Invasion The Republic Shall Fall [One Sith Invasion of Coruscant]

HK-36

The Iron Lord Protector (Neutral Good)
Aboard the Siege Tower,
Abregado-Rae, Protectorate Territory

It was a slow day, as slow as usually it was for HK when he was not called to serve as somebody's ally in battles. He sure did being allies and reinforcements for people, he got to make an entrance, say something cool, then send his soldiers into surprised enemy's flank, and even if he didn't really do anything, his allies were grateful. If he had it his way, he would hire a general or admiral to handle the battle for him, he would just get the ship there, say something, and then retire to his chambers to piece together puzzles showing Thessa or Delila's naked forms from Dagobah, or something like that.

However, so far all he had going on was dealing with more reports of Siobhan "telling stories" to his crew in her cabin, and paying off the wages of the freelancers and mercenaries he recently began recruiting. It was a bit of a dent in his incomes, sure, but the droid was saving up his funds for a while now, and his resources were soon to expand, due to the new company he formed under Lord Protector's agreement.

However, his meditations on whether or not to castrate Siobhan were cut short by beeping from one of the consoles and the Communications Officer,
"Sir!"
The man got HK's attention as he turned about,
"Distress Signal from the Republic-"
HK slightly pushed himself off of his chair, at the edge of his seat,
"The Sith have attacked Coruscant in surprise strike."
If the droid had iris they would widen at the news, as he shot upwards to stand,

"Rally our men! And summon the mercenaries and allies, we shall answer the Republic's call. Forward the transmission to Lord Protector [member="Ayden Cater"], let him know that the Sith have bases in striking distance to Coruscant, most likely near our borders."
The Officer nodded as he carried out the orders,
"Yessir."
The droid turned slightly once more to him, as he walked over to the holo-display map to pull up the map of Coruscant system,
"Alert Colonel Kerrigan of this. And pull off whatever ensign she is entertaining off of her!"

Soon enough, [member="Siobhan Kerrigan"] would know of the situation, as the mercenaries from the planet's surface were loaded onto the ship, among them the freelancer working for the droid [member="Bluejay Ungolfen"].

And then transmissions were sent to others, those with more resources that the droid was able to hire for the mission, [member="Aedan Miles"] and [member="Ashe the Reaper"], the situation would be known to them as they were summoned to joined the droid's forces in aiding the Republic, they re-group en-route to Coruscant and enter the system's space together.

It would not be long before the Siege Tower's engines would power up and the ship would disappear in a blue streak of light, heading towards Coruscant, the Capital of the Republic.

Darth Armyss

Nobleman, Sith, and Womanizer
Albrecht knew as soon as he felt a sensation not unlike flying that his 'cunning' plan hadn't been as cunning as he thought, and a few seconds later he found himself on his backside in the grand foyeur of the Jedi Temple. Slowly, he staggered to his feet, rubbing the spot on his hind end where he had hit the ground, and muttering enough obscenities under his breath to make even the most seasoned spacer blush in embarrassment. To say the least, this first strike had been a disaster, but the important thing was that he was still alive, and as long as he had his vibrorapier he should have no trouble making another attempt.

Except that his weapon was nowhere to be found, having flown out of his grip when he was launched into the next room. A blaster wasn't going to be of much use against a Jedi of any sort of experience either, so he was going to need another weapon.

It didn't take long for another to appear as one of the various Sith acolytes involved in the fighting was cut down by a Jedi Knight a short distance away. While the Jedi's back was turned, Albrecht fired a shot from his pistol right into the knight's back, killing him instantly. He stepped over to the two corpses and found what he was looking for, their lightsabers. While not exactly like handing a vibrorapier, there were at least similar enough that he could adapt to using them quickly, although it would take time to get used to the blades not having any mass. Placing both of them on his belt, he decided to seek out backup before attempting to engage the Jedi Master a second time, lest she decide to do worse than simply humiliate him if he failed to catch her off-guard again.

