SETTING INFORMATION
Structure Name
: The Jango Fett Sanctified and Most Bountiful Facility for the Stable Production of New Adherents. Or Jango Fett Cloning Facility for short because the Dominion makes everything so damn long.
Classification: Cloning Facility.
Location: Nexus City, Tephrike.
Affiliation: Dominion of Light, Battlemaster Mahtara, Tephrike, Grand Army of Light,
Jedi Inquisition.
Accessibility: Very difficult to access. The cloning facility produces some of the best soldiers and Jedi of the Dominion, a highly isolationist nation. As a result it is heavily guarded. Nexus City, the location of the facility, is governed by a totalitarian regime and on a war footing, with total surveillance, patrols, roadblocks, and the like. Thus even reaching the facility premises is very difficult. Moreover, the facility itself is located underground.

The critical facilities have been set up far beneath the surface in order to enable them to withstand bombardment. This also makes them difficult to scan. Only individuals authorised by the Dominion's government or the Windian Jedi Order are allowed to enter the facility. The security forces will open fire on or seek to detain unauthorised individuals. The Windian Jedi are an extremely militant sect who do not adhere to pacifist beliefs.

Description: The Jango Fett Sanctified and Most Bountiful Facility for the Stable Production of New Adherents' official name is too long even for the Dominion who usually loved a mouthful, so it is shortened to 'The Jango Fett Facility'. It is far from the only cloning facility in the Dominion of Light, but its most important and prestigious one. It grows some of its best soldiers, technicians and Jedi here. A sizeable proportion of the Dominion's population are clones or have otherwise been artificially created. None of them are descendants of the ancient bounty-hunter.

It may be considered odd that the Jedi would name something after Jango Fett, considering what happened on Geonosis. However, time has distorted facts, and so the Windians remember him differently. In their version of history, Jango was a Mandalorian Crusader who was redeemed by Mace Windu. Under the tutelage of the Jedi Master, he saw the light and abandoned the bloodthirsty ways of his brethren, volunteering to become the genetic donor of the Jedi's clone army.

The clone troopers served the order faithfully, for they felt naught but reverence for their valiant Jedi Generals, who fought alongside them and shared their burdens. Alas, they were stabbed in the back and massacred by the evil Stormtroopers, who had been grown in secret by the Dark Lords. Thus it is only fitting that today's clone troopers continue his proud legacy and serve the last bastion of the Light in the galaxy. Appropriately, this is the place where they are grown, born, indoctrinated and educated. They do this under the watchful eyes of twin statues of Mace and Jango, who are shown shaking hands in a moment of camaraderie between the two warriors.

The facility is administrated by Ministry of Health and Healing, whose staff raise and look after the somewhat patronisingly named 'single spirit broods'. The staff includes a significant number of Jedi Healers, who take a leading role in running the medical infrastructure and tending to the medical and spiritual needs of the clones. It is the law that no other Dominion organisation, including the dreaded Jedi Inquisition, is allowed to maintain cloning facilities. However, the Ministry allots a certain number of clones to the various organisations. Under Battlemaster Mahtara conditions have been improved for the clone troopers. Jedi commanders must be chosen on merit rather than Force ability or bloodline. This has had a positive effect on combat performance and reduced unnecessary casualties.

The clone army does not rely on a single genetic donor. Instead accomplished soldiers and other worthy individuals are included into the Blessed Lineage Project. This is not the only cloning facility in Nexus City, but the largest and most prestigious. It also grows citizens other than clone troopers. The facility also includes creches, educational and training facilities to raise and educate the new-born clones, as well as living quarters for the staff and their charges. Aside from creating sentient clones, the facility manufactures organ and limb replacements. Posters of noble clone heroes of the ancient Republic and the Dominion feature quite prominently throughout the building. They extol the virtues of the Dominion, especially of its grand army. The Dominion is a totalitarian government that seeks to exercise total control over the media and the flow of information. However, the clones are not entirely cut off from the world until they are released. The template of a clone is not allowed to raise their 'siblings', but they have some involvement in their lives and receive visitation hours.

