Private The Lost Sith Lord

The flamethrower group was immediately reduced into shriveled beings once Sicarius absorbed their life force. The woman was no where near as strong as Angonous, but is very athletic and relies on esoteric force abilities to induce fear and shock on to the enemies. However Sicarius was just as bloodthirsty as Agnonous was and craves battle. It was like an addiction for her one that she refuses to let go. "More of them!" Agonous said as a smoke bomb activated in order to obscure their vision. Fools, don't they know that they have the force on their side to use as a weapon? Blaster bolts came whizzing at the duo and Agnonous redirected them, he could hear the cries of pain from the soldiers seeing one coming out from the smoke clutching his neck and collapsing.

"We're going to need a Starship to get to our destination!" Angonous said summoning a large amounts of the force creating a massive ball that hurled from his hand killing everyone in sight. The metal walls peeled off from Agnonous' force attack and the Sith Lord heard screams of pain as they were reduced to a bloody paste.

"Sicarus!" Angonous shouted as he sensed a disturbance in the force. It was that same tremor he felt earlier and it was getting closer. "I need you to get back to the Hutt's office and find his ship! As soon as we get that location, we'll make a run for that location!"

Sicarius was still dazed or more accurately dozing when the smoke grenade went of awakening her back to the reality of the situation and danger they were in. A part of her scolded herself for her carelessness. She couldn’t afford to indulge herself like that when there were still threats. If it happened while fighting more worthy opponents she would have been at their mercy. Even a squad of Mandalorians could have taken her out while she swayed back and forth.

Sicarius nodded at her Masters instructions and backed away quickly defending herself with her lightsaber as she did. It reminded her of exercises she did as a youngling, when you were blinded while using a training droid, sensing the presence of the blaster shots just before their red beams came out of the mists.

Sicarius ducked back into the office and began to search the harddrive she had stolen from the safe. If it had the starcharts to valuable locations throughout the galaxy chances are it had other valuable intelligence. Searching for Starships, she found what she was looking for.

“Theirs a Hangar down the street outt the back of the Cantina!” Sicarius shouted back to Darth Angonous “It looks like it was meant for a quick get away. It has a Krayt Gunship, A Scyk fighter and a Dunelizard!”

Sicarius grunted

“Their not exactly state of the art, but they’ll do for our purposes.”

(OOC: https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/M22-T_Krayt_gunship, https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/M3-A_Scyk_fighter, https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/G1-M4-C_Dunelizard_fighter )

The hangar didn't sound too far away that's good, though the bad news was that the entire area was alerted to their presence. "Cheap bastards those things can barely take us to another system," Angonous muttered. "All right Sicarus!" he yelled. "Come back to me!" He noticed the backdoor of Jacen's room was locked shut. The only way out was the way the two of them entered yet it was eerily quiet. "I don't like this," Angonous said to Sicarus. "They've stopped sending their thugs at us."

Deactivating his Lightsaber Angonous stared at Sicaurs. "Do you sense it?" He asked. "A disturbance in the force, something elsewhere, elusive..... Keep your wits about you my apprentice."

Sicarius ran back into the room expecting more combat, and found none. She paused confused, the thugs had stopped rushing the entrance. It was concerning and would suggest that the thugs finally got some brains. It was too much to expect them all to have run away not that such cowardice would be a surprise. No this suggested coordination, which meant leadership, no doubt one of the Hutts lieutenants were regrouping, if they managed to kill The Hutts assassins they’d be next in line to the throne. A petty throne barely fit for a two bit warlord but a throne nonetheless.

Sicarius frowned at her Masters caution, she closed her eyes and reached out with her senses, the disturbance was there, it was cold, unfeeling almost like a… droid.

The Magnaguard burst in the room with a flurry of strikes wielding an double ended electrostaff, Sicarius barely managed to get her lightsaber up in time to block it. She reflectively reacted with a Soresu formation. It was the best defence to such a flurry. The Magnaguard countered immediately with a physical attack using it’s mechanical legs. Sicarius knee buckled under the attack leaving her open for a terrifying second before she turned it into a roll away from the droid.

