It was truly horrible being back here. A time in her life which she had pushed from her might and sought to squash from existence. In her less youthful years she had actually met back up with the illusive Mr Cordel, forgave him of his transgressions. Coming face to face with him hadn't been difficult at all. But standing here... Standing here was haunting. As though she had been transported back in time.

She didn't move. She simply stared.

And then a hand settled against her shoulder and she practically jumped from her skin, body turning just a touch before she realized who it was. For a second she clutched her abdomen, then let out a small sigh, before managing a weak smile.

"Nothing is wrong, dear brother... This place is..." She wet her lip, before looking across the room. The staircase remained in tact, and without another word she made her way toward them. It would be a struggle, getting up to the next floor, but she had to see. For a second her eyes lingered toward the basement door. A sincere shudder worked its way through her.

She wasn't quite ready for that. Not yet.

OBJECTIVE: Jailhouse 41: Connected to the Shadows temple by a long tunnel and secured underground. The complex is fashioned after a ghost prison such as the spirit or the prism with one jedi master in charge and warden droids. In the event of breakouts the prison goes into lockdown sealing the prison from the inside so that they are unable to escape.

Oh, great... The children were bickering. Adiara pressed his lips into a straight line frown and watched from his vantage point. In my day there would have been none of that. Far less stoic than I remember, these Jedi, it seems a lot has changed in forty years...

With a sigh he stepped forward, tossing the remnants of the gabaki to the ground and putting it out with his heel as he did so.

"Now we've had quite enough of that. Behave yourselves."

Adiara had not said one word on the trip over, so the mere sound of his voice was enough to plummet them into silence. A slight stammer, then a series of apologies. He simply gave a nod of his head, before turning and staring up at the Temple.

"If you are quite done messing around, I do believe you have work to do inside. And get a bloody cargo droid, will you? Or we'll be out here all morning."

Correction, or they will be. I however have more important matters to take care of.

Stepping away from the group of trainees he made his way toward the great entrance before slipping inside. His gaze lingered over the entrance foyer for just a moment, but truly it was not the Temple he was interested in.

So he continued on, working along a path he had studied this past week. A map of the Temple and the tunnels beneath had been embedded into his mind for all the reading of it he had done.

"Now, Adiara... It's time we checked out the facilities..."

It was getting closer.

The Chieftains gaze was on her, almost pleading, but her own remained fixated on the Alpha Ranphyx. She could hear the static of the lightsaber in the distance, a pained whimper, and had to resist the urge to wince. Instead she narrowed her eyes and inhaled slowly, allowing her focus to become enveloped by the prowling predator. It wasn't rushing, it was taking its sweet time... Knowing that there was no place to go. Knowing that the Elom was too fixed by fear to move even an inch.

With the Ranphyx in her minds eye, Mysa finally closed her eyes and pushed out her consciousnesses toward the lumbering beast. No barriers, no difficulty, she slipped into its mind in a heartbeat and slowly began to influence it. Just light touches, gentle gestures, she did not want to harm it. After all, it was simply trying to hunt for its family. Did they not do the same?

The Alpha began to slow in its approach, before its snarling maw turned in her direction. Resisting, it was resisting... She inhaled another slow breath then pressed more. Coaxing, goading, urging it away from its previous quarry. Another clash in the background, as saber struck rock. The cave was low, her fellow Jedi had to be careful when waving those things around. Mr Talker yelped, and then came another snap hiss. More violence.

Mysa narrowed her focus. C'mon... C'mon... Before there are none of your pack left to save...

She didn't want them dead. She didn't want to wipe them out. She simply did not want them to kill this Elom Tribe.