A prestigious template, such as an accomplished soldier, Jedi or engineer, will be held up as an example for their siblings to follow. This can be quite stiffling if the clone feels like their makers are pressuring them into being a duplicate or foster a familial environment and even bind the clone to the Dominion. The other side of the coin is that, in the case of success, it creates an attachment. Some influential templates are known to pull strings to benefit their 'family' so that they receive better accommodations, medical care or jobs. The Dominion operates an austere command economy, so such connections are vital. This has even spawned clone dynasties. For instance, certain positions in the military or industry have been dominated by the same clone lineages for decades it not longer.

Surveillance is omnipresent throughout the facility, but the mechanisms have become more sophisticated than just posting guards and security cameras everywhere, though this is obviously also the case. Broadly speaking, five clones cannot come together without at least one being a stool pidgeon. Thei Jedi Inquisition has agents in the facility. Some of them are known to be members of the secret police. However, the overt face of the security state is an ostensibly friendly one. They present themselves as friendly spiritual counsellors and strict, but helpful watchers in order to gain the trust of their charges. They are supposed to be strict, but set the clones at ease. At the same time, the Inquisition has a network of 'unofficial collaborators' - informants. Clones who have manifested deviant thoughts sometimes 'disappear'.

Necessity has forced the Dominion to become more tolerant of familial attachments between the clones, but at the same time this has allowed it to develop more intricate forms of control. At the same time, it uses indoctrination to convince the clones that the Dominion is righteous and that they have been chosen by the Light. In a nutshell, it applies a policy of carrot and stick. Where possible, it draws upon the 'heroic' example of their siblings.

This does not make every clone a Dominion fanatic. Indeed, privately there is a lot of cynicism about the Dominion's ideology and practice. However, the Dominion is a machine the clones are a part of. Moreover, even if a clone has come to the conclusion that the Dominion is not a force of good, love and concern for their 'siblings' can motivate them to stay loyal to it. The clones are taught to identify themselves with the collective rather than see themselves as individuals. In other words, the clones will not suddenly rebel because a 'breaker of chains' comes swooping down from the sky. Daily life in the facility is very collectivist. The clones are grown and raised in batches. Once decanted, the clones are grouped together in sections.

A new-born clone may form life-long connections with the members of their batch. A tracking implant is inserted into a clone during a standard medical examination. All meals in the facility are communal and clones are bunked together. For the duration of their stay, clones receive accommodations, food, clothing and other necessities from the facility. As is typical in the austere, collectivist Dominion, they wear practical jumpsuits with colour-coded armbands. Homogenisation is supposed to produce equality. The jumpsuit is resistant to wear and tear and can be produced in massive quantities. It has been nicknamed the Windu Suit. Wearing revealing clothing is not allowed. Even grooming is regulated by the government. There is a fixed number of officially approved haircuts for men and women.

There are common rooms where the inhabitants of the complex can get together to play games, watch the news or government-approved movies. Moreover, the facility features gymnasiums and a large library. Prayer and meditation are important parts of daily life for the new-born clones, even those who are not Force-Sensitive. The Windian Jedi believe that one of the mistakes of the ancient Jedi was to restrict worship of the Light to their ranks, instead of spreading it to the entire galaxy. This allowed the evil Sith to sway the minds of the common people and turn them against the Jedi.

The Windian Jedi take the view that Bogan can corrupt Force-Sensitives and Non-Force-Users alike. Only absolute faith in Ashla can protect an individual from the temptations of the dark side. Basic is the lingua franca of the Dominion, so that is the language the clones will have learned during their conditioning in the tank. The Dominion is a multispecies society, but not a multicultural one. Its culture is conformist and assimilationist. For example, a Mirialan clone who tries to express herself by getting the traditional tattoos of her people would risk being accused of 'racial chauvinism' and 'bourgeois nationalism'.

Once a new-born clone has grown acclimated to the world, received their primary education and understood their purpose, they are shipped off to be initiated in the organisation they will serve and be further trained in their roles. They tend to maintain deep connections to the 'sisters' and 'brothers' they grew up with. Force clones are sent to join the Windian Jedi rather early. Their isolation means that many clones have trouble relating to the 'natural' citizens of the Dominion, especially those from rural areas. This can lead to awkward - or plain tragic - incidents if sections of clones are sent to the remote corners of the Dominion to 'enlighten' the 'backward' natives.

While the Dominion would like to grow all its people in a lab via cloning or sperm and egg harvesting, this is not practical. Many clones grown here have trouble grasping the concept of natural reproduction though. They call themselves 'Pureborn' and the education they receive makes them likely to look down on 'normal' born people, who tend to be called 'Randoms'. As one clone said: "you never know what aberrant traits or features you might get, you don't even know how many might come out! It's all so very disordered and chaotic!"

