The Tiger class is specifically designed for the role of an escort vessel. With strong armament and excellent defenses, it holds well against most adversaries. With thick phrik plating and advanced shielding, it can shrug off most of what is thrown at it. A wide array of weapons gives it plenty of options to tackle whatever comes after the freighters it's guarding.