RE: Upcoming SSC/OSJ Needs Valuation

Lady Cardei,

As requested, some initial thoughts:
  • Thank you for confirming that you've contacted [member="Coci Heavenshield"] and [member="Thurion Heavenshield"]. The SSC/OSJ internal structure is notoriously opaque, and the Masters Heavenshield represented your office's best guess as to the correct contact authorities. However, one of my contacts in SSC/OSJ territory (from the Kelsier expedition last year) indicates that the OSJ is more committed to the Stygian Caldera expansion than we had believed. Both Masters Heavenshield are likely in the field and may take some time to respond to your query.
  • On the plus side, this gives us more time to work toward a more targeted presentation package.
  • New market listings confirm that the Firemane ships affected by the licensing withdrawal include the vast majority of the SSC/OSJ navy, including vessels at all capital scales.
  • Theed Hangar has a solid reputation for elite subcapital and small capital vessels. We feel confident we can make a successful pitch in that direction. At those scales, apart from personal or specialized vessels, we believe the SSC/OSJ relies on old Levantine Sanctum ships, primarily the ageing MC42 Ruisto frigate. The Ruisto is a capable and highly flexible exploration vessel, but undergunned for front-line combat, and not specced for dedicated escort duty. The patrol frigate and escort frigate niches would dovetail well with the design work coming out of Teams Cresh and Dorn. Our ability to make a competitive bid for these niches is now detailed in slides 5 through 7 of the expanded deck.
  • Note the new information on slide 9. We believe our suite of reconnaissance probes and probe launchers can dovetail with the SSC/OSJ's territorial monitoring equipment. The SIARC, INCIS, EXPARC and SUREC probes can be mated to SSC/OSJ up-to-the-minute SIGINT and surveillance databases.
For decision:
  • We have the option of attempting to fill larger starship niches left empty by the Firemane license withdrawal. Our work with the Indispensable and other Star Destroyer-scale vessels, as well as our expanded tier-four shipyard capacity, put us in a strong position to capitalize on the design work from Team Grek. Our ability to make a competitive bid for these niches is now detailed in slides 12 through 15 of the expanded deck, as well as Annex Cresh. D.G. Eng. confirms that we have the technical capacity to provide SSC/OSJ with a uniquely capable star destroyer.

With the new Silver Jedi robes being stashed aboard Charzon's Neimoidian Yacht, they know what clothing to wear upon return to Ringo Vinda, especially Jessica's boss Charzon, who will be able to identify herself while on Protector duty. But Jessica wondered how would raiding the Saak'ak for schematics would actually help them rebuild the Saak'ak to modern standards, as a cargo ship and maybe as a supercarrier provided they can scrounge up requisite materials. And then they can think about how to actually get these things built, but it would require building four sections to be towed away and then reconnected elsewhere in space if that is what she thinks it is. Jessica was marveled by how Hoersch-Kessel Driveworks was even able to build such cargoships (with two clear loading hatches at the front), like no one else in the galaxy could, but she also remembers how the Confederacy and, later, the Techno Union were using these things as carriers. And the Rebel Alliance circa 0 BBY. CIS/TU did so both in the Clone Wars and in the past 10 years, even though during the Clone Wars, the Techno Union only effected maintenance rather than actually operating the Lucrehulks. Will the Techno Empire operate one as their flagship at one point, she knew not.

"Kuat Drive Yards refused our offer of reparations because we forced them to virtually pull out of the freighter market. But we are not stealing from Hoersch-Kessel Driveworks the way we did from KDY"

"I would never have expected a defense contractor to reject an offer of reparations due to the damage the offending party did to their non-combat operations" Marcia commented.

"We built this whole enterprise to similar size to HKD, Theed Palace Space Vessel Engineering Corps and Rendili StarDrive because we were different and focused on the more peaceful uses of starships, until now. As Jessica said a while ago, it's easier for us to design a cargo ship and then a carrier from it, than the other way around, because we arm cargo ships to carrier standards"

"Just without the full fighter complement: every single cargoship >1km we built had at least 2 squadrons of fighters in them, so as to use ventral hangars for ease of loading/unloading, even more so on planetary surfaces, but it aids in orbit too"

The Padawan took his robe and examined it troughly. It seemed comfortable, and light. He quickly put it on and looked at how he looked. The cape didn't appease him very much, but he could always try and cut it off, without Master noticing. The little boy looked at his Master and asked "Do these have any cool effects? To counter the cape of course.". You never knew with Matsu Ike, the capes could probably do anything. He walked around and it felt nice and he even thought he could run faster with them on.