One of the many strange traits of the Dominion is that it has done away with the 'bourgeois' practice of family names, which is viewed as selfish. Instead citizens receive occupational surnames, such as Soldier, Administrator or Technician. This obviously applies to the clones in particular. For instance, a clone trooper called Cody would be called Cody Soldier and a technician called Mara would be named Mara Technician. In the case of Jedi, the Dominion does away with surnames entirely. A Jedi called Diona is simply known as Jedi Diona. Moreover, clones of the same line receive similar given names. In many cases, the variation is limited to a single letter. An example would be Mara, Myra and Mira.

Clones are bred for specific purposes. The Dominion believes that building a harmonious society is only possible if it assigns a purpose to its citizens - ideally from birth. This allows them to dedicate their education and energy to a specific purpose so that they can achieve excellence in it. Then when they are ready they can repay the Dominion for creating them and giving them the means to succeed in life. Of course, there is a chance of error, so it is not impossible for a person who displays great talent in a field other than the one they were born in to switch. This does, however, require dealing with a lot of red tape.

The Dominion's cloning techniques are far from perfect. The scientists are able to create stable clones, but health problems can occur. This applies in particular to clones who are produced en masse, such as common grunts to fill the rank and file of the clone army. These tend to suffer from accelerated aging. The Dominion's scientists take more time with more prestigious ones, such as clone commandos, and as a result they are in better health and live longer. All are equal in the Dominion, but some are more equal than others. Jedi Diona, Mara Technician, Marana Technician, Eeth Soldier and Jedi Master Cassius are examples of clones that have been grown here. The clones grown here belong to a variety of different species. Humans, Twi'leks, Mirialans and Zabrak are particularly common.

Most of the facility, such as the cloning tanks, dormitories, command centre and the nurseries, have been relocated underground to improve their ability to withstand bombardment. The facility has been reinforced to an extent that it can withstand all but the heaviest bombardment. Ever since the brief but intense war with Firemane, the Dominion is very paranoid about the outsiders returning. For this reason, some of the production that goes on here has been outsourced to other facilities in less well-known locations. The Dominion has also been motivated to suspend the rule banning natural reproduction. Here it is worth noting that the law is still on the books; it is just not being enforced for the duration of the emergency and all children should still be raised by the state. Some Dominion leaders want to quietly abolish it outright once the crisis has passed.

POINTS OF INTEREST

Chambers of the Purified Knowledge: This area contains the research laboratories where the templates are processed for use in the cloning bay. Moreover, there are also laboratories where the scientists run tests and perform medical check-ups on the clones. The scientists keep detailed records of every line of clones.

Instructionary for the Dissemination of Necessary Wisdom: The complex of training and teaching zones for the clones. The area is rather large and contains training facilities, classrooms, meditation rooms, gymnasiums and the like.

Library: Here clones can expand their knowledge of the world and their purpose within it. Tephrike has been isolated for several centuries, and so many historical records are misleading. This is partly due to deliberate manipulation, but also because a lot of knowledge has been lost or twisted by the passage of time. The attentive staff makes sure that no 'unmutual' literature enters the library. Many of the books are available in paper format, but several have also been digitalised.

Tephriki computers, called cogitators by the natives, are big and slow. For obvious reasons, treatises on military history and strategy as well as the campaigns of the Grand Army of Light and its spiritual predecessor, the Grand Army of the Republic, feature quite prominently.

Caverns of the Arising Spirit: One of several underground parade areas. The area is large enough for marches and bombastic speeches. It is the perfect setting for rallies and fiery denunciations of the infidel. Participating in such events is part of growing up at the Jango Fett cloning facility.

Domicile of the Replicated Will: The dormitories for the clones whilst they are being trained. Clones are bunked together in sections. The dormitories are Spartan, resembling the utilitarian quarters one can expect at a military base or a monastic religious order. All the necessities are there and the quarters are furnished, but making them look more individual is frowned upon. Moreover, it features common rooms, kitchens and dining areas. All dining halls and refreshers are communal. The Ministry has rather bombastic terms for each clone batch because everything has to sound grandiose in the Dominion. Each batch is a 'regiment' or 'legion', even if this does not reflect reality.