Coming to her feat Sicarius attempted to gain some distance with a force push. The Magnadroid locked its own mechanical feet in the earth creating indents in the floor, before striking at Sicarius vulnerable position. Sicarius used the force to backflip back out of range.

“We may need to work together for this one Master” Sicarius offered, circling to the right so that the droid would have to face two opponents from opposite sides.

"Hey you chits!" The announcer shouted from above. "Take a look at this droid and smile!" Angonous immediately activated his Lightsaber as the rusted droid began to twirl its electrostaff towards the duo. Despite its rusted appearance, Angonous noticed the movement speed and its strikes were much different than what he had seen in holovids during the Clone Wars. Sicarius rushed at the Droid with reckless abandon attempting to penetrate its defense however the Droid immediately reacted with fast strikes of its own and the young woman's defenses instantly buckled. Angonous noticed the weakness in his apprentice's style, weak defense and a lack of strength. He'll need to get her to compensate for both of them.

"Of course Sicarus," Angonus said leaping towards the Droid with high slash. The Droid dodged out of the way countering with a vertical spin, Angonous deflected it and instantly countered with a spinning blow. The Droid leapt out of the way leaving an opening for Angonous to press on his relenting assault. "Flank the Droid Sicarus!" Angonous ordered continuing his attack. "I'll keep it busy!"

Sicarius continued to circle the Droid as her Master engaged the Droid. Now that she had some distance she attempted to gage the pattern of attack. As advanced as the Droid clearly was, it was still a Droid. Droids depended on algorithms, mathematical formula and data to calculate what it’s next actions were. Such designs no matter how complex often had a pattern to them.

The situation reminded her of one she had been in a few months back. A Tomb Guardian on Dathomir. At the time Sicarius had hoped to dismantle it, examine it and repurpose it as her own bodyguard. Unfortunately she had been thwarted by a couple of Jedi.

Still the experience had taught her one thing about advanced Droids. Go for the power source. As she flanked the Droid, she assessed that unlike a head strike which was the most efficient method of dealing with biological beings, such as what she had done to the Gammorean. The Droids power source was through it’s chest a battery pack of some sort.

Sicarius waited patiently while she stalked into position. One Thrust. And it was over.

“Where did these thugs get a Magnadroid?” Sicarius exclaimed in relief. “Thank you for the assistance Master. I wasn’t expecting… that”

“We should take advantage of the break in the skirmish to get to the hangar bay”

Angonous continued to pound on the Magnadroids defenses with each blow a step and each step a blow. As advanced as this Droid was, it was no match for a fully fledged Sith Lord hopped on the Dark Side. The Droid attempted a feeble stab to which Angonous easily sidestepped before hacking off its eye with a vertical slash blinding it a bit. He was about to continue but Sicarus' Lightsaber penetrated through Droid's power source. The Droid slowly looked down at the Lightsaber that penetrated through its core before shutting down collapsing on the floor like a crate tin cans. Sicarus sighed in relief saying that she wasn't expecting a Droid of that caliber. "You should always expect the unknown," Angonous said walking towards the young woman. "When you sense a disturbance in the Force, you listen and steel yourself. An ready and able mind will always triumph over an unsure and reckless one."

The Sith Lord nodded. "Only through then, you can unleash your emotions and attack with passion." he said. "Striking mindlessly at the unknown is equivalent to a Barbarian charging without cudgel. The next time that you feel a tremor in the force my apprentice, always expect a surprise." He placed a hand on her exposed and slender shoulder and smiled a bit. "But you are very observant and knowledgeable." he said. "Not many warriors know where the weakpoints on the Droids are. Pretty good my apprentice."

Navigating through the empty Cantina, Angonous noticed the Holotelevisions were flickering showing an alert symbol. "ATTENTION ALL TROOPS!" the announcer yelled. "GET EVERY FRACKING MERCENARY GROUPS HERE! WE GOT HOSTILES EXTREMELY ARMED AND DANGEROUS! COULD BE ONE OF THEM SITH LORDS WANTED BY THE ALLIANCE! SET UP A PERIMETER AND TAKE THEM ALL OUT!"