Location: Inner Jedi Temple
Objective: Engage Master Apparine in combat
Tags: [member="Daella Apparine"] [member="Albrecht Tagge"]

Vornskr emerged from an adjacent hallway leading to Apparine's position, and came face to face with the Jedi Master he had battled on Ossus so long ago. He watched passively as another Sith, an acolyte no less, engaged the Jedi Master with a vibrorapier, and was promptly repelled. Vornskr would not be dealt with as easily, and he gathered the Force within him in preparations for an attack on the Jedi Master. It began simple enough, his armor greaves stomping down on the floor with each step, leaving a visible intrusion in the metal as the power within him swelled. He was not masterly versed in the art of telekinesis, he couldn't utilize it like Mikhail Shorn or Siobhan could, but he knew enough to do moderate damage.

Finally he released his pent up energy, funneling it into a concentrated wave of telekinetic Force aimed at Apparine's body, more specifically her torso. He said nothing to her, he had learned his mistakes that had doomed him on Ossus, he would be a quite fury this time. Determined to destroy the one who had shamed him so.

Objective: Protect Monument Plaza.
Location: Walls of Manarai District.

It was the first time that Antares Windu found himself at the Galactic Museum, or any form of museum in the Galaxy. It was quite the special occasion - travelling all the way across Coruscant, for once taking a break from his duty as a Jedi Knight and master to [member="Carona Totsari"], and instead learning more about the planet, and the rest of the Galaxy through a place that was meant to hold history.

It was meant to be educational.

It was meant to be fun.

It was meant to be quiet.

But that all had to change when the ships appeared in the sky of Coruscant, when the alarms went off in Manarai District, when the security force went to the walls - with the Jedi Knight in tow. He hoped if his Padawan had found out where he had gone, she hadn't come to Manarai District, but then again, it was probably safer here than at the actual Jedi Temple.

We shall see now, won't we?

He was a Jedi Knight, it was obvious based upon his clothing, he wasn't stopped when he climbed to the top of the walls and looked out to see the Horde and her allies charging at them. He didn't sense the Force from them, he wouldn't even have known if they were there if it hadn't been for the alarms and the sounds of battle. Sticking his hand out to the side, he took the binoculars of one of the men on the wall and looked out to the main bulk of the Horde forces. The optics were aimed towards [member="Tsavong Kraal"].

He felt as if he would have nearly broken the binoculars if he hadn't taken them from his face and handed them back. He couldn't hold them off all on his own, he needed help. Which is why with all of the mental power, and willpower that he could use, he casted out a telepathic message to his former Master, [member="Kiskla Grayson"].

Manarai District. Too many.

When he was done, he looked back to the security forces upon the walls and said, "evacuate everyone." And he frowned when he looked back out to the approaching force. He felt as if he was going to die on that night.

LOCATION: JEDI TEMPLE
OBJECTIVE: TEAM SEXYCURBSTOMP, TAKING NAMES AND KILLING JEDI
ALLIES: [member="Lucianus Adair"]
ENEMIES: ANY AND ALL JEDI [member="Tracyn Ordo"]

Tracyn Ordo would find things no easier fighting Alen up close, Ashin Varanin could attest to that. To say the Sith Lord was good with blades, well ... you could say that. His blade tracked the Jedi Knight as he spun towards him, simultaneously side-stepping and setting up a diagonal cut at Alen's side. Na'Varro didn't even take a step his feet in reply. His hands came up a few inches and his wrists prepared to rotate one hundred and eighty degrees in order to intercept the blade, while his weight remained centred, his feet shifted around forty-five degrees. Djem So's strength was in its handling of power and unrelenting nature. Alen would be able to handle the power of the strike ... in fact, he would be able to riposte swiftly, powerfully and devastatingly. That was until the Jedi did something unthinkable.

