To Ren or not to Ren that is a question?

Zesiro looked and spoke to the back of Kyrel, when he answered his voice was cold. She did not take it personally any more, that was just how he was. Understanding why she was brought, she nodded. Why he couldn't have taken her to be taught by other Ren, she didn't know and wanted that answered. However, the last part he spoke upset her again and brought the controlled anger back to the surface.

Striding over to her master, Zesiro walked in front of him, her emotions as clear as day on her face. Her eyes glowed at him and the anger was ready to spill over in his direction. Her face was set stubbornly and her last step turned into more of a stomp for effect.

"I will not fail you, Master and that girl will not replace me."

Knowing exactly what he would do if she struck out at him, Zesiro refrained from doing so. If he knew her though, then he would know just how close she was to lashing out at him.

She knelled down on the floor of her room, for the moment staff practices and other things involving the use of a left had were put on hold. For the moment she was again practicing her use of the force on larger objects, concentrating she raised her right hand in the direction of the bed, slowly it shifted before lifting of he ground. Opening her eyes she smiled, "looks like I'm getting better at this", suddenly a dark force seemed to wash over her, the feeling was not the same as Kyrels as she had gotten use to his feeling, not this one was similar to Zesiro, but more intense, still controlled but obviously much more prominent.

Dropping the bed down slowly she got up and decided to a peek at what might cause her to be some emotional, coming out of the room she followed in the direction of where the darkness was emanating from. Taking a turbo lift to the lower levels the look of the castle changed slightly, it seemed to be leading to an area she could only describe as more militaristic, "I guess this is the place were people train". Once the lift came to a stop she stepped out, the darkness of the place becoming ever more malevolent.

Kyrel grinned underneath his mask, his words had the desired effect with his first apprentice. He had hoped to spread doubt to her give her motivation, if not to at least increase her rage at the prospect of being replaced. He was enjoying her reaction, her stomped foot the look in her eye as she was near her breaking point. He knew why he had chosen her, he did it out of pity because she was weak, but now this would prove interesting as this may give her ample motivation to double her efforts.

He looked at her, he could feel a slight turn in her Force Signature, her dark power rising slowly, his excitement slowly grew as he had never felt this from her before, maybe he had found something that made her tick after all. He stood his ground unafraid of the female he looked her in the eye intently.

He responded coldly once more with a hint of venom. "We shall see, but fail and I will see to it that you are Apprentice. If this one fairs a lot better than you then it is no contest. I expect more from you if you are going to become a Ren, fail me in any way shape or form and you will be cast aside, weakling. Because all you are now at this point is utterly pathetic."

Their eyes met as Zesiro spoke. Even through his mask, she could see them. His words were cold and now filled with a touch venom. His words at saying she would be replaced if she failed made her clench one of her fists. Continuing on to say she would be cast aside and that she was a weakling made her other fist clench. To be told what was obvious to her made it almost worse. His concluding sentence though finally made her snap and what control she had on her anger spilled over.

In his armor, there was little damage she could actually do to him, but she wasn't thinking clearly when she snapped. Her hands already fisted, she enhance her two punches with the Force and aim first her left and then right fist at his sides where there was more cloth than armor.

"I wouldn't be so pathetic if you provided with me more training, Master."

If the hits connected, they do little damage, but she needed to lash out and right now Kyrel was the target.

Walking further down the hallway the source of the dark emotions and anger increased, it appeared as thought [member="Zesiro"] was getting fairly enraged, the reasoning behind it though was still lost to her, was she training or was Kyrel doing something that caused the anger. For a second she contemplated turning back, barging in on a private conversation or training regime might not be a good idea.

Then again the constant feel of the dark emotion prompted her to keep moving, she had to find out what was the cause of this, perhaps it was just smugglers instinct and her own unbridled curiosity.Coming into a room she was just able to see [member="Zesiro"]'s emotinos boiling over and attempting to punch [member="Kyrel Ren"], this could only add badly for her. Tin'tinag looked on in delight, a bit too happy to see what repercussion would befall the other apprentice, is this what they refereed to as karma?

Kyrel could feel Zesiro anger explode as he spoke his final words. He knew what he was doing as trying to make her anger come out, but it was her choice when deciding what to do. He saw her fists clench and the thought of what she would do, he knew she was going to confront him, and he even knew it was only a matter of time. He figured that time was now.

As soon as he saw her attack his sides, he stood there as if they didn't affect him. He looked at her, and with just one look he used the Force to lift her up and choke her. He acted as if an invisible hand was closing around her windpipe slowly, as he then lifted his hand, the Force keeping her in mid air as he spoke with a tone mixed with amusement and anger. "I commend you for trying to take action against me Zeshiro, but you should at least know by now, that if you are going to try and attack me, then you could at least try a bit better. And I will, but you need a little more motivation, speaking of which here she is."

