Ship Diversity: The Hydian Defense Flotilla is comprised of several different warship types, from the powerful Marr-class Star Destroyers to the nimble Velox-class Fast Frigates. A pair of interdictor cruisers enables the fleet to keep enemy ships from escaping.

- Astrologically Fixed: The Hydian Defense Flotilla is fixed to systems and bases along the Hydian Way inside of the Sith Empire's territory, never straying beyond the trade route for any reason.
DESCRIPTION
The Sith Empire controls the Hydian Way from Toprawa to Bonadan, benefiting greatly from the wealth that flows along the trade route. However, even in a militarized society such as the Sith, the danger of piracy is a constant looming threat.
Though there were over a dozen smaller patrols moving about the Hydian Way, the largest of these fleets was the Hydian Way Defense Flotilla. Commanded by Admiral Tuzjân, the Flotilla was typically moored around Toprawa or Telos IV as to be closer to the Southern border of the Empire's territory. This way, it could respond to external threats much faster should they arise.
The foundation of the Flotilla was the six Marr-class Star Destroyers led by the flagship, Vowrawn.
