them that we are true sons and daughters of Manda'yaim!" A cheer came from the group. With that she ran off the ramp and jumped, positioning herself so she fled down head first. All around her others did the same as dozens of LAATs dropped their flocks.

The ground approached quickly, with only ten stories worth of airtime left, they all activated their high powered jetpacks and flew into a delta formation, Aria taking point. The men below didn't know what hit them, as the Shriek-Hawks flew over them, dousing them in fire. Passing them, and landing on the roof of a tall building she looked out over the city as the battle raged everywhere. A smirk came to her face as her brothers and sisters flew overhead.

The Mando'ade had arrived.