He said looking to the Twi'lek who was watching everything, he released his grip on Zesiro letting her drop to the floor as he looked to Tin'tang. He spoke in a calm manner, unlike the harsh tone he had taken up with the other apprentice. "Yes, Apprentice can I help you with something?"

As she expected, her punches had no real effect on Kyrel and he took them better than she expected. A second later, she knew better and her already riled up anger fully spiked as he started to Force Choke her and then held her aloft as well. It was no more or less than she had previously done to Tin'tinag when she had held her against the wall.

As the words of her master washed of Zesiro, the new apprentice walked through the door observing the confrontation. Letting her go, the sith fell to the floor and she laid there for a few moments until her breathing became normal.

Her still glowing eyes took in the sight of Kyrel speaking to Tin'tinag.

In Kyrel's times away, Zesiro had taken to studying the books in the castle and even taking some lessons from others in the First Order. His promise to keep her identity a secret from them held true and she could freely speak with them.

One skill she had picked up was akin to what could be called affliction and a rather easy skill to manipulate and use. It would for a time make a person feel violently ill. It could of course be resisted, but she highly doubted the twi'lek could and Kyrel wouldn't expect such a skill from her. Using the Force and her anger, she willed the spell cast on both of them with a wave of two fingers.

As she had though the punch did not even seem to be registered by [member="Kyrel Ren"] as the fist impacted his side, upon being force choke and held in the air it took a reasonable amount of willpower to not snicker. Seeing potential contractor try to double cross you in the pass only to have them get arrested by the authorities that were after you meant she ha seen this type of situation fairly regally, and it was always funny to some extent. It appraised as though [member="Zesiro"] was still fairly angry as her eyes continued to glow their bright yellow, she'd have to make a metal not to steer clear of the touchy woman when ever she looked that way. If there relationship was to be rocky getting in as much training as possible would be needed before the next mission.

Despite the situation she showed respect and didn't make a sound until she was addressed by her master. "It it's to your convenience id like to train a bit or just get a feel for the room, since I'll probably be here quite often" While her request was pending she felt some outside force affecting her, it was strange. After a moment a pain shot through her body, a pain that felt like something was eating away on her insides. Falling to one knee she looked towards Zesiro, the look on her face and yellow eye clearly indicating he was the source of it.

Kyrel stood there, he could feel Zesiro's rage, but he wouldn't give her satisfaction of any kind. She had deserved her punishment for attempting to attack him, and he needed to assert his dominance as the Master here. He gave her a glance that was filled with slight disdain. He would not allow such things to happen, even if he was baiting her, she would have known better than to attempt such things like that.

As he looked to his Twi'lek Apprentice, he responded to her with a tone that held interest. "Yes, Apprentice we can train if you wish." Then he had felt two things happen, he felt rage stirring within the Twi'lek and then he felt as if his insides were being ripped apart. He could barely move as he felt his energy slowly drain. He felt as if he was growing weaker slowly, and then he looked to Zesiro as he ripped his mask off, his deformed face now a scowl, and yellow eyes staring deep into her soul. "What Sorcery is this!!"

He then dropped to the floor, as he attempted to crawl to his meditation chamber, to somehow find a way to heal himself, or at least stave off this sickness that was slowly eating him away. He groaned in pain as he kept crawling, but as he even made it to the edges of the sarcophagus the pain was becoming too much, and so collapsed right there as he let a brief bout of unconsciousness take him.

The spell had its desired effect and Zesiro watched as Tin'tinag fell to a knee, clutching at her sides. If the pain was anything like what Zesiro expected, she was surprised the girl was able to remain upright at all. She had to give her props for the amount of resistance to the pain she had.

Now that the skill had been cast, she watched what it did to her master. He knew it had come from her and demanded to know what it was after tearing his mask off. If his look could have killed, she would have died on the spot. Lucky for her his gaze did not have that skill and instead it just looked into her soul. There he would clearly see that anger, but that quickly went away as the affliction took its course.

Watching him crawl across the floor as his insides would feel like they were being torn apart from within made her cringe. She had not expected it to effect him this wonderfully.

When he fell unconscious as he reached his sarcophagus for a bed, she ran to his side. While there was no love in their relationship, she did in a way care for him. For the first time since they had met, she had bested him and would remember that next time she was mad at him.