"Search your feelings Sicaris," Angonous said. "What do you sense?"

Sicarius grimaced as she realised her Master was right. She should have been more aware of her senses her surroundings, she had been so enamoured with enjoying herself, her passions, her lust the violence. Torturing the Hutt with the electricity charging through her. She had forgotten to keep her senses open as the Force flowed through her. It was abenefit of the Sith that she could indulge herself such, but it was also potentially a fatal flaw, a weakness that had left her vulnerable and had nearly cost her her life. Sicarius had no illusions or rather delusions, of an immortal lifespan unlike some Sith. She knew that sooner rather than later she would die a violent death. Still all in all death was boring. Studying genetics and life she knew it was an eventuality one that didn’t scare her, nor did pain. Failure however failure could not be tolerated.

“You are correct Master… I lost myself in the moment. I will accept whatever punishment you deem fit. When the time and circumstances allow for it”

Sicarius listened to the mercenary troops prepare outside of the establishment. Unfortunately someone with brains had decided to set up a perimeter. Sicarius glanced at her Masters and breathed deeply, searching out her senses with The Force. Allowing it to flow through her. This time however she didn’t get lost in the euphoria, she harnessed it with a clear precise mind.

“It’s a platoon 30 light infantry, standard DC Series blasters, most likely from an Old Clone Wars cache robably the same one they found the Magnadroid in. Fortunately no artillery, not yet any way. They are afraid, that much is obvious, they think they have us trapped an yet are still reacting as if they were the entrapped animal lashing out.”

Normally Sicarius would depend on her abilities to launch through the assembled troops, however give her recent blunder she wasn’t sure that would be the appropriate response.

“What are your instructions Master?”

Yes, Sicarus was right she needs to be punished for her recklessness. If there was one thing Angonous learned is that according to Sith tradition, there are only two Sith: A master and a apprentice one to embody power and the other to crave it. There was great ambition in the young Sicarus and she definitely desires the power that he wields but that doesn't mean that he'll make it easy for her. Only the hard and strong become Sith, only those who understand that the Dark Side is more than just a weapon but is an embodiment of nature: Raw and chaotic but with some order thrown into it. Sicarus will learn even if she has to learn the hard way.

Yet Angonous could sense that Sicarus felt that she was going to die a violent death someday. Foolish notion only Jedi accept death, for a Sith only victory matters. Angonous would prefer to die an honorable death, but only after he has beaten his opponent to a bloody pulp. "Your punishment will have to happen at a later date my young apprentice," he said. "I sense great hubris within you. Thoughts that must be purged, you cannot claim to be Sith but have a Jedi mindset. Only the weak accepts death, those who embrace and embody the Dark Side become death." It was a not so subtle message to Sicarus that he can probe her mind. "Doubt and fear weakens the mind's defense my young apprentice," he said. "Being a Sith Lord is more than just physical domination, you must possess a strong and focused mind fueled by rage."

He approached the window seeing the troopers setting up. "I do sense 30 men surrounding the Catina but I also sense two Octuptarra Magna Tri-Droids heading for us. It seems that our Hutt friend has some serious firepower for an alien who was low ranking." Perhaps they can use this to their advantage?

Angonous turned to his apprentice. "Sicarus," he asked. "You seem to know a lot about how a Droid functions based on how precise you were with Magnaguard. I was thinking if you knew how to slice into a Droid and control it? If you can it'll carve a path making it easier for us to approach the spaceport."

Sicarius Hekate Sicarius Hekate

Sicarius was so busy focusing on the thirty troops that she missed the Octuptarra Magna Tri-Droids. Sicarius had studied droid design and mechanics. Particularly after finding the Tomb Guardians, she had even toyed with combining biological, mechanical cyborg creations. Such creations could have benefits, the combination of any biological enhancements combined with a droid brain could be used to control such creatures with complete loyalty, better than slaves they would have no free will. Ironically some of her research had lead her to the Clone Wars, specifically the use of inhibitor chips in the Clones that had been so effective that they betrayed their own jedi commanders during Order 66. Sicarius thought that maybe similar developments could cause complete loyalty an inverse of their betrayal.

