STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :

Archaeologist: Vorhi is a credited archaeologist, or at least he was until his sponsoring university got leveled in a gang war. He is knowledgeable in ancient dialects, as well as a rather large amount of galactic history. He is particularly fascinated with Palawa and Huttese culture, which he finds both incredibly poorly documented and fascinatingly strange.

Force Sight: Like all Miraluka, Vorhi lacks eyes, and uses force vision to see things around him. As such, he has a rather intense spiritual visual perception, and with some focus, can use this talent to perceive through illusions.

Teras Kasi training: While researching history of the disciplines of the followers of Palawa, he encountered and studied the martial form of Teras Kasi. While he is no champion of the technique, he is a fairly skilled hand to hand combatant, and has developed an intense fitness regimen based on these techniques. Although he is quite skilled in hand to hand combat, he mostly uses the acrobatic, lunging movements to dodge and avoid things, like booby traps and angry droids found lurking in tombs.

Aryx Hops, Wampah Strikes: Vorhi is slowly learning to channel force energy into his strikes and movements with Teras Kasi. While not on par with Light Saber combat, these techniques allow him striking power that can punch through harder surfaces, such as stones and thinner, lighter armors.

I know a guy: Although it’s only become a recent talent, Vorhi has developed a serious talent for the sale and procuring of relics and antiques, and has become a fairly shrewd negotiator and salesman over the last few years.

Where’s the trigger: Although he is physically fit and graceful in hand-to-hand, he has eschewed actual weapons training. He has described himself as shooting just as well as any other sapient can while blindfolded.

This job is tougher than it looks: Due to the fact that tombs are often booby-trapped, filled with dark side ghosts, or lurking with abandoned droids and strange beasts, Vorhi actually has a pretty good knack for spotting danger in the wild, provided he’s had time to study up on some of the local dangers.

Languages, both dead and living: Vorhi speaks Basic, Miralukan and Huttese with an almost fluent proficiency. He can read ancient alphabets of older Huttese, Palawan, and even some older Sith, Old Corellian and Basic dialects, although the pronunciation is often lost on him. He can understand, but not accurately replicate the thick heavy tone of Gammorrese or the high lisp of Rodese.

That’s pretty neat: Despite his skill and intellect, Vorhi has bouts of unstable and erratic fascination with various subjects, and will sometimes switch between obsession or complete non-chalance during a good “hunt” when it comes to archaeology. When being attacked by oversized droids from eight hundred years ago, he may avoid fighting them just to study them further.

I like peril: Vorhi has a habit of ignoring risks if he thinks a project is interesting enough.

Banned: He is actively banned from several bars on Coruscant, not for his brawling or his poor fashion sense, but for his truly, genuinely awful singing while intoxicated.

Drunk: Vorhi crawled into a bottle after Druckenwell. He has yet to look back.

SHIP:

The Huute Haamu, a ship he had modified from a HWK-290 cargo cruiser to be a bit more comfortable.

WEAPONS AND GEAR:

The "blindfold" over his eyes is actually a pair of wound blue and red silk scarves. They are good for disarming, tangling, climbing, and double as bandages should the need arise.

BIOGRAPHY:

Having little interest in the political overtones of the Jedi or the constant fighting of the Sith, Vorhi went to a good school, and study Archaeology and Xenoarchaeology for a few years. He later pursued his thesis at Palawa, where he found another fascination—Teras Kasi tournaments. While simultaneously doing research into the planets complex history and studying Teras Kasi forms, he developed a healthy habit of study history and then pummeling things.

Unfortunately, his luck ran out as the university was raided by a criminal cartel shortly before he was able to defend his thesis. His arrival to fins his school in a pile of rubble made him decide to recover the archives of the old library, using brute force and knowledge.

After a few months, Vorhi was able to recover quite a bit, and donate to a friendly university on a better-defended planet. However, as he fought with gang and robbed them blind, her realized something: He enjoyed this. After giving all the stolen material he could find to the other university’s archives, he began working a free-lance relic-hunter and part-time adventurer, occasionally running cons, but mostly just buy and selling antiques, and using the money to pay for expeditions to find other weird relics.

Part of him is wondering if he’ll find anything truly great, of if he’ll hit his next big score…another part of him is wondering if he'll get back into his Teras Kasi training any deeper.

After a few years of service Vorhi was put into the diplomatic corps, serving the Templars their chief ambassador. Little to his knowledge, this was a ploy on the part of Genesis Rostu to secure more military power while feeding him false information. He descended into madness while Vorhi was stuck recovering in the hospital after a an attack on Daxton Bane where he was part of the cross-fire.

After helping put together a Coalition government headed by Salem Norongachi in the wake of Verd's Disappearance, Vorhi engaged in the battle of Druckenwell, where scorched earth tactics nearly killed him and Aaralyn Rekali. He then disappeared for a few years, reappaering at Roche, witnessing yet anotehr mas murder.

During the Omega Crisis, Vorhi briefly engaged with Sith forces, then left of his own accord after his opponent fled, stealing a ship before things could blow up in his face. It seems he has a knack for finding disasters....