Looking to the twi'lek, but not knowing how the girl would respond to her request just kept silent and went about trying to get Kyrel into his bed.

The pain was harsh, but not as bad as her lekku wound, grunting she was able to see Kyrel slowly crawling away but scumming to the pain, did she have some natural resistance to certain force powers? She waited for the pain to subside before trying to stand up again, in the distance [member="Zesiro"] was making sure their master was alright, which was strange considering her rage not to long ago, this person was indeed strange.

While the pain stared to lessen she watched Zesiro with a close eye, her scene of pay back becoming more prominent. The feeling wasn't really rage or anger, just the desire to get even, just like all those other time's during smuggling deals that went south, this woman would realized she wasn't just going to be pushed around all the time.

The pain finally subsided all the way and in doing so she equipped her electro staff, turning it on before leaping at Zeisro while her back was turned, she swung the staff in an arc, aiming for her left side, it would hurt if it hit but not do any lasting damage.

The unspoken request for help didn't go fully unanswered, but that answer was a little surprising. The sound of the electro staff coming on reached her ears a second before Tin'tinag launched herself at Zesiro.

The young sith had a couple options flash through her mind in the moment she heard that sound. She knew her armor would take the hit that was coming without effecting her functionality or bothering her. She could also move out of the way and allow Kyrel to take the hit instead.

Making her decision, Zesiro took the blade hit to the side and kicked out with her left foot when it happened hoping to knock the twi'lek to the ground. Moving to her feet as her foot came back from the kick, she looked to see where Tin'tinag was. She also took her lightsaber off her belt and ignited it.

If the other apprentice was looking for a fight, she wasn't going to run from it this time. She also knew the affliction would be wearing off soon and Kyrel would actually be fine. If it rendered him unconscious, he should be out while she dealt with the girl.

The hit did not do a lot of damage but the force of the swing would have knock her off balance, as the kick came out from the left Tin'tinag slightly moved to the right and dogged it, being very familiar with dirty tactics, looks like she would have aim for the head and legs.As [member="Zesiro"] ignited the crimson blade iconic with Sith a Ren alike, the prospect of having one of her own just fuel the will to fight the other apprentice, backing a bit she entered what could have been only be described as a defensive/counter stance.

She had not been trained in saber combat and but her fighting style revolved around parrying attack and delivering a counter blow, something the electro staff was good at. The two paced around in circles, Zesiro might have hand more skill in saber combat and a slight upper hand in hand to hand, but she had confidence in her experience and less than honorable fighting tactic that could be employed in this fight.

Zesiro had very little actual combat training. Having regained her feet and was circling around Tin'tinag, they watched each other for moves to attack the other. She thought her training was better than that of the other girl and intended to use that to her advantage.

The wounded lekku weakness could be exploited and the Force filling the young sith again, she waited until the back of Tin'tinag was to Kyrel's mask that he had torn off earlier. She picked it up and with the Force aimed to throw it at the wounded part of the lekku. At the same time, she would make a diagonal slash that would come down from the right, moving left with her saber. If the blow was blocked, Zesiro would close the distance between them and move to punch the girl with her right hand in the left rib cage.

After she completed her moves, she would see what happened to the twi'lek. Kyrel for the moment pushed from her mind, her concentration on the new apprentice.

Through this exchange of blows, she didn't say a single word. Why waste breath when it would be needed for fighting?

TIn'tinag was always prepared for surprise attack's her reflexes as a thief and ace pilot coming into use when she needed to make quick moves, keeping an eye on her opponent she used her other Lekku to bat the mask away, I stung a bit but didn't do any lasting damage. Able to keep a bead on the saber it was relatively easy to block with the upper electrode on the staff and maneuvered the bottom electrode to intercept her punch . She should have aimed lower to avoid being blocked but something about the way [member="Zesiro"] indicated a lack of fighting experienced, which was a bit surprising.

With the saber locked with the staff and the punch deflected Tin'tinag planed a firm foot on the ground and launched a shoulder ram at her, the proximity due to Zesiro punch making it harder to dodge. If she managed to avoid the attack she would follow up with a low hit to the legs knowing now that her amour would protect her from the shock to the body.

Zesiro anticipated an incoming attack from Tin'tinag and took the hit. Going with the strength of the hit when it did connect she would fall backward and use that momentum to get out of melee range of the girl. Looking at her with her glowing eyes, she actually felt a sense of calm in the battle. A small smile crossed her face as she thought of her next move.

Using a trick one of her former masters had taught her and one she already used on Tin'tinag with success was the stasis hold. Reaching out to encompass the girl, she would stop still and remain that way. The only way to break out of this hold unless there was outside interference was through willpower. The stronger the will of a person, the harder or easier it was to break free.

