      The station has dispersed across its surface with two to guard the entrances of each of the four hangar port entrances and two rows of two lining the center of the front and rear of the structure.   • AE Generator: The throne is capable of filtering harmful light or elements and acting as an environmental stabilizer.
  • Bio Dome: The Shield the Throne Generates is capable of being calibrated to hold in certain gasses to help create or maintain ecosystems.
STRENGTHS

  • Ironclad Shell: The primary function of the Throne Satellite Defense System is, along side other Throne units project an energy field surrounding structures and targets. Be they as small as a capitol ship or space station to as large as a planet. Each Throne system is capable of generating a mobile planetary force shield over a 1500km diameter in an up to 180 degree arc. (Requiring at least 2 Throne units to create a full dome or prism.). Throne Units are capable of calibrating the trajectory of their projected barriers to synchronize with another throne unit, strengthening one another, putting less strain on the whole system or increasing the total combined circumference their shield is capable of.

    The Shield Projected by the HA-T36 is a layered, one way hybrid shield unit, combining the Reactive hexagonal shielding of House Aquilas Famous CROSS system layered over top of a more standard Deflector Shield For maximum protection, allowing the shield to take incredible amounts of punishment and with enough units exceeding that of a standard planetary shield while allowing friendly energy projectiles to exit, but not enter, rebounding the shield off other throne units to reinforce and strengthen the connection like a relay if they're within range of one another, making it incredibly potent and up to three times more dense than its standard length depending on proximity.

    The Throne comes equipped with its own Shield Break, a halo-like unit which expands to create a controlled hole in its force field which can open to approximately 150m wide to allow fighters or other craft to pass through. Fortified Shield Breaks can be built into the system should it be use to protect a city such as Arches made of the same material as the Thrones own shield break to allow controlled entry or exit through the barrier, even in such a manner to have it able to be open or closed on a whim.

  • Impervious Defense: To think that the Throne Unit itself is the weakest point of the system would be true, however misleading. Simply because it can be destroyed in a manner that disrupts the barrier the combined units may project, does not make the Throne unit itself undefended. Covered with its own lesser equivalent of the Hybrid Cross / Deflector barrier it projects outward around itself, as well as reactive titanium armour plating and an Ultrachrome B hull, the Throne is a veritable fortress of redundant armour plating. Even the structure, of more flexible titanium allows give in the structure to reduce damage dealt by the stress of concussive blows.

    When it comes to the Thrones Electronics and Interior defenses, much of the interior systems circuits are insulated against Ion or EMP attacks while the units anti surge protection is built into the power units of the ship to compliment them. Combined with a stock Anti EWS system to prevent against most slicing and hacking attempts, the Throne becomes a bulwark against even electronic assault that is difficult to find purchase against.

  • Self Defense: The HA-T36 boasts an array of high grade weapons, including 16 spherical point defense turrets capable of targeting high speed craft and intercepting incoming missiles thanks to its scanning and targeting suite. 4x turbolaser class weapons for a punch that could put a significant hole in even larger ships. Finally, a Thoth launcher system affords some use of physical artillery, but requires the shield break to be in use to wield it. All of these weapons operate on House Aquila EM rails for rapid rotation and target acquisition and are capable of being fired automatically with the ships A.I. but are far less accurate and effective when doing so.

  • Ease of Command: Many of a Throne Unit's systems can be accessed remotely aboard a command ship or run through the Thrones own A.I. assist which aid in governing the ship, although doing so heightens risk of electronic assault or high-jacking it makes the Throne a simple asset in most cases, with its AI equivalent to most astromechs in efficiency. However, when piloted by an optimal crew, be they droids or otherwise the efficiency of the weapons systems amplifies considerably.

  • Blockade Jammer: Thought the HA-T36 is primarily built for defense, its offensive and utility capabilities should not be ignored, long range scanners are capable of picking up incoming targets from great distances and its advanced communications suite can allow it to not only be used as a part of a global communications network, it can also filter a Jamming Signal through the barrier it creates to prevent almost any form of wave communication to pass through it due to the signal density, generally requiring a physical breach in the shield to get a signal out.

  • Environmental Shield: Perhaps the purpose leading to the Throne's necessary creation. The HA-T36 is able to identify and act as a one way filter for chemicals in a given atmosphere while acting as an artificual Ozone layer, preventing harmful waves to barrage a surface beyond its protection, or to allow specific ones through by changing the contrast of the barrier.
WEAKNESSES
  • Stretched to the Limit: Although the shield generated by the HA-T36 is considerably powerful, its power has a devastating falloff rate. The shield should it not be able to rebound off other throne units can drop to meager at best, meaning that maintaining close proximity to each Throne in sequence is paramount to keeping an ironclad defense. Should these units be stretched to their absolute limit, extending its shield over its maximum range without support, the shield is meager at best, able to defend against light ship fire and impact detonating weapons, but turbo-lasers and powerful weaponry will all but ignore it.

  • Composite Frailty: However, there is one weapon that's able to pass through the barrier of the HA-T36 with ease. Composite beam weapons fire concentrated energy with many times more dense wavelength, punching thought it as though it were nothing, leaving everything behind them utterly vulnerable to the potentially devastating weapons as they fundamentally drill through the advanced barrier.

  • Domino Effect: Throne units operate based on their proximity with other throne units, with the destruction or shutting down of a single unit, it forces the entire linked shield web to compensate for the loss, creating weak-points or possibly even breaks in the shields which can be taken advantage of by a skilled enough Pilot or Commander.

  • Steady, but Slow: Despite the turn of phrase, the Throne won't be winning any races, the maneuvering thrusters the Throne employs exist only to be able to alter its position or angle in sequence with other HA-T36 units. Suffice it to say that these units aren't in the business of evasion when it comes to preventing incoming damage.
DESCRIPTION

Although it took almost a decade of development, the first step towards the mission statement of House Aquila to rebuild lost worlds was completed with the creation of the HA-T36 Satellite Defense System known more credibly as the Throne. With high quality parts and a wide array of uses, Felix personally oversaw its creation with the hopes of using the traits of hard-light shield generators to be able to manipulate a wave-pattern around a target for varying effects. Here are a Few words from Felix Aquila himself, CEO of House Aquila:

"The throne is not an agent of destruction, it is a seat from which we will be able to watch as we rebuild not only entire communities, but entire worlds torn apart by war. Some of these worlds we intend to fix are new, others, ancient. But with this tool, this alter, we take our first steps into an unknown chapter on the Mara Corridor. A brighter chapter, one where a lack of drinkable water, toxic air or harmful rays from multiple suns a thing of the past."

Obstacles that sat in the way of the Young Noble who skyrocketed to fame in the Dueling Ring after the fall of his criminal family were numerous and plenty. So rather than attempting to tackle his humanitarian desires head on, he put the myriad resources of his family into defense, creating weapons, armour and vehicles for private military contracts with hopes of building the foundation of something greater. Focusing on energy and shielding technology House Aquila became a galactic Authority on Wave formation technology with grants from worlds on the Mara Corridor.

And now, finally culminating in the HA-T36, a System whose powerful weapons, shields and environmental stasis field enable it to protect its worlds both militarily, physically and environmentally for as long as they're maintained.
