As a Jedi Knight, I am impartial to the truth. It doesn't matter what I think. All that matters is the facts, that will be put forward to the trial and the verdict that follows, based on what those facts were.
Whilst I have come out and said OOC that I believe the witch hunt that has followed Ali has been unacceptable, with insults being thrown her way and general trolling, I will remain impartial IC and I want to get to the bottom of this, both as my character and as a writer for the Republic. I want to know if [member="Ali Hadrix"] is guilty or innocent of the allegations that have been put forward to her. I want Ali as a character to enter the trial, with the pretense being that she is innocent until proven guilty by the court as well.
If I am to begin an investigation on the events that have transpired, I require statements from witnesses who participated in Roche, both from the Republic and Mandalorians, as well as the Jedi who participate in the Roche incident, but have since left the Republic to join the Alliance.

To Ali's writer directly, an IC statement from your character, explaining precisely what happened; your tactics, strategy and the reasons behind them; and why you haven't come forward yet would go a long way to proving your innocence. At this moment in time, it is my deduction that if the court convenes to try you in absentia, Ali, you will be found guilty. This is due to the political pressure that the Mandalorians are placing on the Republic for a guilty verdict, the weight behind the allegations that you have been accused of and your lack of defence.

I have a thread going with Keira at the moment; at its conclusion, Ali will remand herself to Keira's custody, where she'll remain throughout the duration of her proceedings.
This will have taken place within days after the Roche invasion. Her return to Republic space for trial will occur after she receives the official call from the IC Republic government, which was summarily put out in a recent Senate thread by Jack Sparrow.
So IC Ali won't have any lag between the invasion and the trial, and thus no actual avoidance of custody or anything. I'm just getting around late to writing it. OOC issue, that's all.
How do you want Ali's IC deposition? Are you wanting to collect it in a thread, or for me to just write you an "IC" PM containing it?

I figured we'd keep the Republic/Mandos equal on the council. It can be a PC or NPC.
