Once I have an answer from the Mandalorians regarding a member of the Arbitration Council I will put out a call for any who want to handle the prosecution. If no one takes it, then I will prosecute as Khyros.
This is going to get done, it is going to get done as swiftly and fairly as I can make it happen.

I understand that there is a lack of bodies being thrown at this thread.
However, the definition of neutral, third party should exclude members of the Republic from the Arbitration panel.

[member="Khyros Sunblade"] - Not sure I am the lawery type... Julius was doing Medical Relief at Roche w/ a GA delegation, despite the GA being Republic sided. He has ties to both factions in question, and doesn't really particularly like or trust either. Your not going to get much more neutral/luke warm than he is right now towards the parties in question. If you want someone vaguely connected to affairs, but pretty much utterly ambivalent as to the outcome, I'm good to step up. I don't per se need or want to bump someone else out, but if you need a body, I'm happy to volunteer.

If a third party is still required, I would like to offer the services of the Order of the Righteous Flame.
Amelia Sorenn-Syrush, having no relations or connections with either the Republic, nor the Mandalorians would be capable of arbitrating and remaining in a neutral stance.
If the decision is already done (as such a third party is already found) or you deem that Amelia may not be the best option (due to the Order of the Righteous Flame's goals), then I understand and wish the best for the thread as it continues forward.

I will be closing this discussion and posting the first post of an IC thread in the morning. If the Mandalorians wish to have a PC or a truly Mando controlled NPC on the bench, you have until roughly this time tomorrow morning (Eastern US). After that point, if no one steps up, I will NPC the post myself.

This thing will not kick off until I or someone has delivered the pertinent facts for this case.
That said, the trial will go at a fair and unbiased speed. Everyone is to take their time and develop this into a good story. Because I said so.
I am now going to tag random mandalorians to ensure that they see the time frame.