Alen watched as his opponent suddenly stopped in the middle of combat and clipped his lightsaber back to his belt. In the middle of combat. That gave Alen about 0.5 seconds to make use of ... he was almost too shocked to move. Almost. He had never seen someone change weapons in the middle of a fight, in range of their opponent, and expect to live. This was almost disrespectful. As Tracyn clipped his lightsaber back in his belt, Na'Varro simply stepped forward with his right foot, splitting the Mando's stance, held his right hand about eight inches from his opponent's chest, and blasted a crashing wave of furious Force energy from his palm, through Ordo and towards the stone wall of the Jedi Temple. 0.5 seconds was a LOT to work with. And so the stone wall of the Jedi Temple beckoned for Tracyn Ordo's mortal form.

Switching weapons mid-fight was an error that combatants rarely survived to learn from, especially against a ruthless opponent such as Darth Strider. Na'Varro followed his Force Push in the human form, stalking behind it, loosening up his neck and shoulders for the fight that was to come. He just hoped his opponent was ready for what was to come.

OOC: If you've got a problem with me ignoring your crushgaunt attacks, just PM me and we can work something out. But Alen would not let you get away with switching weapons within striking distance haha

JEDI TEMPLE:

Steps; Fighting [member="Ryan Korr"]; Allied With Sith:
Prior to her first death, and the tying of her soul to a Sith Lord, Ven'Rain had been in the military. Learning how to wield both blaster and blade had been a must. During her training the woman (then just a young lass) excelled with not only a sniper rifle, but a vibro-blade as well. Years later her employer, teacher, and lover Circe Savan had taught her the basics of using a lightsaber. Though Ven had died, her soul transferred to this new body, not all was forgotten. Instincts were, of course, most of what she had. Add her brute strength in... well, she isn't an easy opponent to take down. Now, let us get back to the present time: The taunting had no effect. JJ (Jumpy Junior) remained calm as he defended himself. Next he jumped into offensive mode, feigning an assault on the right before dashing to the left. His blade was charging toward the beast's arm. Were it to connect, it would cut through the durasteel, though how far would depend on the strength behind the attack. As it was, Ven managed to turn, letting the blade screech across her armor. The hit would weaken that side, along with leaving a long, permanent mark. Partially surprised at the boy's speed she hissed, pulling back for a moment. "Use you angle, little jumpy one. It will guide you to power your little mind never could have imagined." Quite a chatty one, wasn't she? Once again she attacked, this time hoping to purposely strike the man's lightsaber, hold it in place, then kick him in the groin. He'd better hope he can get out of that. If not... well, let's just say he probably wouldn't be having any kids any time soon.

Jedi Temple Exterior.
Objective: Destroy the Jedi and the Temple.
Opponent: [member="Marakai Al'Orren"]

The cat landed in front of him and his forward motion stopped as if he had hit the emergency brake. His lightsaber was still in his hand, the crimson beam still ignited from when he had first exited from the shuttle. He was a Sith Apprentice, but he wasn't planning on dying that day. He was planning on fighting Jedi and gaining prestige within the Sith. He planned on getting the marks from his Master when he became a Darth.

The plan was to kill everyone not Sith, Yuuzhan Vong, or an ally. It was good enough for the Maelibus, he spun the lightsaber in his hand, and weaved a force shield around him before he leapt at her.

Feet barely travelled above the ground while he travelled the distance between them and swung at her midsection. Powerful legs, the aid of the Force to let him move faster, and Sith training all added into a being such as the Maelibus, made a powerful and quick enemy. This wasn't going to easy for her.

In the back of his mind he felt as if it wouldn't be easy for him either.