Vestibule of the Progenitors: The entrance to the facility and the only major area that is located above ground. The gateway is heavily guarded and constantly monitored. The massive statues of Mace Windu and Jango Fett can be found here. The two brothers in arms are depicted as shaking hands. Mace wears Jedi robes with modified clone trooper gauntlets and a chestplate, while Jango is clad in heavy armour that ironically resembles the suit he wore when he met his end on Geonosis. Each warrior stands on a pedestal made of granite. The pedestals feature text detailing their life stories.

Halls of the Descendants of the Worthy Templates: This is a flowery name for the chambers that house the cloning tanks. This area is located far underground to protect it from bombardment or conventional assault. The wing is self-sufficient and divided into several chambers. Each of them contains rows of cloning tanks as well as technical equipment related to providing for the clones' needs and monitoring their development while they are being grown. This is supposed to be an institution that produces stable servants, so clones are grown at a fairly gradual pace to reduce the risk of genetic or mental instability. Security is extremely tight and access is heavily restricted. It has its own auxiliary generator to make sure that the clones stay alive if power is lost.

Armoury of the Rising Faithful: The armoury and training area. The quartermaster has their office here. Access to the armoury is restricted and it is guarded at all times.

Commandery of the Light-Guided Leaders: This is the melodramatically named command centre of the facility. All facilities are monitored from here. If need be, a full-scale lockdown can be initiated. This area also houses the communications equipment, with a direct line to the Ministry.

Hostelry of the Justful Defenders: This is an area reserved for the staff of the facility as well as the guards. It comes with its own set of amenities to keep the justful defenders content and obedient, though it is still very utilitarian.

Room of the August Mirror: A visitation area for where the clones can meet their templates as well as other clones of their line who have already left the facility and gained renown in some form. It goes without saying that the visits are carefully choreographed. They must be arranged in advance. Generally, the templates are paraded around and give motivational speeches to the clones. They do get some private time though in order to make things seem less stuffy, especially if the template is someone important in the hierarchy, but the all-seeing eye is never far.

Chamber of Vigilant Guardians of Truth and Light: Like every major institution, the Jango Fett Cloning Facility has an Inquisition cell. They are supposed to watch over the staff and the clones for signs of ideological deviation. However, the clones have just entered the world and are supposed to trust the Dominion. Thus the public face of the Inquisition presents itself as the friend and protector of all law-abiding citizens, not a brutal secret police with torture chambers. This is very deceptive, but sets their charges at ease.

Passage of the Ardent Venture: An underground tunnel that can be used to evacuate the facility if need be. This makes the name a bit of an ironic joke, albeit an unintentional one. The Dominion is paranoid about infiltration and concerned about the 'Firemane Sithspawn demons' returning to rain down fire and brimstone upon the city.

SECURITY
Maximum

While a production centre and research facility instead of a military base, the location is well-protected. It represents an important investment for the Dominion.

  • For starters, it lies within Nexus City, the Dominion's well-defended capital. This means it is also protected by the city's shield generator. Most of the facility is located far underground, enabling it to withstand heavy bombardment. It also makes the place difficult to scan. The Dominion is an isolationist, totalitarian garrison state, which impedes infiltration.
  • The cloning facility is guarded by Dominion troops as well as Force adepts from the Windian Jedi Order. This is by no means an army, but it can call upon support from Nexus City's garrison if need be. The troops stationed here are amongst the most zealous. Many of the clones being grown here are also soldiers.
  • The cloning facility features round-the-clock surveillance with motion sensors, security scanners, listening devices, a CCTV camera network, metal detectors and layers of biometric security. Critical areas are warded by Turadium blast doors and retinal scanners. These can tell whether the retina they are scanning belongs to a living person. Moreover, the facility has a ray shield traps, concealed coma gas dispensers and a network of concealed auto-turrets in the hallways. Keycards are required to access important areas.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Centuries ago, Jedi Generals led a 'Grand Army of the Republic' into battle to counter the threat posed by the Separatists. Said Grand Army might not have been grand in any sense of the word since it was supposedly composed of a three million soldiers. It is likely that the historical accounts from this period are erroneous, as planetary governments - and indeed governments that only control a small part of a planet - have been able to raise a fighting force in excess of that.

