I think it's very, very unlikely Blizz will make a Warcraft 4, considering they've boned themselves on that aspect with World of Warcraft being as successful as it is.
However; I'd sell my soul, and my family's soul for a Warcraft I and Warcraft II redone with an updated engine.

Warcraft is such a great world and its games are awesome. I spent a ton of time on the Warcrafts 1,2, and 3, before spending even more time on the WoW Private Servers.