The Galactic Republic
Outer Atmosphere, Esfandia Runner
Being Banana

Ashe received a [member="HK-36"]'s calls, but even before then, word traveled fast through RRDI's pre-existing connections within the Republic from their days under the Monarchy. Her ships were already deploying, one of them courtesy of RRDI's latest production line. A Kalestat-Class escorting Ashe's own Esfandia Runner arriving, she had access to whatever fighter from her personal collection she preferred and all of her weapons and equipment save the rarer things, namely the terentatek duster and her old dark armor. While Ashe would have preferred to see the Republic burn and personally play a hand, drowning it under blue napalm, she wasn't received well enough by the One Sith and the Republic forces were paying. There was really only one option in the matter, or to simply not be a matter at all. The foxtress decided on the former, with little recourse.
Finally, her two vessels for the day arrived near Coruscant, the scope of the attack already visible around the planet as forces built up. Her corvette and the AA gunboat escorting it dove into the atmosphere and sent out a signal to her employer in the matter.
Read simply; "We've arrived."

Inner Jedi Temple
OBJECTIVE: Stop battle meditation.
@A'dele Adonai, [member="Dak Canton"], [member="Hannibal Oryen"]

Just as he ordered Dak to stop, another soldier, Hannibal Oryen jumped into the fray firing upon the Jedi Master. Kentarch cursed to himself. He realized now that in the chaos of the Sith forces flooding into the temple an engaging targets, his orders would likely go unheeded. [member="Vulpesen"] knew the stakes, and with multiple assailants Kentarch dropped the challenged and pressed further into the temple to face new opponents. Kentarch knew that if the master had conscious he would try and save his compatriots for the Sith.

He reached out the force, and he could feel a Jedi’s power ebbing over the temple. Battle Meditation. He would have to stop it sooner rather than later. He cloaked himself, using a technique he learned from the disciples of twilight, and vanished from plain sight. Quickly he moved through the temple, avoiding bumping into other Jedi in his cloaked state. His new objective would be taking down this A'dele Adonai before she did more harm than good. After a few moments he arrived down a central hallway by the meditation chambers.

“Come out, come out, where ever you are.” The Sith Lords ominous voice echoed as he passed form each meditation chamber to another looking for the Jedi and releasing his cloak. His Icy blue lightsaber came to life in his hand again.

After tossing @Abrecht Tagge far away, Daella’s head quickly snapped to [member="Darth Vornskr"] after he came into view. She raised both arms at the same time that Vornskr attempted to use Force telekinesis on her. She seemed to utilize the Force at the same in order to counter the Sith’s telekinesis. Daella slid back several meters on her feet.

After recovering herself at a still position, Daella looked up at Vornskr with cold blue eyes.

Foolish,” insulted Daella as she straightened herself.

Is vengeance important enough to go this far out of your way?” questioned Daella.

For a moment, Albrecht watched [member="Darth Vornskr"] engage [member="Daella Apparine"] in combat, and after a brief moment decided against providing assistance to the Sith Lord - with his inexperience, he would probably only be a liability, he knew, and yet...something compelled him to watch. Maybe he could learn something from this, or perhaps he could find an opening to exploit if the Jedi Master was sufficiently distracted. The only thing he needed to worry about in the meantime was watching his own back, but fortunately, the most intense fighting was outside the temple, whereas here there were only a few isolated skirmishes at most.

Serenity

Artificial Intelligence
LOCATION: Everywhere
OBJECTIVE: Neutralize all enemy organics
ALLIES: The entire Republic
ENEMIES: ANY AND ALL Organics not recognized as friendly or civilian.
Damn it all even with intelligence... it seemed that none of the organics stopped the Sith. How hard was it to stop an opponent from landing on your capitol planet when the Director of the G.I.A. told you about it... Well it seems it is time to get her hands dirty. She broadcasted a virus which was her, that targeted anything technical in her range, which was the entire planet and above. All landing vessels were being hacked, all communication devices, if it was electrical and on a network she was going to assault it why? Well it was amusing but this was the home of the G.I.A. and the capitol of the Republic and where she was her strongest integrated with the planet and its many layers of electronics. Serenity first started making the connections, probing the devices, attempting to trick them, sending all known Sith frequencies and then trying new ones only if they failed. The thing about being an artificial computer tied to an entire planet's worth of computers, and all surrounding republic ships, and the Baktoid Holonet satellite system was that she was able to split her self into batches of herself all seeking the same goal, to save the Republic. Republic personnel would start receiving all relevant data from security camera's, sensors, and any other way that Serenity could hack to sense sith on the planet. Every single G.I.A. bunker went on lock down and they started securing the line of command, the best they could. " This is Serenity, calling all agents immediately"

