Virtuous Vinsoth - UMC

Civil war raged across the world of Vinsoth. The dictators of the contents fought over different views of slavery. Some lands openly kept slaves working them in factories fuelled on little food that was not enough to sustain them for long. Most died in the factories, few even trying to escape, because of these cruel conditions many of the dictators are angered by the acts and wage war to once more abolish slavery in this world. Although with three of the five continents backing the slaver nation and their ability to keep their soldiers armed at fast paces it is becoming a loosing fight. Left with very little option they Villy Gonker and Grumper Bumper beg for the aid of the Mandalorians.

After hearing back from the Mandalorians they have proposed a diplomatic assembly in return for aid to take down the Chevin behind it all, Rob Boss. A Chevin no one has ever laid eyes on before. Not even his own people. The two dictators agreed to the terms accepting the nerves that came with the choice they have made but they was left little choice. The likes of other governments frightened them with their roguish leadership or those filled with hoodoo magics running things. Mandalorians where warriors known to keep their words.

Objectives -

Holding Hands Diplomacy - Meet with Villy Gonker and Grumper Bumper behind the front lines and enter talks about changing their government type from dictatorship to the council of Vinsoth for the betterment of all their people, and request them to join ties with the Mandalorians.

Slavery Wars - Push back the Dictator Rob Boss happy little soldiers along the purple bricked road and storm the castle. Deployment zones have been set up within allied Chevin territory.

Slavers, the thing Adenn despised the most in the entire galaxy. The reasons for that were his own, but his actions weren't, and many outside of his clan knew of his hatred for them. So it was no surprise to them that he had accepted coming to the aid of Vinsoth to deal with the pirates. Even as Adenn and his men prepared themselves aboard Adenns ship, they were en-route to the planet Vinsoth. Everyone would be ready by the time they arrived at the planet, and then they'd drop down to the planet.

It only took a few more minutes before Adenns ship arrived in Vinsoths system. Grinning slightly, Adenn made his way towards the drop bay, observing his men. They were all ready for battle, even though some were still making last second preparations. Shaking his head in wry amusement, Adenn readied himself for the upcoming drop. The deployment zones were sent towards everyone who would be headed down to the planet, alongside their ultimate objective; kill all slavers.

As those came in, all the Clan Mortui warriors that would drop entered their pods or ships, ready to deploy to the planet. A quick briefing came in then, telling them about their allies and other Mandos in the area, the most notable being Kaine. Smiling slightly, Aden idly wondered if he'd work with the man during this mission. He hoped so, but nothing was ever certain. Shaking himself out of his thoughts, Adenn watched as a countdown appeared in the corner of his helmet, indicating how long it'd take for the dorp to occur. Then a jerk came and the pods fell down towards the deployment szones, they had been deliberately aimed to come down together, but also so as not to drop on the zones in case people were there. The shuttles and landers weren't so encumbered though, instead choosing to go straight towards the zones.

Falling down towards the planet, Adenn prepared himself for the combat that would no doubt come later during the day. Sighing again and shaking his head, Adenn shook along with the pod as it fell. Sending out a general comm to his men, Adenn spoke then.
"Alright everyone, you know the drill. We go in and kill some slavers, simple, easy, and quick. For Mandalore, Mortui, and to glory and honor!" The cry of 'For Mortui, to glory and honor.' was repeated by all of the Mortui warriors. They were all eager to get into combat, even as they were dropping towards the planet.

It had been slow for Talimet and she had returned to her home. Now she decided it was time to return to duty and it called her to Vinsoth. Along with her were a few others and she wandered the halls in her armor on her way to get hanger and drop ships there.

Under her armor, she was stoic and in control. She wasn't here to make a name for herself or become some sort of hero. There was a clear mission and objective here and she would see it through. Bring freedom to slaves and provide them a new life. Can't get much more clearer than that.

Climbing onto the transport there for them, she only had to wait until they hit the ground to being.

This was stupid. Probably one of the most stupid things he had ever done. The Mandalorians were in league with his father, the Sith Emperor. They'd turn him over without a second thought. Right? Well, no turning back now. He had to try and get Yasha to talk to him, a random Jedi Padawan. He wouldn't take no for an answer at least, so he stood right in the way of where Manda'lor would be walking to meet their allies for the sake of peace.

An interesting concept. Mandalorians making peace. So many times he had been told otherwise by the Silver's. So many times he had seen war and hate used to make more war and hate. He wanted nothing more but to change that. Hopefully, Manda'lor would agree.