From studying the Clone Wars had lead her down a research rabbit hole into the surrounding subjects, including significant details about the original Confederacy droid militaries. At the time Sicarius had assumed it was a trivial hobby, now it would seem the knowledge would be useful even crucial to their current predicament and their survival. The old adage occurred to her ‘knowledge is power’ as the saying went. For a Sith power was everything. She felt her signature smirk develop.

“They were designed based off the smaller Dwarf spider droids, but are closer to armoured vehicles. Heavy artillery weapons designed with missile ordinance they switched between their three main cannons in a revolving cycle. A single one of their missile ordinance can take at an armored vehicle of considerable size.”

Sicarius frowned as she thought through her Masters suggestion.

“The original Confederacy of Independent Systems, not the same faction those fools in the centre of the galaxy claim to be inspired by. Well their military controlled their forces from command centres. They even had a kill switch. The closing stages of the war, it was used to dismantle their droid armies entirely from Confederacy Command.”

Sicarius’s eyes widened as realisation dawned into a thought.

“The Hard Drive!”

Sicarius got the personal comm device to the hard drive using the slither of DNA she had collected to open it quickly.

“The slime slug ball has the command sub routines in here along with all of his other filthy secrets. We could send out the kill switch now. However I suggest we use the command controls to our advantage. Permission to use the artillery cannons on the mercenaries My Master?”

Peeking through the window Angonous saw the 30 troopers beginning to form up, the two large Tri Droids stomping behind them. If Angonous had to guess, they were going to use the Droids to level down the Catina. If he and Sicarus somehow survive, then the troopers will destroy what's left of them. A simple, brutal but an efficient plan nonetheless a strategy that Angonous would employ, overwhelm the opponent with sheer power Not that Angonous liked sophisticated plans but might more often than makes right and it would demoralize a foe to see themselves get decimated. Sicarus was right, the Tri Droids were useful for taking out light to medium armored vehicles, she was very knowledgeable about machinery and history. "Armored vehicles yes," Angonous said noticing that the Tri Droids were beginning to charge up their cannons. "Or in our case it can easily level a simple Cantina building.

Sicaurs then hatched an idea, she suggested that they could use the hard drive to control or shut down the Tri Droids. "My idea was to use the Droids against them," Angonous said. "Can you control the Tri Droids while the give us cover towards the hangar." He closed his eyes. "I sense more reinforcements coming soon." he muttered. "60 more men along with Mech Droids. We'll have to carve a path and it'll be easier to use a Tri Droids to inflict major damage."

Sicarius nodded as she assessed the situation. Thirty troops in a platoon, another ninety reinforcement along with the considerable back up of Mech Droids. Mechanised BattleDroids. Usually just referred to as Mechs. Complete with tri cannons and missiles. As if these thugs didn’t have enough artillery already.

It occurred to Sicarius that it was an oddly capable, well armed and numbered mercenaries they were dealing with. It probably had something to do with the venture into the unknown regions the Hutt had been planning. He must have been recruiting for quite some time for the venture. It was an annoyance that the very reason that brought Sicarius and her new master here was the reason they were now surrounded by thugs. Well armed ones at that.

Sicarius typed in some commands inter her commlink datapad.

“Directing the Tri Droids to target the encircling platoon, it should by us enough time to escape in the confusion.”

Sicarius paused she gathered herself for the dash to safety.

“Now!”

Sicarius launched the Tri Droids attack, they heard and felt the explosion. Sicarius didn’t even have time to enjoy the moans, and screams of pain. Pity under other circumstances she would have enjoyed the spectacle of it all, but as she had just been reminded indulging oneself in the midst of battle could lead to complications.

Sicarius launched into a sprint, hoping that her Master would follow promptly. A few of the mercenaries saw their exit and let off panicked shots toward them, most of them Sicarius barely had to duck to avoid, sending one or two back with her lightsaber. The hangar was only a few hundred metres from the cantina. Unfortunately The Hanger was being guarded by one of the platoons of reinforcement.