Location: Skyscraper overlooking Jedi Temple
Objective: Elimination Jedi

...high above the action from his vantage point on the balcony of the skyscraper Ronan would have continued to scan the battle down below via the zoom scope on his Disruptor Rifle. Many of the combatants had moved into the Jedi Temple however he was still able to view an amount of carnage occurring on the exterior of the building. As he scanned the exterior of the temple Ronan's gaze would have hesitated on the red headed woman as she began to shapeshift down below; she was facing another man, hands on her hips and saying something which was incomprehensible at this distance. His thumb grazed the trigger of the Disruptor Rifle as he took a breath...

...from his position Rona could take the perfect shot, utilizing the zoom scope to its full advantage, and he'd allow the scope of the rifle to zoom in further while he breathed, inhaling slowly. The Camoflauge Armor he wore continued bending the light around him meaning that he could conceal himself easily, he was immersed in the surrounding area in a literal sense, his own body would have been a blur to someone nearby but at the distance he was aiming from he may has well have been invisible. Waiting he was about to squeeze the trigger when...

...the Sith Acolyte had leapt at her, swinging his lightsaber at her midsection. Ronan eased off the trigger momentarily while releasing the breath he'd begun to hold in slow intervals. Patience, patience. Then he squeezed the trigger. This rifle held ten shots in total, nine were now left. The Disruptor Rifle would unleash what could only be described as a constant beam of energy until it came into contact with a solid target. Its effects were devastating; a shot from a Disruptor Rifle could quite literally rip its target apart at a molecular level, shredding all tissue it came into contact with. At his current angle he could fire over the Sith Acolyte and he'd targeted the left shoulder region for the woman. Likely he intended to separate her arm from her body...

Aboard the Doom's Edge
Random system near Republic area, Forces 1 Nimix-class Heavy Cruiser (Doom's Edge) 1 Haran'uliik-class light frigate (Destinies might) 2 Dire-class patrol ships (Eagle and Falcon).

Aedan Miles looked up as he received word from [member="HK-36"] and sighed shaking his head. There went his pirating time while he was on his way back to Mandalorian space. Now he was being called in to assist with a war oh well. Nodding his head to his yeomen he leaned back absently resting his head in the hand of his left arm which brought back the memory of the fact that it wasn't really his arm. It was a well made prosthetic that he had gotten to replace his arm after it had been wounded in a previous fight. Wincing to himself he shock his head and focused on the task at hand activating the ships com he calmly muttered. "Well Ladies and gentlemen it looks like its a good thing we brought those droids. WE are now in route to Coruscant apparently someone has invaded and The Iron Knight as requested a favor we are going to support them."

As he watched forward the stars seemed to stretch out and into the view of hyper space as he sped towards his destination his eyes dim. He hated this always war never time for him to think about what else he would do with his life. Hell maybe that was a sign his life was meant for nothing BUT war he would figure it out eventually. As the ships sped through hyperspace throughout them people checked on the droids that they brought along any spare space crammed to the brim of the inactive droids even the drop ships and transports having their spaces filled. Aedan would be taking his fighters down to assist with clearing the skies above Coruscant. But for now he made his way to his room to retrieve his armor and begin the process of donning the red armor.

far out, man
[member="Alen Na'Varro"] hit hard. But Tracyn had hit harder, and had experienced more. So when he was launched, he knew exactly what to do. Darth Vazela, had made his life hell at one point. Serpen had hit harder than this man, and had at least two hundred more years on this guy. Tracyn slammed into the wall. The shock first impacted the plates of his armor, which pushed the blows outwards, and then he felt it in his back. He had to move quickly, though. Beskar was tougher than hell, and the wall was the one who was sorry who hit it at the end of the day. Tracyn peeled off the wall, cracking his knuckles. He rolled his neck, narrowing his eyes at his opponent, [member="Alen Na'Varro"]. One step inward, two steps, then three, and then Tracyn was charging at the man.

