[+]Educated: Vask spent the early parts of his life in the excellent education system of Empress Teta. Attending only the best schools and surrounded by tutors of the highest qualities, Vask was imparted with a wealth of knowledge that many in the galaxy never have the privilege to receive. Everything from linguistics to military theory were taught to him growing up, his father's careful eye always ensuring he kept up with his studies.
[+]Well-Trained: Along with an education of the mind, Vask's father also insisted on a physical education. Brought up with a strict training regiment the young man was already in peak shape when he joined the Empress Teta Militia. There he learned his military skills, though only remained for a short time before departing and rejoining his father's household. With his father, his training grew even more stringent and strict. Due to this, Vask is more than capable of holding his own against most.
WEAKNESSES
[-]Overconfident: Brought up in a world where success was the baseline, Vask is used to winning. Though not to say he is incapable of humility, more often than not the young man tends to take greater pride in himself than most. Believing himself overly-capable even in situations where it becomes dangerous. In a galaxy filled with Sith, Jedi, and monsters, such belief from what is in the end just a regular man is likely rather dangerous.
[-]PTSD: After the events at his father's palace and the trials he endured afterwards, Vask holds a myriad of mental scars. These wounds cut deep, and tend to come to the surface at rather inoppertune times.

Raised in a powerful family on Empress Teta, Vasks's life began at the top of a peak and steadily went down from there. Dubbed 'Koros' due to his nature as a bastard, the young man was nevertheless treated like full blood by his family. Afforded a lap of luxury that most in the galaxy could only dream of, Vask attended the finest schools and universities growing up. Quickly graduating and joining the Empress Teta Militia.
There, for the first time, the young man experienced the true disparity of wealth upon his world. Many of his fellow soldiers were men and women from the poorest districts of Empress Teta. During his year of service Vask befriended many of his comrades, and learned lessons that would stick with him for the rest of his life.
After leaving the military Vask returned to his family, taking up the position of the first son and slowly steering his family onto a more altruistic path. For nearly half a decade this venture succeeded. Vask leading the way as the families wealth slowly went to more and more projects to better the lives of Tetans everywhere.
Unfortunately, as they always do, the good times came to an end.
As another Sith conquest swept across the galaxy Empress Teta was taken and Vask's family quickly identified as "collaboraters". In the first days after the conquest Sith came to the family home and quickly seized it. Vask's father was executed, and his mother was placed under arrest. A kangaroo court quickly followed, and for months the rest of the family was put on trial. Despite this, as the new head of the household Vask began to channel vast amounts of his families remaining wealth to the quickly forming resistance.
Using his families connections with various Tetan industries, Vask funneled arms, medical supplies, and resources to his family. Unfortunately, the Sith were better at hunting than the resistance was at hiding and the group was quickly found. In a manner of days the varying groups were wiped out, and for a second time Vask lost everything.
Now hunted, Vask quickly used the remaining resources he had access to to flee off-world and join the resistance elsewhere.
