"Mako you do there", Kixi pressed on her comm. "Yep and watching over you like an angel in the sky". Both Mako and Kixi laughed a moment, she always seemed to have time for laugher even in awkward and dangerous situations. "Good. We are going to have to maintain radio silence as of this moment. We're about to enter the temple. Keep scanning the area and tracking our position. Hopefully we won't need you because if we do, you'll have to uncloak and your existence will be compromised. You can still speak to me via my implant, to warn me. I just won't be able to reply". Mako replied with affection in her voice, "Understood, and may the Force be with you all".

The 3 walked to the guarded temple. "Weak padawans" she thought to herself. She slowly extended her mind of thought well beyond hers and to the guards creating a bubble of influence. She carefully made sure it was only to them and not to any Jedi Knights or Masters in the vicinity. This would clearly not work on them. "My thoughts to your thoughts, my mind to yours", she closed her eyes but could still sense direction through the Force. "Okay peoples, you're all clear. Say your stuff, do your stuff, the guards are under my influence. Can only hold this for around 15 or so minutes, and should any knights or Masters show up", she paused, "Well let's say we better hope none do show up, thus I hope you can slice this database in the 10 or minutes you said you could do it in". Kixi walked behind them, "You may proceed".

The Trandoshan walked up to the guards with the Gran. "The Excellent..er, Bossk of Trandosha is expected here," Free-Eyes exclaimed. "Stand to, vanguard!", Vinskk barked. The guards snapped to the side, and the gate swung upon. "We're in", Free-Eyes whispered. "Now, to find a terminal."

"Good work guys", Kixi quietly whispered. The 3 proceeded to walk through the temple gates. "Now quickly, my mind grip on those guards is ummm somewhat weakening".

"I'm suprised you got them at all. They're trained to resist force persuasion." Free-Eyes muttered to her. He took a straight path, right into the heart of the Temple. "Before we get there, I'd like to know what are we gonna do if a Master shows up?" Vinskk looked at Kixi in interest, asking the same question in his mind.
[member="Kixi Rajki"]

"I'm an equivalent to a Jedi Master on my home world, that's how I did it", Kixi pointed at Free-Eyes. "However now isn't s good time to ask questions irrelevant to the task ahead", Kixi sharply pointed out. "If Master shows up, I have just the plan. And it won't even involve a touch of violence", she finished off clearly unsure of herself and sounding irritated added. "Now move it will you!"

The Gran threw up his hands and groaned. Vinskk clicked at the Human and said, "Holographic chips better work, Jeedai..."
They entered the Temple. A large fountain, no doubt important to the Jedi Order, flowed endlessly. Flowers bloomed and surrounded it, and various Jedi of different age and rank passed by, casting strange looks at the three outsiders. Vinskk pointed to a hallway, where a shelf full of holobooks was partially revealed. Free-Eyes saw it and said, "There! Let's go. Just act normal."
[member="Kixi Rajki"]

"Holographic chips require precise programming if we are to impursinate someone successfully, in this case Jedi", Kixi counted. "Go ahead Free-Eyes", Kixi instructed, "I've got your back".

The Gran scampered over to the nearest terminal and began to work on it, typing away furiously at the screen. A youngling, perhaps around 7 years old, stared at the massive Trandoshan, and Vinskk hissed at him, sending the boy scurrying away in fear. What a ray of sunshine.

Mako spoke into Kixi's implant,"I have mapped the schematics of the temple, I'm ready to transport you from your position to where the archives are whenever you're ready". Kixi had to maintain radio silence, but at least she knew now that that part of the plan can be executed. "Alright", she said to the Trandoshan, "Here are the holographic projectors. Once we have the data, Mako just confirmed the co-ordinates to the archives library in which she will transport us into, from then we use the data to program our projecters to look like their Jedi, and then I will get to work to find what I'm looking for, while you guys sit tight", she turned to Free-Eyes who was busy at the terminal, "Whatever its asking you, allow it!", Kiki said clearly agitated as she noticed a Jedi Master nearby and approaching. "That boy must've alerted her". She hissed as that thought passed her mind.

