SPECIAL FEATURES
STRENGTHS
  • Twinkletoes - The armor's light weight and slim profile keeps the wearer light on his feet.
  • Bounces Right Off - The armor's constituent materials and features provide excellent protection against many common hazards, particularly those encountered by Shadowrunners.
  • Felt but not Seen - Sensor-dampening materials makes it less likely to be seen or heard, while a host of slicing tech allows for sneaky intrusions with significant impact.
  • One Punch Man - The electro stun glove come with an overcharge setting that could knock out opponents —and the remaining electric charge— with a single blow. When it doubt, punch it out!
WEAKNESSES
  • Meant for the Shadows - The armor is designed for evasion and dexterity, not sustained confrontation. It takes increasing damage after several hits.
  • Featherweight - This armor won't turn the wearer invulnerable, it may not offer enough protection against groups or heavy weaponry.
  • Separate but Equal - Most of the armor's components are not integrated, requiring separate configuration by the wearer. This can cost precious seconds in a crisis.
  • Power's Out - The blowback from using the electro stun glove's Overcharge punch can deplete the charge from the armor's other components.
DESCRIPTION
While observing Cartri on missions, fellow Shadowrunner Daiya recognized a need to better equip his person for better protection against tight situations. When they grew closer than friendship, Daiya persuaded Cartri to let her commission the Globex Corp for another design.

The basic suit of armor is a black layer, a long-sleeved top with long pants, and boots, all colored black with light grey accent stripes. On top can be worn more typical clothing, such as comfortable shirts or hoodies, the armor is designed to be slim-fitting enough to conceal under other clothing if necessary. It is also designed to fit the components worn with the armor, such as fasteners on each sleeve to keep them attached to the specialized gloves worn.

The suit is also designed to use a target assessor, worn over one eye, connected to a slicer unit. The unit is programmed to seek out compatible devices to slice, points of entry or exit, and other assistive measures calibrated for a Shadowrunner. It uses stock functionality in combat, and the entire system can be omitted for weight or complexity depending on mission.

Additionally, the suit can be equipped with a compatible mask, worn to conceal identity and to offer breath mask functionality in hostile environments. While this doesn't offer protection in the vacuum of space, it can go just about anywhere else.