In any event, what was particularly striking about the Grand Army is that it was composed of clones, who had been grown for war and indoctrinated to obey every order without question. In short, they were essentially a slave army. In all fairness to the Jedi Council, it had not commissioned this army. Rather it had been dropped into its lap at a time of acute crisis - one engineered by the Lords of the Sith to bring the galaxy under their dominion. Putting teenage Padawans in command positions doubtless contributed to high casualties in the field. Eventually the clone troopers turned on their Jedi leaders, though not of their own volition, but due to their programming.

Centuries later, the leaders of the Dominion of Light raised their own clone army. When the Gulag Virus ravaged the Galaxy, Tephrike descended into chaos. Isolated from the rest of the Galaxy, the planet regressed technologically and socially. When the virus reached the planet, millions perished. The death toll was further increased by infighting between rival factions. Tephrike's fragile, multispecies democracy unravelled. A coalition government proved unable to restore order, contain the plague or provide shelter, food and protection to millions of displaced fleeing the fighting.

The Jedi were called upon to assume a protective stance. After government soldiers shot protesters who had come to parliament to deliver a petition, the Jedi decided that it was their duty to intervene and take control. The radical Duros Jedi Master Zaras Dant was the ringleader of the coup. With the support of renegade elements in the army, they took control of the capital Palmyra, arrested Tephrike's prime minister and disbanded parliament. However, they soon faced opposition from rebel forces, such as the Alliance of Democratic Forces.

What was supposed to be a provisional emergency junta turned into a dictatorship without end. Racial tensions between Tephrike's people triggered pogroms and the Jedi came under fire when they tried to put an end to the violence. Faced with enemies on all sides, the Jedi had to militarise. They became soldiers and generals like during the Clone Wars. Except this time they were also control of the government. Tephrike's formerly corporate-owned cloning facilities, which had been used for medical purposes and animal testing, were repurposed to spawn soldiers and workers.

Their authoritarian tendencies were intensified by betrayal within their ranks, Tephrike's economic and social collapse as well as the rise of the anti-Force-User Republican Guard and the human supremacist, Dark Side worshipping Disciples of the Vader. In place of the failed federation, they created a totalitarian theocracy. But the wars did not come to an end. The Jedi came to believe that power could only be entrusted to those who could hear the will of the Force and that they alone could save Tephrike from chaos. The Dominion of Light was born. It produced a heavily militarised Windian Jedi Order. The Jango Fett Sanctified and Most Bountiful Facility for the Stable Production of New Adherents was founded early during the construction of Nexus City. Palmyra had been devastated during the battles between the riven factions, and so Jedi Lord Tyian Kree, the second Jedi dictator deemed it prudent to found a new capital - one untainted by the errors of the past.

By now cloning had become a permanent fixture. The war with the Vaderites, led by a treasonous Jedi who had fallen to the dark side after being visited by the apparition of 'Vader' in a fever dream, forced the Dominion to accelerate its programme. Clone troopers, often with little training and basic gear, were rushed to the front as the Dominion faced a serious threat to its existence. At the time the Dominion also confronted the threat posed by the nascent Republican Guard. A number of clones produced by the facility defected to these rebels, contributing to the Guard's foundation.

The Jango Fett Cloning Facility was built after the destruction of Palmyra ended the Vaderites' Dark Crusade. It was conceived as an institution that would take the most fervent and skilled servants of the cause of Light, clone and mould them. Kozon Bok, a grizzled Zabrak mercenary, posthumously became one of the first donors for a new line of clone commandos. The choice was no coincidence, for he had been the mentor of Jedi Maste Mahtara and died a martyr's death at Palmyra.

In time, this became known as the Blessed Lineage Project. The scientists acquired the habit of using the top one percent of their existing clone army for the genetic code. This was supposed to reduce the risk of genetic degradation. Flash memories could be crafted from numerous soldiers who have distinguished themselves in the corps. This was only the case for elite troops though. On average clone troopers still had shorter life spans than was typical for members of their species. While the Ministry of Health carefully catalogued each bloodline, the Inquisition kept careful watch on the clone batches to discover any sign of ideological deviation.

The facility was occupied by the Blue Guards, a radical paramilitary social movement composed mostly of students, Padawans and young Knights. They saw themselves as a revolutionary youth organisation and Grandmaster Tsal Te Mong as their commander-in-chief. They saw it as their duty to dismantle Tephrike's pre-Dominion past and crush all opposition to its rebirth as a theocratic utopia. In keeping with their campaign to tear down the old, they supported the expansion of the clone programme. At the same time, they regarded the clone 'dynasties' and many of the scientists who worked at the facility as elitist. The Blue Guards had backing in parts of the army and the secret police, but others opposed them.