No doubt one of the Hutts contingency’s. Close enough for the Hutt to have made a quick getaway while his considerable forces guarded his escape. Unfortunately apparently The Hutt felt that the Hangar as a secondary location warranted a division of his troops to guard it. Including a few of those Mech Droids.

“Karrabas”

'

The Tri Droids stopped in their tracks much to the confusion of the mercenaries, they then turned cannons towards them unleashing a volley of laser cannons and missiles. He didn't have to hear Sicarus scream now, Agnonous was already running using the fear and agony of the troopers as fuel for the Dark Side. Angonous could see body parts of the mercenaries being flung through the air cooked by the flames created by the Tri Droid. With death and destruction surrounding them, it only caused Darth Angonous' power to grow even more. To take in and embrace the chaos that war and battle creates, it is then a Sith Warrior can feed off the energy the same way a Mynock absorbs electricity from a Starship turning it into pure power. Sicarus was ignoring this out of fear of being reckless again. Yet one thing that the young apprentice needed to learn was to balance power with a strong mind. The Dark Side is like a drug something that no Sith would ever be cured of but one can harness the full power of the Dark Side without losing their mind and becoming a raging animal.

Angonous could see the Hangar ahead unfortunately it was guarded by the 60 mercenaries he had sensed earlier as well as two mech droids. This foolish planet thinking that can stop a Sith Lord. They maybe weakened by the Jedi but they are not destroyed. The Sith can never be eradicated, they'll just rise stronger and tougher than ever before. The Jedi drive themselves insane trying to kill off the Sith but you cannot kill what you don't fully understand and the Jedi just like these mercenaries delude themselves into thinking that a Sith Lord can stay down. "Sicarus," Angonous grabbed her hand. "Stand back, I want you to witness the full power of the Dark Side!"

Raising his hands, Angonous concentrated of his hate to the large mech droids freezing them in place. The Sith Lord lifted them up and clenched his fists crushing them into a like they were tin cans. The men were dumbfounded seeing the droids being reduced to scrap metal but the wildly open fire, yet not a single blaster bolt hit Angonous. The Dark Side fueling him, he was immersed by it holding out his fingertips a surge of force lightning shot out ripping into the men. Angonous could hear the blood curl screams before they were all disintegrated into black dust. When he was done he turned to Sicarus.

"That is true power," he said in a calm tone. "Power that can be yours my young apprentice."

Sicarius Hekate Sicarius Hekate

Sicarius watched the scene unfold. The crushing of the Mech Droids, as if they were nothing but cans of soda. The chain of lightning the chard the men into ash and dust. It was as if someone had merely snapped their fingers, and dusted them into oblivion. There were few survivors but of those that there were.

Sicarius took a moment. There were high pitched screams and squeals and yet somehow moans of an undercurrent that were equally as discernible, and delicious. The troops surrounding the cantina had been scattered like pieces on a game board. The ones the remained were crawling away from severed limbs, or trying to keep their guts in. Sicarius saw a Weequay attempt to reattach their arm as if it was a broken of piece of a childs toy, just a bit of glue and it would be good as new. She saw a Nikto stumble and fall as it tried to get up and hobble away only too realise that they only had one leg. Their was a Zabrak crawling across the debris completely sliced in two as it tried to reach another Zabrak entirely still.

This wasn’t a battle, it was a slaughter. A beautiful artwork, and her Master was the painter, the sculptor the genius of a creative mind unleashed with the power of the Dark Side. It was impressive seemed too soft a word for the scene. It was monumental. The true power of the Dark Side fueled and unleashed by a master, her Master.

“Master… this this was beautiful, it is not a battle, it is artwork. I am… eager to learn the secrets of the Dark Side from you.”

Sicarius genuflected to one knee.