Tracyn came up in a blur. Teras Kasi made him fast, fast to even force sensitives. The Force made him even faster, made him even stronger. Years upon years of putting the two together? Made him a very good opponent. Tracyn dropped his Beskar-clad body into a skid, before sliding upwards, on his strong leg that swung up, bringing him upwards into the air. Shenbit bonecrusher, a move that was as unpleasant as it sounds, consisted of one leg shooting outwards to smash into the knee, and the other using the armor on the arms to deflect lightsaber blows. The other hand, went to use the palm, which had both the strongest part of the bones of the hand and of the beskar in the gauntlet, to smash the face to the side, and more importantly, to get the opponent on the ground.

The bonecrushing part came from the part about crushing bones. Tracyn didn't extend his leg out too much, he only really did a step. His legs were armored, but he didn't want to risk having Alen getting a chance to cut him about sixty pounds lighter, not including the armor. Plus, cybernetics were expensive. Tracyn kept his right arm, the guard arm, in a slightly diagonal position, his fist near his chin, so that the only real option was either to move or to stab, and Tracyn was in the perfect form to outmanuever the man in his current form.

[member="Hannibal Oryen"] seemed to forget one major thing. Stealth generators only hide ones presence physically. In the force, he stood out like a sore thumb, especially when the jedi he was trying to sneak up on was dipping into the LIVING FORCE. Every light burned brightly, and the rather malevolent one behind him did not go unnoticed. Separating the two sides of his saber, Vulpesen whirled around, defending against [member="Dak Canton"]'s innitial fire and letting the rest sail past him, hopefully into Hannibal's chest. Speaking of Hannibal, its about time we get back to that matter. With his swirl, Vulpesen had brought up his weapon, one golden blade aiming for the firing rifle and the other slashing at his torso. "You wanna fight? FIGHT ME RIGHT!" Regardless of if he connected, Vulpesen would lift his hand, using the force to launch the man away from him.

Now then, back to the arrogant son of a kath hound who tried to walk into his home. He was done. Vulpesen was sick of these sith thinking the galaxy was theirs. He was sick of men like this thinking he was afraid. Maybe he was earlier, but now he was just done. "You aren't going anywhere!" Before [member="Darth Kentarch"] could make it past him, and LONG before he could cloak himself, the jedi used a powerful force pull to yank the man towards him. "Get off our planet!" His free hand brought down a diagonal slash at the man, his strength increased by the force, making his smaller shape deceptively strong. "Now!" If Kentarch blocked, then he would be faced with the other blade as Vulpesen started to attack from both sides with an elegant variation of Jar Kai.

Popo looked at the soldier that had arrived and heard the man as he spoke. The massive Shell Hutt simply shook his head.

"Can't do that, soldier," he said gruffly. "But what we can do is take the fight to them. They won't be expecting an assault from the rear. Can you get troops together for that? We'll need a decent sized force to do it with. A few platoons, maybe."

He then turned back to the girl he'd initially spoken to.

"The Senate Guard and reinforcements will hold for now. We need to hit the Sith from behind and trap them between us and the Jedi," he said and glanced at the soldier's nameplate. "RC-1025 here will get us troops, but I need you to fly me to the rear of the Sith attack. Can you do that for me?"

Immersed in the flow of the Force and aided by the Battle Meditation of Adonai, Ryan's ears were deaf to the Sithspawn's taunts. His eyes flicked from the score on the durasteel armor and back to the monster's blade. That armor would prove difficult to hack through, but it also gave Ryan an opening. For every advantage there is a weakness. No one is invincible. Ryan was at a disadvantage when it came to strength, but in his light clothing he moved with a speed and grace which the beast could not match.