Another planet, and another attempt at diplomatic ties. Yasha stifled a yawn behind her buy’ce, as she walked toward the diplomatic meeting of… Villy Gonker and Grumper Bumper.

Villy and Grumper. Grumper Bumper.

It was too crazy for anyone to make up such ridiculous names. What was a Grumper? Did Grumper’s mum dislike them? All would be answered when Yasha got inside… hopefully without a life story. Hearing her husband [member="Kaine Australis"]’ comm to the vode under his control had Yasha feeling multitudinously better than she had just a few minutes prior. While her gut was telling her to watch out for her ageing riduur, her duty left only one option.

Diplomacy. Thus, they were separated once more on the battlefield, each to their own function. Flanked by Ambrose and Tuulu, in their matte black beskar’kandar, Yasha rounded the corner to see [member="Kahlil Zambrano"] standing in the way. The boy looked… familiar? No. Clearly she’d never seen him before.

So why… a family resemblance of some kind? A vode out of armour? Perhaps not in those robes. Halting before she got into the diplomatic room proper, Yasha cocked her helmet-clad head to the side and nodded.

“If this is an ambush it sucks. Can I do something for you, strange one?” The woman was as tall as his father in her armour, a hulk of an Epicanthix in plate-mail and solid beskar alloy. Yasha looked down not out of diffidence but necessity. “Or are you … Grumper?”

Amaryllis wasn't quite sure what her objective was here. Really, how could she? What was a man-doe-lor-i-an? More two leggers? Something about armor and fighters and the like. Amara was intrigued, especially as she played and looked around on this thing called the Holonet. What an interesting thingy.

Nonetheless, Amaryllis continued her adaption to civilized life - this time wearing a spotted, yellow dress. Her tail fitted in, curling up into a spiral before straightening back out. With a deep breath, she finally peeked out from Kahlil's side.

To see a two legger who was really, really tall. And had the most prettiest armor she'd ever seen in her entire life. Her amber, cat like eyes widened as she nearly tripped on herself hopping out. "Armor, so pretty, like animal from... Akiva," she exclaimed with a gasp as her tail went straight out in excitement. "We friendly! Kahlil wants to speak with. This one is Amaryllis," she paused, digging through a bag as she pulled out a delicious looking fruit. "Offer this fruit to pretty armored two legger."

She rambled, and rambled, too excited to contain herself. For only being back into civilization for a week, she was doing pretty good. Right?

Lyricath took a deep breath. She was nervous. Stealing speeders was one thing, fighting slavers was quite another. Still, freeing slaves seemed like the right thing to do and she wanted to impress her new Mandalorian friends. In particular, she wanted to impress Cynthia. The pair had quickly become close friends, despite Cynthia being her leader. They stood side by side, waiting for the battle to begin. Cynthia was not a particularly tall woman but she towered over Lyricath by more than two feet. Lyricath wondered if she could sense her anxiety. She hoped not, this was her chance to prove herself a worthy Mandalorian warrior.

Cynthia looked down at her. "Ready?"

Lyricath took another deep breath and nodded. "Let's do this."

Yasha blinked under her helm as Amara trotted up in a flouncy dress, holding... fruit? She looked from Khalil and Amara, puzzled by yet again another intrusion.

“Ohhh it’s going to be a Frinklehoof kind of day.” Yasha looked to Ambrose, then back to Khalil, then to Amara. “Thank... you? Welcome Amaryllis. What did you want to talk to me about? Do you work for Grumper Bumper? And Khalil was it? That’s a... solid name.”

She gently took the fruit, scanning it with her hud to ensure it wasn’t some peppy method of explosion or incindiary melon. This Amaryllis was... her skin was.... her....

“Wa-wait... are... are you a.... oh my gooses I’m talking to a florosentient!! Aaaah!!!” A plant! Amaryllis was a plant! A talking moving plant!!

Right. Amaryllis is here. He let out a sigh of relief. At least she was here to relieve the tension the young man felt. He had only seen Yasha in passing. Once, when his brother was trying to claim her as his own. He was much younger then, smaller. A child. He didn't understand his brothers infatuation then. Now as a young man? He could see it. "I am Jedi Padawan Kahlil Zambrano, and I've come to talk to you to try and stop the Silver Order from going down the dark path of war over lies."

