Unintentionality

In Umbris Potestas Est
With a soft sigh, Circe frowned. She was attempting to be affectionate to the man who likely would become her husband, and yet he rebuffed her right now. It was unfortunate. "Well, Kaine, do you have any other plans for us aside from our begetting a child from this union?" She paused, wanting to know a bit more as she poured herself a glass of ale as well, drinking it down.

It was good to taste the effects of alcohol for the first time in several years.

"That remains to be seen. For now just enjoy yourself." He said as he slunk down onto the plush couch in the center of the suite, where he absently sipped from his ale while staring out into the brightness of hyperspace through the large viewport as they made their way to Panatha. "Come, sit by me. If we're going to be husband and wife, we should at least get to know eachother. It'l work better for our public appearances in the future."

Circe gave Kaine a nod as she sat down next to him, taking a sip from her glass once again. The burning sensation of alcohol went down her throat, and she gave a soft smile as she leaned against Kaine. "Well, let's get to know each other a bit better, then, shall we?" She smiled, but raised an eyebrow in curiosity, not exactly sure as to what Kaine was thinking.

"You start?"

Time would pass as the two Sith got to know eachother better en route to Panatha, but soon enough the exploration vessel exited hyperspace and the homeworld of the Epicanthix was in sight. The exploration vessel docked in the orbital station for maintenance, while Kaine and Circe took the shuttle down to the planet's surface. From there they would land at the Castle, and Kaine would escort Circe to the throne room. "I feel it appropriate that guests to my home see the throne room first." The floor was polished black marble, the throne made of reflective black stone, and incense burners hung from the ceiling to fill the chamber with a strange aroma. Kaine would ascend the steps, and relax on the black iron throne, which served as his seat of power.

"What do you think?"

"It's quite... imperious." She smiled, raising a soft eyebrow with regards to the stylization of the throne. "I don't suppose there's any room for me to sit on your lap, is there?" She chuckled, stepping forward and giving a soft chuckle with regards to the thought she had just uttered. "I wish that we could have something a little bit more lusty, though."

She chuckled. "Though not too lusty - our child will enjoy it one day as well."

"There's enough room for that and more." he said jokingly, his body relaxing fully in the throne despite the hard metal it was forged from. His arms draped over each throne-arm, and his eyes staring at Circe down below. "Now then, down to the business at hand. I plan to officially marry us in a fortnight, I'm not a fan of overblown celebrations so there will be no ceremony or festivities, we will exchange rings and consummate the marriage shortly after. Then I will put a child in you, and you shall rule beside me as he grows inside of you. Once he is born, then I will work my magic upon him to age him to my specifications. I can't wait long enough for him to mature naturally, so I will have to take matters into my own hand. I even have a name I'm fond of... a powerful name... Montross. Montross sounds good." Kaine would be lost in his own rambling of creating the heir to his legacy, he might go on for a bit if uninterrupted.

Slowly, she stepped up to the throne, sitting down on Kaine's lap. "I don't suppose I get my own one of these, do I?" And yet, it was something she had always wanted, wasn't it? She had always wanted a child all her own, one that was birthed from within her, not from someone else, or spawned in a laboratory. "This is what I always wanted."

She smiled, letting Kaine continue to ramble.

"And it is what you shall have." He wrapped his arm around Circe as she sat upon his lap, and pulled her deeper into his embrace. "Soon our son will sit upon this throne, and rule this world and it's people, as is his birthright. He will be a powerful King, and an even more powerful Sith under my supervision. He will destroy all who oppose him, and enslave the rest. The Galaxy will fear his name, and all will bow or be eradicated. That is what I envision for our child, and what I will make reality."

"And where is our place in this?" She raised an eyebrow in curiosity. "I do admittedly wonder just exactly what we'll do while he grows up. Or are you considering accelerating his growth while in the womb?" She smiled, snuggling up closer to her soon-to-be-husband, a soft smile on her face as she surrendered to his embrace.

"I love you." And she kissed him on the cheek.

"We will be guides, and teach him the truths of the universe and make him into a true Sith. The thought of accelerated growth in the womb had crossed my mind, but it is not something I would risk. His growth once born will be accelerated to a more suitable age, and I have had plenty of experience manipulating age in such a fashion. I expect nothing to go amiss." He let Circe kiss him on the cheek, but he did not return the kindness. He was not that kind of man, his heart hardened by countless battles and cruelty, to the point where it could be considered a solid block of ice. It would take more than that to unthaw it.

"Come on, Kaine... You're supposed to kiss back." She frowned, thinking over the message she'd left in the event that Aynea came back. She was supposed to have gone back hours ago... but this felt too fun. It was almost like this body wanted her to stay here. It was... intoxicating, almost. She knew she had an obligation, but... she just couldn't.

"Kaine... show a little love, okay?"

