DESCRIPTION
The Conglomerate of Owls was built of the ideal that every employee should have safety, equal pay and employee rights. The Owls also share a cause in rooting out any form of corruption that could occur within both the companies and the Conglomerate. This includes using both unpaid volunteers, random audits by government officials and elected members with short terms. Any member of the Conglomerate cannot have a family member who holds an official government position, excluding law enforcement, military personnel and public services. Dozens of companies have joined the Conglomerate of Owls, ranging from shipbuilders to luxury manufacturers and even farm industries. All with a similar goal of improving both their companies and caring for their employees.
RATIONALE
The Conglomerate of Owls isn't owned by an individual, rather it's not owned at all. Rather it arose from the need to care for the needs of employees, smaller businesses and to combat any form of corruption. An attempt created by the Arsenians after witnessing a large number of companies and businesses caring more for profit than for their employees or the environment of the planet. A bold attempt at bringing transparency and equality where many companies had failed.