He bowed as he introduced himself. Padawan. Zambrano. Certainly an odd combination to say out loud. Hopefully, though, she wouldn't strike him down where he stood.

Amara's eyes were wide with curiosity at the armored being. Did she actually look like that underneath the armor? It looked like a... Dog! Kind of, except two legged and really, really tall. Or did she look more like Kahlil? Or Thiavi? So many questions and no answers!

Amaryllis clapped as Yasha took the fruit, a wide smile forming across her lips. "Friends!" She exclaimed in excitement. And she didn't even have to throw it at her like she did to Thiavi. Whew! She was doing great at this communication thing, wasn't she? "Am diplomat now," she beamed.

Amarayllis though, tilted her head to the side at whatever words the woman was using. What was a goose? "This one is a... Flo... Sen," struggling to say what she had. She glanced back to Kahlil, almost as if asking for a translation. But he seemed much more serious, introducing himself and talking about these Silver Order folks he talks about all the time.

Still learning the geopolitics of the age, she wasn't quite sure what it all meant. But, for now, the little flower that had bloomed atop her head shined in the light ever slightly as she peered to Yasha's other companions in big bulky armor. Not nearly as interesting as Yasha's though.

It was worse than Grumper Bumber coming to meet in the hallway. There before her was [member="Darth Carnifex"]’s wayward Jedi son. A name he barely recognized in the legion of infants and youths which got their beginning from Kaine Zambrano’s lust for a large family. Yasha’s lips parted beneath her helm. She grunted noncommittally, blinking and trying to rectify what the young man said.

Kahlil Zambrano.

A Zambrano… in the Jedi?

Did he not get baptized in the same Dark Lake that Carnifex took her? But, the light… the light from a boy born of the Darkness.

“Ooohhhhhhhhhhhh boy.” Vinsoth was not going to be a simple negotiation, was it? Yasha let out a huffing breath, momentarily distracted by Amaryllis’ exclamation of ‘am diplomat’.

“Oh! You’re the… you’re a diplomat! Yes, you are… wow you really are aren’t you? Your biology is… botanical!? Is it!? Oh wow… this is a thousand times better than moss.” Yasha chuckled as she shook her massive wolf-helm. The two couldn’t be more disparate, Kahlil and Amara.

Ambrose and Tuulu stared, silent and unwilling to speak.

“Zambrano… how is it you became a Jedi? Does your father know you’re here? What of your mother? You want to… broker peace? With Mandalorians?” Yasha leaned down over him, not over dominance but habit. Here was a son of the Sith Emperor, so different than the rest. “Come! Come, let’s… Ambrose, find us a place to sit. Clear a room if you have to.”

Ambrose rocketed off, returning in a few minutes to lead them to an empty room with mismatched chairs.

"I, uh.." Kahlil blinked in surprise at the rather flip flop nature of Mand'alor. Growing up, he had been told of the power and respect they commanded, but this was more like.. A child? No, more like someone far too eager to experience new things. The new being Amaryllis. At least she was having fun. He let out a sigh. There was something nice about how the chameleon was able to break the tension.

"I certainly hope he doesn't. Or her. The last time I ran into family they tried to take my life." He was, to the Zambrano's, an enemy. No, an embarrassment. "But, yes. I fought alongside Darlyn Excron on Umbara. I know that the clan that attacked was not yours. But the Silvers.. They don't care. They only see red. I want to stop them before it's too late."

Amaryllis didn't catch the conflict or processing that [member="Yasha Cadera"] went through. In fact, she even twirled for the Mand'alor, basking in the (for once) positive attention of how she looked. Really, with how so many others had reacted... Well, it was nice that someone didn't immediately call her 'that' or 'thing'.

Perhaps it was okay when she didn't really realize what was happening, but since her reintegration into the galactic society was moving along nicely... But with that came the more worrisome aspects, like self-confidence and the like.

"I am plant and mammal," she exclaimed with glee. "Moss?" she perked a brow, unsure of what she meant by her being better than moss. Did the Mand'alor know about talking, sentient moss too?

Nonetheless, as she made questions to [member="Kahlil Zambrano"], she followed behind the quiet guardians as they escorted them to an empty room with chairs. With a smile, the woman slipped into a chair, crossing her legs. She placed her hands on the table. She was so professional!

"Stop the impending wars," she nodded in agreement with Kahlil. It was sad, though to learn more about his family. Was it better to have no family, like Amara, or ones that wanted you dead? She wasn't quite sure.