The boy's attention was caught on Sith libraries. If he was able to get some books, he imagined with the help of others, use those techniques with the Light Side of the Force. "How protected are Sith libraries? And is it easy to infiltrate them?", he asked trying not to be too blunt about his plans. Oh, the things he could do if he managed get his hands on the books, but his thoughts were distracted by Matsu talking about a blood princess. "Blood Princess, who is she?", curious about the identity of this codenamed person, if she was even a person. Or a she.

And who was Arya? He would find out in his time. The boy continued as he followed Master Ike and gave a spin to see how air resistant the clothes were, and it didn't seem to make a difference, he just spun around like normal.

Sorel Crieff

Ready are you? What know you of ready?
Post 1

Starting out solo, as I don’t want to hold anyone up in their story, but if you’d like to interact, just tag me and I’ll do my best to keep up :)

She was no Jedi scholar, but she knew how to read a datafile. And information on the planet of Malachor V was an eye-opener, even for one as widely travelled as Sorel. So she readily digested it as she approached the exit from hyperspace.

Once the lines of light had transformed into pinpricks, she switched her attention to her more specific destination. The Trayus Academy was once a Sith structure. The infamous Jedi Revan discovered the abandoned structure during the Mandalorian Wars and it’s said that what he found there was instrumental in his fall to the dark side. And after that it remained operational for the training of Sith Assassins until Malachor V was effectively destroyed in 3951 BBY.

History lesson over, Sorel shut down her datapad and viewed the planet ahead. Already she could make out features and wondered how strong an influence the dark side still held on the land there. And she wondered how many other Jedi fell as a result of visiting this place that was alleged to lead one to the Sith and all their shadowed worlds.

Now it was used to train Silver Shadows how to resist the dark side. How would she fare? Only time would tell.

Matsu was looking at the padawans there when the other one came out with a look. "Over here." She was looking at it before clasping her hands behind her back with the cape going in the wind behind her. She had herself ready and set up to work with all of the things they were presenting for themselves until she spoke. "THe effects of it are that jedi who serve the light will find it easier to control their emotions, connect to the force and it can make their own stamina when using the force seem to be enhanced. We have spent considerable time making the outfits to reflect the Silver Jedi within the Sanctum and as such they are able to wear them to show unity and purpose."

There was also more the super lightweight mesh along with the wintrium meant jedi could easily function while having protection better then wearing a full suit of beskar'gam thanks to it. It also meant while she was walking on Malachor and felt the familiar presence of Sorel it was a welcome feeling to her. Matsu would let her go off and work with her padawans if they arrived and have her with a chance to work on and wear the outfit for herself. Some of the others were there as Matsu was seeing a figure walking towards them with jedi brutes wearing heavy armor. If you wanted to see the pinnacle of intrigue and danger then look no further then Arya who was the overseer.

She stood rather short just barely five foot six but it was how she presented herself and the manner of it. Instead of peaceful looking there was a stern expression on her face with a cold professional manner. It was why she was one of the elders who had taught few in the order the white current and kept the shadow temple hidden. Ayra's illusion didn't drop when she arrived and was speaking to the small group. "Welcome back to Malachor V master Ike. We have been keeping track of the place for you and the other Silver Jedi where we can but once some of the sith tried to escape from the prison we followed protocol and sealed it leaving it until you managed to return."

Matsu gave a nod while Harmony was there with then reporting on the other droids and coordinated relays that were working over with some of the things they had been developing. The droids were going across the planets and giving information as they released additional probe droids for everyone to see and work with. "Master we have begun landing on the other worlds, monitoring relays and stations are being deployed and feedback from the stations we have at Korriban are making it easier to coordinate across the Caldera." Matsu waited for a moment and had to important aspects here to work with as she was feeling out with the force to handle the both of them.

"Alright here is what we are going to do, Harmony you are going to jack in and work with the probes to start sending them to the planets like krayiss and Corbos. Start going from system to system using the maps so that we will be able to set it all up and start sending down teams to explore the planets. Use what reinforcements we have with the droids and all of our probes to give the information before sending in the people. Elder Arya thank you for all of this and we will be able to work with your guards hopefully to ensure that nothing is left likely in the prison. After all of these years sealed it could prove dangerous to inhale the air or."