Sitting down on the floor, Zesiro just looked at Tin'tinag and waited to see how long it would take before the twi'lek figured a way out or Kyrel woke up and ended the hold for her.

The hit connected and it felt surprisingly good to get one back, even if such an attack was only meant to increase the distance and put her opponent on edge. The thril of a fight came rushing back to her mind, it had been week since she had partaken in duel of any kind, and with a greater sense of how the force worked she could draw slightly upon its power in battle.

Once recovered from the attack she pushed against the ground again, intending on going for an offensive attack, but was slowly and finally stopped in place but another force power from the other apprentice. It was constricting and she could hardly move, no matter how hard her arms or legs tried to move. "He he, to afraid to face me fairly, your skill sets are more suited for a smuggler than a Sith, I can see why Kyrel wanted me to join the Ren if you fight like this, using cheap tactics".

From what she was the woman got anger quite easily if provoke, and this could work well if said actions distracted her from inducing the stasis.

Kyrel for a moment was lost in his own thoughts as he couldn't move, using the Force in a twisted manner he got to know the skill that was used on him, and for a time he used the dark side to fuel his power and thus able to use his own illness as a source of strength, he groaned as he slowly started to regain consciousness. His anger started to boil as he woke up, his eyes a blazing yellow. He could see both of his apprentices dueling, and while he did applaud the rivalry, he would have rather this happen outside of his presence.

He slowly stood up, and with a raging fury let out a Force Scream. "Enough!" He said looking upon both of them, he raised his hands, his fists slightly closed as he grabbed both of them in a Force Grip and sending them violently to the wall. He slowly began to walk to them, his anger still prevalent in his steps. He looked upon them both and spoke, venom dripping in his tone of voice. "As much as I applaud you for the Rivalry, I would appreciate it if you didn't kill each other, and if you did do so without my knowledge, or else you might suffer my wrath."

His eyes then focused on Zesiro alone as he had his own intentions, he did not like being attacked and most importantly being caught off guard. His eyes were filled with a sudden cruelty he had not experienced before. He let the Twi'lek go and dropped Zes to the floor as he laughed in hysteria. Something he had not done in a long time, but this was not done in merriment but rather in a sick and twisted sense of rage. "I believe we have business to discuss Apprentice." He said walking towards her slowly, and then stomped his foot on her stomach, and began planting his fists throughout various parts of her body. He then began beating her savagely in retribution for her attack.

[member="Tin'tinag"]
[member="Zesiro"]

Zesiro sat almost calmly and primly on the floor and listened to the words Tin'tinag threw at her. While they were intended to be an insult to her, they also did Kyrel. It's too bad he wasn't aware enough to hear them. Giving a mental shrug, she would remember what the girl said in the future. Until she broke out though, the sith could maintain that hold on her.

Sniffing through her nose, she heard when their master stood up. HIs bellow of rage brought her attention to him and when he reached out to throw them both against the wall, her hold on Tin'tinag was released. Did he really think the girl would be alive if Zesiro had wanted her dead? She would raise an eye brow at him and wanted to speak her mind.

He approached her though after he let them both go. She had yet to ever see him this angry at her. Before she would have shriveled up in fear of him, this time not so much. Unable to fully recover from being dropped to the floor, she took the stomp to her stomach. If she had been in anything other than garb he had provided for her, it would have been debilitating.

As it was, it knocked the wind out of her and prevented her from escaping his punishment for putting the affliction on him. The fists he planted did not injure her, but after, she would likely be covered in a few bruises. There would be a day when she could stand toe to toe with him and stand a chance. Today was not that day though.

She waited for any response from [member="Zesiro"] while trapped in stasis, even if the insults did not work they brought her time to think up an escape or allow for Kyrel to regain consciousness. When that happened she would be in for a world of hurt, true her master might also be mad at her, but anything was worth putting up with as long as Zesiro got what she deserved.

Eyeing in the direction of Kyrel it seemed as though he awoke some time ago and was just getting his sense back, then came the shout, followed by both apprentices slamming against the wall, because of the way she had been held in stasis the first thing to com in contact with the wall was her head. The concussion was very minor but for a few second the room seemed to spin as she slowly stood back up the sound of a foot being planet into a person rung in her ears.

Looking towards the sound she could not help but put on a sly smile as Kyrel started to punch her continually as pay back for the force power she inflicted on the two of them earlier. Regaining proper balance in the legs, Tin'tinag started to walk over towards the two, intent on getting a better view, she was not going to miss this, or forget about it anytime soon.