“Allow me to serve you. My Master”

Angnous not only used the Dark Side to eliminate the doubt that Sicarius had about herself but also show what happens when she frees her mind: Pure, unadulterated power. He was still a bit annoyed that she would picture herself dying so feebly, a Sith don't imagine their deaths they inflict death onto their enemies. The Sith Lord also wanted to establish that under the master and apprentice dynamic he will embody power and she will crave it. Angonous needed to establish that he her superior and he will demand respect and loyalty, Angonous wasn't much for words preferring action to dictate his reasoning. The shock and awe that he displayed was enough to send the young apprentice into admiration. Angonous frowned seeing her kneel down out of respect. Good that she was eager to learn, Angnous looked forward to breaking her and to reform her into the powerful Sith Lord that he knew that she would be.

"Rise my young apprentice," the stench of battle no slaughter was pleasing to Angonous. He lived for moments like this, to unleash pure hate and rage onto his enemies. It was unchecked anger towards the destruction of the Sith and the Jedi's triumph that fueled him, the rest was just an annoyance but one that Angonous had no issue absorbing to fuel his power. "Take in it in Sicarus," he said. "When you free your mind of doubt when you embrace the Dark Side you will know true power. Take in your fear, your doubt, your pain and turn it into pure rage. You are the conduit and the galaxy is energy that you can absorb. You are only limited to your mind."

Angonous touched Sicarus head with his finger. "Take in your fear, transform it into rage and no one can stop you." he said.

Sicarius knew she had a lot to learn from her new Master of the Dark Side of the Force. How to sense with the Force. Master Angonous had been able to sense her presence from the beginning, he had been able to sense something a miss that was revealed to be an IG Magnadroid, an antique that was rare in the galaxy he had also been able to sense the presence of the Tri-Droids, giving them enough time to work out a strategy of using them to their own advantage.

How to harness the Force with such power. Dath Angonous had unleashed an incredible amount of power with his lightning strike. A Chain lightning strike that had eliminated and decimated, dozens of their foe an entire platoon in fortified positions had been wiped out in an instance.

He was a Master that had earned and deserved her respect. Sicarius had no doubt he would be an excellent teacher, one from whom she could study the Dark Side of the Force under. No doubt when she had learned all she could from him. She would be honoured to kill him.

Sicarius was eager to learn from him. It would seem lesson number one was beginning.

Sicarius did as she was bidden. She used the excitement and the thrill of the after schocks of the battle, she listened to the moans as soft music, a thread a beat and a rhythm from which she could focus. She used her anger of the fall of the Sith build up inside her. She had been an acolyte in the most feared Empire of the galaxy. She had had resources at her disposal she had merely needed to requisition a ship or ask for a slave and it had been given to her. Now she was on the run, hiding from Jedi too weak to harness the true power of the Force. The nager rose into rage as the Dark Side swirled around her, filled her up, building and building until it peaked.

Sicarius snarled an growled and let out a war cry.

“AAAAAAAH”

As she unleashed her own Force lightning.

Sicarus force lightning was..... average the young woman could harness her rage well enough but controlling into something substantial will be a big hurdle. The force lightning lacked the raw intensity and passion, she wasn't giving her self fully into the Dark Side yet there was promise. There was still that nugget of doubt in her mind that she would die a violent death. Angnous will have to take care of that in a later time but he can see that he will be training Sicarus for years. It'll be far from the day that she would try to kill him in order to take the mantle of the Sith Lord. "It is an acceptable burst," Angonous said. "But you are still doubting yourself, it lacks intensity, pure hatred. You are drawing all of your rage from the battle, what you have experienced but you're not drawing on what's plaguing your mind the most."

He sensed a disturbance, more men were coming this time they had Starfighters as well as foot soldiers. "I'll let you ponder on what that could be my young apprentice," he said. "But for now we have more pressing matters such as getting off this pathetic excuse of a planet. Get the fighter ready while I hold off these mongrels."

Sicarius eyes narrowed and she barely stopped her lip from curling from the criticism. Acceptable, he says, as if she is not worthy, as if she lack intensity or pure hatred. If she had been versing a real opponent or even something as pathetic as that Hutt she could show him something worthy. What could possibly be plagueing her mind? Admittedly their enemies had been sub par, but that was hardly her fault in fact, if anything by and large defeating superior numbers with superior firepower through her ingenuity just demonstrated her abilities. She had been prepared to die, what more could one ask of someone?

