"And when the day comes, we shall crush them again," Samka beamed up at the Dark Lord. "Next time, we can afford no mercies. Piece by piece, their systems shall go dark. Their cities shall crumble and their soldiers slaughtered wholesale. We'll converge on their capital and publicly execute their leaders. We'll scatter their civilisation to dust and build a monument to our fallen upon their ashes."
The pleasant smile never left the girl's face.
"But our work here is done," Samka offered [member="Darth Carnifex"] a deep, polite curtsy. "You flatter me, I'm sure it won't be too before you see it again."
The Ren turned on her heels and made to exit the chamber, leaving the Dark Lord to his privacy. She paused at the doorway for a moment, hand resting on the arch. She didn't look back as she spoke her next words.
"It was cathartic."
She left without another word. There was always other business to attend to.
