Description:

Strengths

+ Fire Breathing. Three Arkanian heads are capable of breathing a stream of fire in a 4 meter cone up to a length of 7 meters.

+ Self-Defense. Two amphistaff bred into the species are capable of extending up to a length of 2 meters from the shield to attack it's victim.

+ Resistant. Vonduun Skerr Kyrric armor capable of withstanding and repelling lightsaber and blaster fire.

+ Self Healing. The Vonduun Skerr Kraetos is capable of healing wounds sustained over the time period of 14 days.

Weaknesses

- Constantly Hungry. Due to the amount of heads sharing the same digestive track, the Kraetos requires constant nutrition. Being an omnivore, the Kraetos can feed on just about anything. If it has not had enough to eat, the Kraetos will not be able to breathe fire and it's amphistaffs will go in to hibernation.

- Destructively chaotic. The Kraetos has a mind of it's own and will sometimes respond to anything it perceives as a threat, ignoring the symbiotic link it forms with it's master and acting on it's own accord. This leads to multiple battlefield accidents and as a result makes the Kraetos extremely volatile.

- Misfiring. The Kraetos, upon command, can breath streams of igniting fluid which will burst into flame upon making contact with oxygen. However, if the stream is held for too long, the Kraetos runs the risk of eating it's flames and igniting the fluid within, causing the construct to explode and dealing damage to the user.

- Blunt Trauma. The Kraetos is susceptible to substantial blunt trama sustained to each of it's heads, in which case the biot will cease to function with all of it's heads as they share the same nervous system. This includes the amphistaff heads.

- Bafforr Pollen. Upon contact with bafforr pollen from Ithor, the creature will immediately seize up and cease to function as normal.

- Heavy. The shield is a tower shield and at 25 kg, is extremely heavy. This is meant to limit long journeys but acts as a strength when in close combat, as the shield covers the wielder from neck to toe when standing upright. This weakness will become emboldened the smaller the wielder is, and will become lessened the larger the wielder is.

History

The Voduun Skerr Kraetos is a creation of Titan Industries and the enigmatic Tsavong Kraal who wishes to see the rise of the One Sith come to fruition. The service of the Kraetos is two-fold, but the mission is simple: the best defense is a good offense. While providing a battlefield tactic of being able to protect themselves from lightsaber blasts in conjunction with the Vonduun Skerr Kyrric armor, the Kraetos is capable of shielding a grown man from neck to feet. This makes melee combat, especially against that of other Yuuzhan Vong, Sith, or Jedi, extremely productive and efficient. Moreso, the Vonduun Skerr Kraetos is a iconic battlefield defense employed by the One Sith to strike fear and terror into it's enemies. When the enemies of the One Sith nation perceive a Kraetos walking down the field at them, they know that not only are they facing an elite force - they are facing the doom and terror that comes with the One Sith.

Tsavong Kraal, Warmaster of the Hrosha-Gul and Voice of the Dark Lord, personally oversaw the creation and implementation - as well as ongoing experimentation - of the Vonduun Skerr Kraetos on to the battlefield. Though he knows most wars do not favor melee combat, the Warmaster is creating a viable army of melee combatants who's sole purpose is to combat Force Users and instill fear in the enemy.

Class 10 self-healing shield that has extendable amphistaffs and breathes fire? I'm going to need an extensive dev thread to retain all of those features at unique production.

I apologize for not getting to this earlier, in the future please @me or another judge when you complete a dev thread so we can expedite getting your submissions judged. Everything looks to par, but I have just a couple requests. I'd like some more mention of the weight in the description and/or weaknesses, at 20+ kg it's essentially a towershield so I'd like how it limits maneuverability elaborated. Lastly I'm going to need an 'ammo count' equivalent for the flamethrowers.

Excellent. Though a quite powerful item this does have low distribution and a fierce dev thread behind it. If this is abused it'll be brought back down, but as far as I can see it's good. Pending approval.