“I will… ponder on it Master”

Secretly Sicarius was fuming, if anyone else had spoken to her like that they would be twitching on the ground in excruciating pain. They would be clawing at their eyes, as their lungs burned, they would be spasming from the electricity coursing through their nerves, their blood would be boiling in their veins, their artery’s clogged.

Sicarius continued to imagine punishments for the slight against her, while she started up the starfighter. She even considered turning the starfighters weaponry against her new Master. It would be a cunning way to deal with a formidable enemy, legend had it Darth Malak had attempted to destroy the great Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Revan in a similar manner. It may even raise her standards among what was left of the Sith. Eventually Sicarius let the petty thoughts go. She still had much to learn and Darth Angonous would be a useful teacher. For now. Sicarius nevertheless promised herself that she would prove him wrong and somehow she would make him pay for the disrespect.

“When you’re ready. Master.”

Angonous could feel the fury boiling up inside of Sicarus, she felt slighted ready to take her rage out on him. That was good, the best feelings to absorb was one's own fear and anger. Although Angnonous had drew upon the battlefield to increase rage in the Dark Side, the bulk of his anger was due to the fact that he was reduced to a Rat scurrying around the tunnels to escape the Jedi. The humiliation, the shattered pride. It drove Angonous to stay alive, it drove to not think of death. Sicarus shouldn't be fantasizing of having a violent death the only time she should die, it creates a limit on your abilities. What she was thinking was a Jedi philosophy, the Sith embody life and they inflict death.

Yet it was one thing to harness the extreme emotions, it was another to control them. How one maintain their consciousness separates the Sith Lord from a barbarian. All Angonous had done was to give her the seeds that she can draw upon in a fight. Control of these extreme emotions will have to come at a later time. In a way, Angonous could feel Sicarus considering to kill him right now after slighting her. She wouldn't do it, not yet there was a lot of emotional turmoil within her. Could she be forming an attachment towards him like...... love? Perhaps but what Angonous did was turn around and give Sicarus a smile. It was more of a sign that he knew that she was considering killing him. That by using her anger she's leaving herself vulnerable.

"Get ready," Angonous said seeing the men mobilize. The Sith Lord activated his Lightsaber deflecting the blaster bolts before leaping and slamming the ground with tremendous force causing the men to trip with some breaking their legs.

Sicarius Hekate Sicarius Hekate

Sicarius was still simmering with anger while she sat at the controls of the Starfighter. It was a standard Krayt Gunship (https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/M22-T_Krayt_gunship). It wasn’t as fast or lithe as the other starfighters, but it had more armaments and power to it. More importantly however it had two seats. Pilot and Gunner. If Sicarius and her new somewhat pretentious Master were to get out of here they would need the extra seating. Plus Sicarius kind of wanted to carpet bomb the entire town, leave it to dust and rubble. Just like Darth Malak had done thousands of years ago. She got the idea after having recalled the details of Darth Malak trying to kill Darth Revan. If she couldn’t indulge herself and kill her Master, she could at least get some satisfaction reducing this town to ashes on their way out.

Admittedly the destruction might send up a red flag, two mercenaries having a skirmish with a local Hutt thug gangster was one thing, might not even make the planetary news article. Levelling a significant section of the population however just might. Someone would come and investigate, them using lightsabers and force lightning would e in abundant evidence from witnesses to charcoal remains. Then they would send a Jedi. So be it.

Sicarius was tired of running and hiding like vermin, scattering into alleyways and sewers. She was a Sith!

“Master? Duck!”

Sicarius gave him all the warning she would, before opening up the targeting system and mowing down the mercenaries, destroying the wall and several of the nearby buildings and structures. The mercenaries themselves were obliterated, a few stragglers merely lost some limbs, Sicarius returned the sweeping pattern to catch them all. The entrance way exploded in debris, the shrapnel and rubble going everywhere. The destruction was… satisfying. Immensely satisfying.

“When you’re ready Master”

Sicarius was smiling and smirking smugly, proud of herself. Ready for another comment about restraint. At least it wasn’t mediocrity.