Free-Eyes saw the Master approaching and began to type faster, his hands a blur of light brown as he went into overtime. He was getting closer. Vinskk whispered into Kixi's ear, "What should Trandoshan do?" Vinskk kept his eyes dead on the Jeedai Master, almost about to reach the Gran.

"Trandoshan will do nothing", Kixi spoke back quietly in the same manner Vinskk was used to speaking. Kixi took a deep breath in. "I have to create a diversion". She said softly. "For what I am about to do, I will hold no grudge against you if you think I am insane, for what I am about to do, is absolutely crazy". Kixi breathed deeply, slowly and heavily. "This will buy the final minutes we need, I hope". Kixi slowly put down a small device on the floor, the Jedi Master was close now and Kixi could see her face, a medium height Twi'lek. She was the only master in the visible vicinity. "All I ask of you both is that once the slice is complete, to stand directly behind me so Mako can lock the transporter on the 3 of us". The master stopped 3 metres shy from where Kixi was standing. "You there, hold! State you business here please", Kixi and the Jedi master locked eye contact. "Sure", Kixi replied, "I'm a dancer, I am here for the entertainment of you humble serving Jedi", she waived a forward hand gesture at the master. Before the master could answer, the device on the floor that Kixi had placed there began playing music, dance music unfamiliar to anyone except Kixi herself. Music from the planet of her birth. She began dancing in front of the Jedi master, showing off her dance moves, singing with the music, getting her body up close to the Twi-lek who just didn't expect to see what she was witnessing and froze in disbelief. In fact the Twi-lek master wasn't the only one.

Mako could hear all this from within the seat of her cloaked starfigher circling the sky well above them. "Kixi what in the name of the Force are you doing???????, have you lost your damn mind!, Kixi!, Kixi!", Mako yelled, but Kixi ignored her and continued her dance at the stunned Twi-lek. By this stage, the other Jedi younglings and padawans who were in the area just watched what was happening. It wasn't everyday they saw someone dancing inside their temple. "Kixi you have got to be kidding me right?", her heart felt like it was going to come out of her mouth. "Kixi Rajki, I hereby declare you officially insane", Mako yelled out in what was clearly a state of panic. All she could do now was hope that whatever Kixi was up to, would work. Kixi was thinking to herself as she continued her dance, "That Gran had better be done any moment now, because any moment now, the Twi-lek is going to end all this madness once and for all"

Free-Eyes froze in horror in what he saw, and the Trandoshan was slack jawed next to her, watching the woman dance. The Gran ran towards Kixi and yelled, "Done! Get us the hell out of here!"
[member="Kixi Rajki"]

The Twi-lek instantly saw the Gran panic as he ran towards Kixi. Un-mistakenly, she could sense the Force strong in the dancer girl dancing beside her. She knew something was wrong. "Enough of this this", she gently used the Force on Kixi who although the Twi-lek hadn't meant to do so, it sent Kixi hurtling backwards, who ultimately fell on her bottom between both the Gran and the Trandoshan who had been standing behind her. At this very moment the music stopped. Silence once again filled the halls of the temple. The Twi-lek's eyes lit up suddenly. Kixi's lightsabre suddenly exposed during her fall. And in a flash Kixi was back on her feat, right arm out and Force pull towards the standing Twi-lek Jedi Master. The Twi-lek had easily anticipated Kixi's move and naturally countered Kixi's Force push with a Force push of her own directed at Kixi. The two were locked in a fearsome tug of war. An invisible force in between them pushing at one another. Whoever would lose this battle would surely end up severely concussed, broken bones and possible internal injuries, as the force of the impact would be immense. The struggle between the two was already immense. "I do not sense the dark side in you, who are you", the Twi-lek master gasped out. Kixi did not bother to respond.