She trailed off when there was a sound from the world and from the mountains around the temple, the small valley they had set it in gave them a view of just about everything here letting them cross over to see some of the other jedi that were there as she spoke. "Has there been a lot of creature activity?" The woman was looking at her with a nod of her head. "Yes we believe some of them might have dug and gotten itno the prison itself. We didn't expect creatures to break in but some of them we have seen on this world have been interesting same as the things master Harrison reported in the ruins where Master Kawakami was located."

Matsu gave a nod as they were heading in and. "We're going to want to get heavy walkers into the tunnels in case there is anything in there we can move around less but as long as they are facing forward it should easily be able to handle any creatures that might be roaming around inside of the prison."

The dark side was strong here. It thrummed with an intense aura, feeling heavy against the Shi'ido's skin. Rasu had not felt such a presence in a long time, not since her visit to Korriban with the Republic invasion forces. However it stood to reason that world ruled by the Sith and their dark side followers would forever be stained by darkness. However the goal for herself and the two Padawan's accompanying her was indeed a heavy task, but Rasu had faith and trust in the Force.

As the group approached the looming gates of the Academy, the Shi'ido Master turned to face the pair of Jedi behind her, attempting to gauge any form of reaction from them. She had accompanied Celiana to a few landmarks strong in the dark side however for Ar'ekk, this would an entirely new experience. She wanted to make sure both were ready and able, but also know that Rasu would act as a shield and could be talked to before any concerns overwhelmed either of them.

"Are you both ready?" she asked, wondering what thoughts were running through the pair at this very moment. She was prepared to face whatever awaited them within, if any existed, and was comfortable with the skills of both that they too could face the creatures of darkness. However thoughts and doubts were stronger than any weapon. These would need to be swept aside before the trio could continue.

The new gear she had been given by her mother was a welcomed sight to hold herself up with and Orihime grinned wearing it. her long black hair there as she was sitting in the ship and heading towards the planet with her own goals in mind. Mostly to explore some of the other planets and establish an area around the system on the worlds they were not going to. The massive ancient temple here was famous but it was also dangerous... which was why with her small team was using the soul crystals that allowed them to capture darkside spirits that might try and mess with them. She wanted to work with it and going to this sacred world to give the jedi of the Silver Sanctum a small foothold would provide a nice focused level of interest. She came out of the system as the seeder ship was sending out the mapping probes with all of their systems alerting them to the planet and system itself.

Orihime was bringing the ship around to work with them and present a favorable method of getting in before she turned to speak to the ones that were there. "Alright we know some fo the lore about where we are headed so be careful when you get down there, we'll be able to present a united front and use some of the disruption weapons on the spirits that might be there, or the snare crystals, or if the worse case scenario comes from it use the force light guns and start dispelling everything around us." There were nods of agreement as the people were prepared to work with and prepared to handle in many of the cases before they were landing and the ramp of the ship was opening to let them all out. Small formations of jedi with some watch members who had done this on Rhen Var with her before they sent out the probe droids to start scanning and giving them the feedback.

Speak friend, and enter.

The path was shut. Ending at a wall which offered no egress beyond. And there, carved in stone where a doorway should have been, was an inscription authored in High Sith that seemed to mock the small Pantoran from on high.

He'd read it several times to make certain that he'd gotten the translation correct. Driuni akima, diâ iriti. He'd even pulled out his notes taken from study of the grimoire as he tried to make sense of the riddle, whilst the rain continued to pour down over the boy's small form. He'd have done better to have pulled out the grimoire itself, but a tome that old in weather such as this... would not weather the storm too well.

Sith had no friends.

...aye, there's the rub.

As he contemplated the question a moment, a single word came to mind. He'd uttered it aloud with hardly any thought at all.

"Jidai."

It was their word for the Jedi, one that had cropped up common enough in the notes he'd taken of the grimoire's contents.

"Welcome..."
A voice.