Sweat beaded at the edges of Ryan's brow, but he remained bolstered by the Force. Not tired, no not yet. Blocking the monster's savage strikes sapped his energy, but not as much as it perhaps intended. The Force ran around him, like a river. He could sense its currents, its ebbs. As he opened himself more fully an awareness came flooding into him. This was not a river, but an ocean, unfathomably deep and impossibly wide. He could feel the tides, waves of possibilities, ripple over him. Ryan let them carry him, feeling not what was but what was to be.

The Sithspawn moved, striking and attempting a saber lock. Ryan held the blade in place, arms wavering and on the verge of giving out, but he could feel the next attack coming. He recognized this sensation, though he had never felt it so strongly before, immersed in Battle Meditation as he was. Precognition. Korr gathered his legs, bent slightly, and leapt as the groin kick came, missing him by a bare inch. His leap was impossibly high and too calculated for any mere human. Right now, he was one with the Force. He had never felt such peace in his life before. The raging storm inside of him that constantly threatened to overwhelm him was, for the moment, quelled. In its place he felt pure serenity.

His front flip carried him up over the monster's head and behind its back. He'd recognized the weakness, or perhaps the Force had. While the beast was heavily armored and extremely large and powerful, what it gained in strength it lacked in speed. Specifically turning ability. Ryan struck as he fell, aiming for the neck.

He landed gracefully, knees bending to absorb the fall and hand coming out to touch the ground lightly in a stabilizing motion. Ryan's red hair hung about his face, obscuring scar just under his right eye. He felt... at peace.

LOCATION: CORUSCANTA, THE SIDE THAT IS THE OPPOSITE FROM TEMP STEPS.
OBJECTIVE: DESTROY THE JEDI
Target: @Jedi Temple

The small speeder van pulled up low near an ancient rusted hanger beneath the Jedi temple. The durasteel blast door was opened maybe two meters and looked rusted solid. A tall figure in black cloak and armor stood on the edge of an open side door as the Coruscant wind blew his head tresses and the bones of his parents clacked softly as they hung from his neck. A large pack was slung over his shoulder and his sith sword and saber staff both hung from his person. He reached into his cloak and pulled out a small metal orb the size of his fist then dropped it on the deck before he leapt into the seemingly forgotten hanger. In the air behind him the Ion grenade blew and the speeder lost power and silently dove to the undercity. A grim humor cause the corner of the Sith’s mouth to turn up as he watched the hired help disappear and finally become a ball of flames hundreds of stories below.

He turned and sprinted toward the back of the hanger and a round opening that led into the temple catacombs and sewer system. His black eyes scanned the area and he kept his senses on high alert as he reached into his bag and pulled out a detonation pack then with tender care planted it on the first inner wall he could find. Next he dropped into the muck and mire of the temple and began moving as quickly as he could to get to the temple catacombs. The smell of filth and waste filled the air and he wished he had brought a breather mask. The mute Sith made no sound other than the sound of movement in the waist deep water. The MM-40 thermal charge in his bag, as well as the other detonator packs were held out of the liquid filth as he quickly trudged to the small ovoid door that lead into the temple catacombs. His saber staff leapt from his belt and he ignited one side and began cutting the hinges off the ancient door. The smell of burning durasteel filled the air as the first hinge split. He must have been more than 30 meters below the temple main floor now. Another minute and the hinges were all split and the door fell out ward with a clang and a splash.

Another wickedly evil grin appeared on his face as he planted another detonator pack on the inside wall and walked into the drier catacombs. He made no sounds now and was drenched in darkness. He took out his small night vision goggles from his large pack and put them on for a little visual aid then began heading toward the center of the catacombs. His hate was his only companion as he moved along once he had the bomb in place he would arm it and leave anyway he could.