Grand Inquisitor Dree, a supporter of the radicals, used some of the most promising, innocent clones to conduct experiments. She believed in absolute collectivism, denouncing individualism as selfish. The clones' minds were untainted, so she tried to use a combination of flash training, alchemy and Force Meld to forge a collective consciousness between a few batches of clones. She also altered the curriculum to make clones learn newspeak, a variant of Basic that was supposed to make it impossible to express anti-Dominion ideas. However, her arcane experiments failed and she met resistance when the staff received support from orthodox forces, even in the Inquisition.

Their Cultural Revolution was brought to an end when a cabal led by Mahtara instigated a coup and carried out a purge. Most of the scientists who had been persecuted by the Blue Guards were rehabilitated. However, the control mechanisms were tightened. In the centuries that followed, the facility spawned many lines of clones. Some managed to climb the ladder in the Windian Jedi Order, the military or the bureaucracy. Clones received a thorough flash conditioning so that they would be able to understand the world they were born into and would awaken with the right ideological mind set. As one of the Jedi healers at the laboratory said, "An open mind is like a freshly turned sod. Unless it is sown with the generous message of the Light, the insidious weeds of evil will take root."

Generally a clone was given some time to adjust before meeting their template, though they would have learned about them through their flash conditioning and generally been taught to admire them. While the Dominion had abolished family units and instead dictated that all young ones should be raised communally, in practice clones from the same line tended to form familial bonds with each other, though the compulsion to follow in the footsteps of a famous template could also breed resentment.

The Dominion was brought to the brink during the Netherworld Crisis. Mass raptures threw Nexus City into chaos. This proved extremely disruptive at the cloning facility. With many staff and guards having disappeared, some clones fled. Others, however, showed solidarity with the beleaguered government and population, helping organise emergency services and suppressing crime. Both the Republican Guard and the Vader cultists seized the chance to invade, However, the loyalist forces were able to rally, exploiting the rebels' unwillingness to cooperate due to their mutual loathing.

However, the Netherworld War brought the Dominion close to defeat. Mutinies broke out among the facility's young clones when word of the horrific casualties reached them and they were supposed to assemble and march to the frontlines. Synthia Soldier was one of the clone troopers who served in this awful conflict. She later defected to the Republican Guard and took the surname Vao, becoming one of their most fervent partisans.

However, many formations composed of clones created at the Jango Fett Facility, such as the Righteous Fists, distinguished themselves in the field, contributing to the Dominion's eventual victory. With so many members of the old elites gone, young cadres from the facility could experience rapid promotions to fill the vacancies. Jed Dione, one of the facility's Force clones, gathered a war band of Jedi to rally disparate Dominion forces and act as a firemen of sorts on the frontlines. Her Ever Loyal Vanguard held the line at Fortress Purity. Some of the clones of her line were later purged by the Inquisition on trumped-up or outright false charges of heresy.

When Firemane bombed critical infrastructure and military installations in Nexus City following the Dominion betrayal, the Jango Fett Facility was not a direct target. However, it sustained significant damage during the bombing runs, causing serious casualties. The conflict ended when Firemane withdrew its forces after it and the Republican Guard had given the Dominion a bloody nose and the captive Elpsis Kerrigan-Alcori had been freed. Ironically, she was aided by two clones spawned by the facility - Mara Technician and Jedi Diona.

A coalition of pragmatists and hardliners led by Mahtara orchestrated the death of the Grandmaster. The Dominion was engaged in a war to the knife against the Guard and feared the space people would return. Change was needed. More than ever, it needed men and women under arms - and it needed them to be well-trained. This led to reforms in the clone army, such as promotion by merit rather than divine right of the Force. Most of the Jango Fett Facility was relocated underground to protect it from bombardment. At the same time, the curriculum was reformed to encourage critical thinking and improvisation - within the bounds set by Mace Windu Thought. Recently, the Dominion entered into a secret agreement with Archangel. The price the enigmatic HRDs demand is steep, but it has allowed the Ministry of Health to upgrade the medical and cloning infrastructure at the facility.