Her voice. Familiar. Damning. So very real. He felt her breath against the nape of his neck, even though he was wearing a full bodyglove beneath the facemask.
"...Chiyo Ren."
He turned, expecting to see the spectre of a Togruta woman.

Instead, he found himself in a courtyard. Alone.

Turning around, the boy was mildly disoriented as he found that the wall was not there. Or perhaps he was the one who was no longer standing where he'd been standing before. Slowly, the boy turned as he tried to adjust to his new surroundings. A courtyard, empty but for stone gargoyles and shattered stone artwork littering the ground.

Whatever had become of the Sith here, there remained power and magicks that were both real and unimaginable.

The trio walked across the wobbly, cavernous cargo holds of the Saak'ak, realizing that the impact of such a massive item on the planet's surface caused a lot of damage to the ship, fracturing its hull, and frame even, in multiple areas. Some turbolaser holes were punched through the armor, other weapons were blown off their turrets, the list goes on and on. If it had the marks of the confederacy, then an awful lot of firepower was necessary to even bring the Saak'ak's shields down: an entire squadron of Venators or two would have been necessary to shoot down a Lucrehulk-class supercarrier (by today's standards; contemporary historical documents always referred to it as a battleship). For the Confederate flagship in a theater to be forced to retreat from said theater, the tide of battle must have turned against them at some point or another. But even though Marcia has a sense of "déjà vu" only with the Tormentor replaced with the Saak'ak, to Charzon it's not quite the same. Whereas the Tormentor back on Jabiim had very little traces of battle damage, the Saak'ak was strewn with turbolaser hits.

"That's a lot of battle damage right here: the engines are utterly destroyed"

"It carries the marks of the Confederacy, so the Saak'ak has served some time in Confederate service. When it was shot down over Elom, the Saak'ak was the flagship of the Confederate fleet assigned to the Stygian Caldera"

"It's not about salvaging the ship. But when the Saak'ak was finally destroyed, perhaps a similar fate to the Tormentor led it here. We know what happened with the Tormentor: they sustained battle damage and they had to retreat"

"So from what did the Separatists retreat? Did that happen prior to Order 66?"

An Antarian Ranger patrol had picked it up five kilometers north of a massive glacial formation.

What wasn't clear, even by fly-overs, was the question of what it was.

Being that the Silver Watch was both trained and equipped for the kind of arctic conditions which existed in that part of the ancestral Sith world, two members of the Silver Watch had been dispatched from the citadel on Rhen Var in order to explore the tundra and report on their findings there.

It should be a great adventure!

In part because... he got to ride on another of those space boats!

These strange fur-less beings from the heavens, whose long boats traversed the sea of stars and bridged the Great Maw that transcended the horizon.

Well, mostly fur-less. The one that Kiriko was following had fur on his face. Not, like, his whole face either. It was rather strange, that.

But, the young cub was beginning to be of the impression that there were many strange things in this vast sea of everything which lay beyond the shores of the Beorni Isle.

I'd reclaimed Meetra Surik's first saber on the last adventure I'd had with Master Gan on Telos, having done so I'd discovered that her spirit was attached to her saber. It felt to me disrespectful to be here with her saber at the site where she'd fought and killed, where she gave the order to kill everyone on the planet's surface. The darkness I'd felt on Telos with the Leviathan and the holocrons was nothing compared to this.

Hearing Master Gan ask if we were both ready I looked at her and said, "Master I'm fairly certain none of us are ready. But we're here so that's got to mean we're willing right?" Smiling at her I had Meetra's saber clipped to my belt and my two sabers hanging there as well. The research I'd done on Malachor V was nothing compared to being here in person, the darkness was thick here and I was glad to be by Master Gan's side, having the spirit of Meetra Surik with me was comforting as well. I'd known we'd be coming here but I hoped not to use Meetra's saber here, I felt it would be a dishonor to re-subject her spirit to what she'd been responsible for here. I heard her voice in my head and she said, "Thank you for your consideration Celiana but I came to accept what I'd done here when I surrendered this saber. That being said please rely on your own skill and sabers if possible but again, thank you dear child."

With that she withdrew from my mind and stepping up behind Master Gan I readied myself for whatever we'd face inside.