"Mako, we are in position, 3 to beam up", Kixi's voice, a complete strain as the words came out. She was struggling for breath. It seemed she was slowly losing the battle. Zuncålazin, the entry level equivalent to a Jedi Master on her home world she was. The Twi-lek clearly not an entry level master, was about to have Kixi slammed onto the nearby wall, an outcome that would surely end extremely sour for the First Prime of House Sunrider. "The Ueshiba's transporter range has now been extended to my position, transport lock confirmed, 3 to beam up, energising in T minus 10 seconds", Kixi could hear Mako's words echo in her head as her knees began to buckle. She wasn't going to be able to hold on for much longer. Up in the sky directly above the temple, the Calder mit Arkhan de-cloaked and was now clearly visible from outside the temple. The Twi-lek starred directly at Kixi's agonising face, "It's over", she said in a stern voice. "Surrender now while you still can". At that very moment three rays of light from the Asgard transporting device encompassed the bodies of the Gran, Trandoshan and Kixi. In an instant the 3 vanished to the utter disbelief of the Twi-lek master, and the younglings and padawans who had just witnessed the fight.

The three re-materialised in what was the archives section of the Jedi Temple, a highly restricted area to only certain masters. Kixi dropped to her knees. Short on breath, breathing heavily with her hand on her stomach clearly in agony. Vinskk had never seen her in such a state of defeat. She looked up at him, her face showing more determination than ever, "Help me up, we need to decode that data and program those holographic projectors now before someone finds us in here". As she said those words, saliva spitting from her mouth, her eyes rolled back, her eye lids shut and she rolled backwards and fell completely on the floor slumped onto the ground, face facing the floor with blood rushing out of her nose.

"Oh, by the Scorekeeper."

Vinskk looked at the unconscious Kixi in a mixed state of amusement and concern. It was slightly funny, in a dark way, to see her like this. But she was vulnerable. He sighed and picked her up, holding the woman across his broad shoulders. "Let us move to a place where Kixi can become conscious again." Free-Eyes look panicked. "I'm surprised we got out of that one, old friend." Both walking past shelves and shelves of archives and knowledge, the two looked for a place to lay low, like a closet or a doorway...

Kixi slowly came back to consciousness. She became aware of the Trandoshan carring her. She could feel the blood slowly gasping out of her nose. It felt like she was going to choke on her own blood. "What a crap way to die", she thought. She felt vulnerable. Never before had she tasted defeat like this before. But all wasn't lost. They had made it into the temple's archives afterall. All she had to do was find what she was looking for and get out. Problem was obvious though. She was in a huge mess.

She moved her head and tried to speak. The effort in doing so was painful. She muttered something which got the Trandoshan's attention. But it didn't come out in Basic. Her translator had been damaged. "Oh no", she thought. She loved linguistics, but her ability to speak Basic was still limited. "Vinskk", Kixi was coughing just saying his name. "Hydrospray in utility belt mine prunen", her words came out in broken Basic mixed with some words in Züncålidiom, her native language. "Get it edol inject it my neck. Strength back will give to me". Her head fell back as she coughed painfully.

The Trandoshan clicked in concern while Free-Eyes digged through her utility belt at the order of Vinskk. He eventually found the hydrospray and applied it to Kixi. Vinskk kept watch, ready to fight if someone came in. He could hear a person somewhere in the archives, but couldn't locate them thanks to the acoustics of the large room with hallways of shelves. Hopefully the spray worked quickly...

Kixi's body suddenly twitched violently. It did so for about 30 seconds and then stopped. She lay still for another 30 seconds. Vinskk and Free-Eyes starred at her in astonishment and concern. Kixi didn't move or twitch. She looked dead. Then without warning she lifted her head. Her head was ringing inside her. She felt like she had been hit by a hover sled. "Help me up", she said in broken Basic, as she tried to re-compose herself slowly. She sounded weirded speaking without her translator. "We got work to do".

[member="Vinskk Revamp"]

Vinskk picked her up and supported Kixi on his right side. Was it just him or was the sound of another person getting louder? "Where are we going?" Free-Eyes looked at the broken translator. "I'll fix this while we're moving." The Gran grabbed it off of Kixi's ear and began to fiddle with it. "Just point to us where you want us to go."