He looked at her, his hard icy stare boring into hers. For a few moments he said nothing, but then pulled Circe into a deep embrace and locked lips with hers in a faux-passionate way. The new body he had crafted for her made her more susceptible to his influence, and with enough pressure he could make her his own. He pulled away, "Stay here with me." His voice was oddly charismatic, and seductive tones running rampant through it. "Stay here on Panatha and be my Queen, and mother my children. The heir to a dynasty greater than any other."

She smiled as he kissed her, nuzzling up against him happily. "A queen... Well, that certainly sounds delectable." She smiled, looking at him with a seductive glint in her eye. He had her right now. She had no idea - she thought that these were merely rekindlings of old feelings for the Sith Lord. They were in fact his effect on her... "I will I will stay here and mother your dynasty." She paused, kissing his cheek again.

"Our dynasty."

"I think to avoid connection with your Vinithi self, you should choose a new name. New name, new body, new life, eh?" He said with a chuckle that was darker than it should have normally been, but he continued. "What should we call you? Lysandria? Nefeli? Thalia? I'm fond of Thalia... Thalia Zambrano, wife of Kaine Zambrano, and Queen of Panatha." He pulled her up slightly, re-positioning her on his lap so that she was more comfortable, but it more or less symbolized how further and further she was falling into his dastardly clutches. "What do you say, eh? Thalia sound good?"

"I... like it." What was she saying? Circe was almost entirely under his spell. It was as though her mind was rewritten to her state years ago, when she first met Kaine Zambrano. "Queen Zambrano... I can't wait to begin my rule at your side." She smiled. "Do you love me as much as I know you should?" She wrapped her arms around him, enjoying the feel of the throne.

It was her new home.

@[member="Darth Vornskr"]

"I do, Thalia." He said with a devious grin, already forgoing her old name in favor of her new one. "Soon we will be married, Thalia, and you will become the Queen of Panatha. But, I don't think you could wait that long for your gift." He said with a laugh, before snapping his finger loudly. From the shadows came forth a pair of hooded servants carrying a gilded chest, and lugging it up the stairs before setting it down gently at the foot of the throne and kneeling in obedience. With a wave of his hand, Kaine unlocked and opened the chest to reveal an ornate circlet adorned with various gems sitting upon a plush red velvet pillow. "A little gift for the bride and queen to be, do you like it?" He levitated the circlet with the Force, and lightly brought it to Thalia's hands so she wouldn't have to get up off his lap.

Smiling, she stood up, placing the circlet on her head. A soft smile crossed her lips as she considered where she now was - on the iron throne with Kaine, queen and ruler of this world and of the people. She felt power flow through her veins, more power than ever before, and it felt glorious. And yet, it was all an illusion. A wonderful illusion, but an illusion nonetheless.

"Well... Where shall we start, my king?"

@[member="Darth Vornskr"]

"Well, it'l be a few weeks before the ceremony. I think the first thing we should do is get you used to the castle grounds, eh?" He lightly grabbed her by the waist and lifted her off his lap, and lightly set her down to the side of the throne. With his physical strength enhanced by the Force, it didn't take much effort to lift a woman in that manner. He then rose from the throne himself, towering over his new Queen, before he held out his arm for her to wrap her own around. "Let's go see the gardens first, I think you'll enjoy them most of all." He chuckled, and began to steer Thalia towards the Castle gardens.

Thalia raised an eyebrow. "Well, I'm not exactly a plant anymore. The gardens aren't as much of an appeal to me as they used to be. Nevertheless, I suppose they still are beautiful." She sighed, walking next to the king of Panatha as the two made their way to the gardens of the gorgeous facility. "I'm surprised, admittedly. I thought you'd be too busy focusing on the Dark Side to have a care for good and proper floral arrangements."

Or were they selected for him? It didn't really matter.

@[member="Darth Vornskr"]

"A King's home has to be appealing, and my mother had an expansive garden on our estate on Thyferra. That's all gone now, razed to ash. This new garden is in no way a tribute to my mother, she was a dastardly woman who only saw me as a tool, not a person. She died alongside my idiotic father. No, this garden is not just a floral decoration, it also serves as a breeding ground for various herbs that my apothecaries use to create a variety of toxins." No that he mentioned it, Thalia would most likely notice how wide the path was between each bed of plants, as many of them hidden away between normal flowers were deadly killers. Kaine gave her a short tour of the gardens, before moving on directly to the chamber adjacent to the gardens, the dining hall and ball room. The dining hall itself was grand, marvelous paintings and sculptures lining each wall, a massive table fit for nearly a hundred men sat in the middle surrounded by a barrier of elegant chairs. A massive chandelier was suspended from the ceiling by thick, sturdy chains, although at this time it was devoid of candles due to the room being unused for quite some time.

The dining hall led into the ball room, which was even larger than the before mentioned hall. Exquisite mosaics lined the entirety of the dome-shaped ceiling, all of it references to the traditional lore of the Epicanthix people. The floor was polished marble, and each step sent out an echo across the cavernous chamber. An alcove in the far wall was large enough to fit an orchestra, but like everything else it was bare of any instruments or seating. "I've yet to use this chamber, but perhaps that can chance for our wedding?"