----------------------------------------

A sideways flash of her eyes found the face of the young man as he moved up beside her. Jacen Clanstrider, her husband's young apprentice so full of promise as one is in their youth. Indeed this place would deem a good learning expedition for him, not just the mission, but the ever testing presence of the darkside wanting nothing more then to seep into ones essence, continue it's attack on the light. Odd how it continues the eternal fight against itself, the force. But one could speculate that it didn't, but rather test those that wield it, on either end of the spectrum. It is interesting that Jedi fight this every day of their lives, the darkness that is innate in us all, yet there is good too, but very few sith has she met battle against the light.

"Jacen, stay close to me. Watch and listen to everything and learn", she said in a low voice as she stopped him just outside the entrance. "There will be people here that will not welcome us, most likely, so be vigilant to your surroundings. Use the force, allow it to inform you".

She gave him a nod before turning to enter the bar. Her black eyes only took a moment before they adjusted to the dull lighting. It was not a very deep bar, yet booths lined the walls and yellowish light the only means of vision. Music played from a system mounted on a shelf behind the bar, and the place played home to around fifteen people settling in for the night. Three men propped up the bar, a waitress bustled around the tables looking for something to do to look busy and keep her job, a couple on a night out locked in conversation, took no notice of the two new comers that entered. Only the bar tender looked up to see the new patrons half expecting to see the usual barflies.

As Coci approached the counter of the bar, and sat on a stool, did the bar tender approach leaning large thick hands on the counter ready to take their order. "Corellian Ale for me, and get whatever he wants on my tab". Corellian Ale, oh how long it had been since she tasted the delights of that drink.

Kurayami let the scans run as he made his way through the entrance. His pace was slow and solemn as though paying respect to the temple itself. In a sense he was, as he was awed by the sheer power and immensity of the place he found himself in. Also by moving slower he would give the scanners more time to collect as much data as possible and create as accurate of a three-dimensional map of the structure as possible. The millimeter wave radar made for rather detailed imagery, and he had modified the ultrasound pickup into a transceiver system. The work had taken a bit of time but it had ended up being a rather helpful addition as it improved the quality of the maps and filled in small details that the radr or thermal imaging may miss. For the time he had calibrated it to ignore life sign readings as he was not aware of any living things left here. He keptt his senses on edge though, using the Force to reach out and feel around himself for any signs of life, sentient or not.

Even with his focus on tracking down any possible signs of life in the Force, the darkness did make it harder to keep his mind focused. Though not a Jedi or a Sith, it still made it difficult to concentrate on the task at hand sometimes. The power of the nexus was impossible to ignore and he immediately understood why Sith had been trained here, how easy it would be to fall, irredeemably in this place. He could feel the pull, the temptation of the dark side, it's seductive whispers ran through his mind ever so lightly, yet it did not lessen the want to listen. He knew that this undertaking would be a difficult one, and that is why he had come. He wanted to test his will, to push his mental barriers to their limit. If he made it through here without falling he would be that much stronger in the end. He knew that what he was feeling now was but a sliver of the true power this temple held. That was why he pushed onward. He would test himself as the ancient Sith would have done to break him, he would go to the epicenter of the nexus here, his destination was the Trayus Core. The ending was not set in stone and he could only pray that he was strong enough in the end. His fate was not entirely in his hands any longer. Once he was done with mapping out the temple proper he would go to the core. Where many Sith and Jedi both had been slain.

There were other presences, faint, unrecognizable to him, but headed towards he temple as well. He stopped for a time at the end of the entryway, waiting to see who was coming. His left hand rested on his saber's hilt, ready for the worst.

"Most of the information about the Saak'ak post-Naboo has been lost, after once being the Trade Federation flagship over Naboo" Marcia said.

"Honestly, Charzon, it could be a lot of things: it could have fled Saleucami, it could have fled Boz Pity, it could have fled Jabiim, these were the main three things"

"Why do the final moments of the Saak'ak matter so much to you?"

