As is it often said of the seer's, the prophet's caste;

Dreamers talk often of all the mind's visions that come true,
But never quite so much as they do when nightmares begin to manifest in reality.

For all the wonders of autonomy the Archaisian peoples have known since falling within the civilised embrace of the Galactic Senate, even granted independent-party status within the Galactic Alliance, the transition of power has borne nothing but an overbearing sense of dread for the Novanian demographic - worries ironically (and superstitiously-) stemming from those who benefit the most from the circumstances that accompany those of shifting cosmic borderlines.

Coincidentally stemming from none other than the heavily-neutral Dreamers' Coven of Arr'Huwal, the dynasty serving in place of the previous Priest-King; and though the rightful ruler of Archais is in exile, (currently illuding the Senate-affiliated authorities for war-crimes committed on Lao-Mon and Neshtab) the new government are welcomed by the majority, though now are required by all constituents alike to ascertain the extent of the charges brought forth. Knowing the future could very-well be forfeit for their people without a means of reconciliation, without a means for their Godseer to earn his way home lawfully, the desire to establish a universal ruleset for warfare has since borne the fruit of relevance to the issues plaguing the Dreamseers in particular, bearing it's weight as a decent catalyst for normalisation conditions.

Such that could suit all, and in the grand scheme of compromise-with-deterrence, perhaps a chance for redemption could be lobbied for the sake of peace itself. However, as for what was seen in the visions of Arr'Huwal's Dreamer, private though they've kept such omens since, it was enough to call for negotiations between all the Galaxy's most-prominent leaders, even for some of whom the Novanians still distrust greatly. Neutrality means more to the spiritual Arkanian offshoot than it ever has before, and perhaps more profoundly than their place in Coruscant's hierarchy would imply, though this the new Senator knows is perfect grounds for assumed impartiality, or perhaps just enough to be considered as passable mediators for the Accords they intend for the Galaxy's factions to reach.

Before its too late.

Preparations for Hirkenburg
In learned, experienced understanding of the tensions taking the Galaxy by storm once again, the Perlemian cities will be taken deeply into account, and not only for obvious security purposes, but as a means of showing regional power that wills to progress with the rest of the Galaxy. Archais is deeply-rooted in tradition in the Outback, but even in the urban, human lands, there is much of their own to offer; however, the magic lies in the synergy of both with the realms of the modern, in culture as much as it does in martial evolution.

And in light of such grandiosity walking in the wake of their guests, the hosts in Archais will offer much in glamour and bombast in good grace. But with it, as any of learned mind would in place of Siyarr's government - preparations for any and all contingencies.

Handpicked Mediators
Greatly-Increased Security Presence
Deterrents On Standby
Frontier-Surveillance

Delegation Travel-Immunities
Professionally-Vetted Civilian Hospitality Services

Delegation Defence/Exfiltration Protocols
The peoples of Archais have had plenty dealings with all the factions all delegations are here to represent, and some more than others, but thats not to say the Theocratics and Archaisians alike should just ignore hospitality for the sake of their wariness. But make no mistake, they know your ilk and know them well, though that in no way prohibits Siyarr's beloved world from spurning those who finally desire venues for discourse, so their hands and hospitality alike are there for the mediators to throw on everyone, and in equal measure. As above all else, and far beyond the whims and concerns of the third-party, what Archais' Senator wishes to see is patient, serene calm aplenty, and abundant gestures of good diplomatic faith along the way.

The weather will be warm, sunny, with the table-service carrying similar dispositions with the soothing, Perlemian breeze, thus Siyarr (along with all of whom he chose to aid his effort to moderate the impending debates) hopes the general mood might come to reflect such metaphoric salves for their temperaments before the end. Even if it only serves to simmer existing rivalries to dialoguing parley, its enough to perhaps slow intended actions to a crawling, laborious pace, enough to delay, to deny calamity - even if only for a while.

OOC Notes

Jumping right into the meeting without the need for grand entrances - figured its best for everyone to assume all the attending delegations are in the room from the offset.

By the power of Handwavium, your characters made it to Hirkenburg Melarrian Spaceport, their backsides are on the right seats at the right podiums, and we're all here to get down to the main issues. Besides that, momentum often works better with a running start, and makes it much easier for others to jump in without spoiling said-momentum. If you need any help with explanations or issues, we can discuss it here before the thread drops, more than willing to help if it gets everyone on the same page, along with the addition to the hype-factor in establishing all the key-players in future multifaction-political outings.

Though with that being said, it might start as faction-leaders representing, but thats not to say we can't establish diplomats and envoys specifically to serve in your characters' places going forward.

Narrative for this one will be simple - as the main point of contention will likely be the establishment of all that constitutes a War-Crime offense, and with it, likely other articles of contention for future (or prompt-) debate.

[Likely beginning on Sunday 21st of this month]
