War Of Valen, Starting Map

Movement across the map is quite simple. Faction may invade any Adjacent city. If you're apart from the rest of the group, like the Atrisian Empire you may "hop" across the ocean and invade the nearest city on the coast. You will not gain the ocean as a territory but instead get a second area on the coast. If you have any questions please ask here.