"How do we even know it's the Saak'ak to begin with? All that we do know is that it is a Lucrehulk-class ship we're dealing with"

"R9, scan the ship for any traces of flight recorders or transponders"

Most ships from that era don't even have their names written on the hull: they usually relied on their transponder to identify themselves. Jessica's R9 droid is looking for the location of the flight recorders or the transponders, knowing that the Saak'ak is a historically significant ship, perhaps not the extent the Malevolence, the Resolute, the Invisible Hand were in that era, or the later Devastator or Executor; nevertheless, it was the place where Qui-Gon Jinn and Obi-Wan Kenobi both attempted to negotiate an accord with the Trade Federation regarding Naboo, trade accords and blockades, but failed completely because Nute Gunray instead tried to kill them. But several museums across the galaxy would pay through the roof to obtain a supply of these relics from even the Saak'ak, let alone the aforementionned ships. But what they knew was that the entire Lucrehulk fleet of the Trade Federation was re-armed to standard when the TF joined the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The Saak'ak was obviously among the first to undergo such a change, provided the trio even dealt with the Saak'ak to begin with.

The team was moving through the small area around the ship to make sure that it was safe and secured, no need yet to rush off when she could feel the world itself pressing in on her. That tingle in the back of her head and scratch in her dry throat. Or tickle in her nose like when Boo was around. Made her want to sneeze thinking about it before she secured the glove on her hand and her robes with a bow of her head. "Alright I am ready to head in what about you guys?" She asked it and the ones there with her were ready for anything before they set off. Securing the silver and black robes that radiated the lightside of the force on herself with the others.

Orihime thought about who might be able to come and help her and there was a chance of [member="Jericho"] or [member="Connor Harrison"] but you never knew. The others were working on some of the thing that they had been developing before she stopped pausing and looking up at the large burned out ruins of the temple library. Her hand came up while she was getting the forearm tactical pad up with the probe droids that were heading out. "Set them to active scans that we will be able to work with. We'll let the droids search in case there is anything then we shall be able to work on searching the area. Stick with it and start setting beacons for the seeder ship to deploy."

Tyyni surged through the cave, relying on his training saber for light. The light blue shine of the weapon gave Tyyni courage. He wasn't alone down here; he had the Force with him. The Force... And a rather annoying droid, whom thankfully couldn't keep up with the Hutt's Force Dash. From behind him, Tyyni heard more curses and insults towards Jedi, and bit back a retort.

Finally, the Padawan made it to a section of the cave, where a group of three Jedi were battling... things. Tyyni hadn't studied the planet enough to know about Ranphyx. He could tell they were dangerous, though.

With another burst of speed, Tyyni crashed into one of the felines, sending the beast flying into a wall. The new enemy and unexpected attack sent the animal running. The Hutt looked to one of the Jedi, a woman, who was trying to connect to a rather large Ranphyx. He realized what she was trying to do, and nodded.

The Hutt Jedi added his own presence to Mysa's, letting his consciousness drift into the feline alongside hers. He assisted her in what she was doing, attempting to push aside the large Ranphyx's mental barriers. A smaller Ranhyx jumped towards Tyyni, catching him off-guard. The Hutt ducked under the body of the pouncing creature, giving him a tap on the rump with his training saber, making the beast whimper.

Despite the situation, Tyyni found a pleasant grin. "Ah, I can tell you are not cat people." Tyyni had always enjoyed ill-timed humor.

This place had a dark presence he hadn't felt in his life, not even once. A strange sense went down the Padawan's spine, feeling at unease during the whole journey. The gates of the Academy once had a lot of Sith roaming in and out at all times. Something really eerie if you think about it.

It was the first time that Ar'ekk had some sort of journey and he didn't feel safe at all. The paranoid looks around the gates and keeping his hands near his lightsaber were more than clear enough signals that he felt unprepared, however, there was no such thing as going back. Not now. It was time to face his fears and the unknown, no matter how dangerous and scary it is.

He exchanged glances with Rasu and Celiana, his master and fellow Padawan partner. Ar'ekk tried to get a good look at their reactions, making sure it was a good idea to come here and actually do this.

"Let's go inside, shall we? I don't want to stay here like a sitting duck, waiting for something to happen."

No surprises. Simple as that.
