Is everything, and everyone involved with the event? LIke it or not? Hows this going to work with people right in the way of where the vong all began?

I think it's kind of clear what he's asking...

He's asking if all the factions and players are required to acknowledge this event beyond the shrinkage in faction territory.

He's also determined, by deduction, that the event will obviously involve Vong in one way or another. Therefore, he has asked what kind of effects this will have on the factions positioned more closely to the Vong's original entry point to the galaxy.

I'm not sure what warranted the 'crack' post... <_<
