The Heist Job (part 1)

HK-36

The Iron Lord Protector (Neutral Good)
[member="Astrian Callus"], [member="Christian Slade"]

By the time Astrian and his security guards arrived the team was already out of the vents, and there wouldn't be just the two of them. Seeing the red blade of the Knight come to life, HK-HRD gave a quick gesture to Christian, an order that designed his target. Astrian.

Slade had his target and the HK-HRD quickly snapped one of his gas grenades off of his belt, his face hidden behind a black mask. Arming the device he threw it into the floor right in front of him, it would explode with a cloud of yellow-green noxious smoke, chocking those who didn't had their masks on into a dizzy state, it would knock them out in prolonged exposure. The force-users who would inhale the gas would start to feel a strange sensation, it would be the feel of losing their connection to the Force, for the gas was a Forcebreaker gas, decreasing senses as well as obscuring vision.

HK sent a quick silent order ping to his squad, telling them to move it and be ready for combat in silent commands,

[member="Taras Crozo"]
Soon enough another silent ping was sent to Taras, a distress one, letting him know that they were inside the base, but they were facing resistance.

[member="Strask Ak'lya"] has a beard.

Astrian would now have to employ the ability he had learned during his time with the Fel. "Breath Control" a skill he had mastered and all of the security guards had insulted their suits, the gas was relatively useless against them. Other than the fact it made the enemy slightly harder to see. "Focus on that HK unit!" He ordered, the soldiers turning their gaze to the droid. They opened fire, one tossing a grenade. However, Astrian turned his gaze to the one known as Slade. The deadliest of the group, he could sense his power. However, something else tingled his spine; he didn't know what. But he assumed this was not the only group attacking them. Astrian reached for his com as he entered a Djem So stance, taking a few steps towards the sith. "I'm going to need two more patrol groups down here, I've found the intruders!" He spoke before de-activating his com and refocusing on the currently stationary sith. Astrian was ready for a fight.

"Oh that's always fun. [member="Taras Crozo"] hope your ready for fire fights." He checked in. Apparently the bigger guy found himself in a bathroom. Checking where the man had went, he found a light coming from a side of the shaft, that had some breeze. He followed that way, and found the bathroom. He climbed to only find the giant man. "Found [member="Christian Slade"] gonna stick with him, and his giant self."

Christian smirked at HK-36 as he ordered him to take on the white maned man across the room from them. "If you keep barking orders like that you're going to regret it.", he said in warning as he stepped around the the others. As he did he squared off with the man who readied himself for a fight, but when he did, he didn't go for either of his sabers that were tucked away in holsters against his back beneath his duster. Instead, he stood there unarmed, that same smirk not leaving his face as he rolled the digits of both his hands into fists, his knuckles cracking as he breathed the smoke in deep, seemingly unphased by it as well.

In reality, Christian had been taken a sample of the compound in the gas weeks before the mission was to take place and formulated a counter agent in the form of an antivirus. His blood and his system had been, and would always be immune to that particular noxious compound, but part of the point was to unnerve his opponent as if he were all powerful and untouchable by those less extraordinary.

Taking a step towards [member="Astrian Callus"], Christian's smirk grew and grew until, he stopped about five feet from in front of the man, reached out his left hand, palm up as if he were suggesting someone go before him in a buffet line. "Why don't you lead this dance?", he said, those amber eyes always watching carefully.

"I'm not as graceful as you, I'm sure..."

The disguised droid didn't even bothered to comment on hand signals being counted as barking orders.

As Astrian's soldiers opened fire he spun, his shatterpistol cocking, blaster bolts missed him by the skin of his breeches, his dodging enhanced by his speed and the enemy's accuracy decreased by the smoke. With a flick he had his pistol aimed and pulled the trigger. The gun silently launched its small high-speed projectile towards the enemy soldiers, and then.

BOOM
The were thrown backwards, one of them dead, rest knocked unconscious by the explosion that resulted from the shot.

What exactly did the droid did?
Well he shot the grenade Astrian's soldier was going to throw at him, detonating the explosive before it was thrown.

The gas in the room raged and waved as result of the explosion, Astrian would be hit by the shockwave and shrapnel from the premature detonation, adding it to the list of bothers the Knight had to face when dealing with his Sith opponent and the gas in the room. He was experienced, Astrian, but a Knight still has his limits. How soon will he reach them?

HK did not wanted to find out, the enemy reinforcements would soon be on their position, they had to move.
He cocked his shatterpistol silently, readjusting his enhanced aim to pick up Astrian's heat signature through the smoke between them and pulled the trigger, aiming at his hip area, specifically at his spine.
The gun fired another projectile, completely silently, only noise was the quick whoosh of the slug flying through the room.

Now here was the thing about shatterpistols, their projectiles were very small, so small that all but masters of lightsabers rarely deflected them aside, and even then it was rare. Although the slugs it fired were small, the damage they dealt were devastating. Shatterguns were basically highly advanced rail-guns they packed enough speed into their projectiles that they could penetrate most armor. Even in pistol form they placed enough velocity behind each shot that they could penetrate light-armored vehicles like light walkers or armored scouting vehicles.

Meanwhile, the droid gave Taras a ping to start jamming enemy communications.

Astrian watched as the Sith before him inhaled the gas, however he seemed unaffected. Was he a poison master? Possibly a hybrid of one species that was immune to the toxin and humans? Astrian did not know, and he did not care. Astrian may have looked to been using the force, but he was not. His augmented body allowed him to move at alarming speeds, especially for man his size, and then adding on his expertise in force speed, he would become about to them. He hoped, for the sake of challenge someone would be able to keep up. But, as of now he had engaged in a sprint. His saber held in his left hand, coming out in a wave of red energy towards he Sith in a increasingly lowering line. Then, as he was reaching his opponent and explosion erupted from behind them, the grenade his soldier threw, the droid must have shot it. Shrapnel came flying around, tiny little bits entering the joints of his armour, caught by the armour weave and layers of thick leather. The explosion did not set him off course, he was heavier and faster, more powerful than its impact. Then, a blaster bolt aimed for his spine cane towards him, in a low humming sound it hit his armour, a slightly warm sensation crept up his spine as Astrian threw out his hand, using as much concentration as he could spare without losing focus on the Sith to throw the droid off with a strong wave of kinetic energy. This fight was only beginning.

Christian watched as the explosion washed over the men across the room sending shrapnel in all directions. He was protected by his charging, armored opponent, however, who was right in front of him. He didn't have to move a muscle to avoid the shrapnel with him taking all the hits to that armor he wore. Instead his amber eyes kept track of every movement [member="Astrian Callus"] made as he neared him, picking up on his motion to throw [member="HK-36"] back with the force.

As the man raised his hand to use the force, Christian's eyes narrowed, his body turning in a blur of motion as he sidestepped and avoided the red saber as it passed by. His right arm raised extending his hand as he turned, his palm up and digits spread open as he summoned the force through his body. His bicep and forearm swelled with the rush of the force through his veins and muscles, but he didn't release until the man was upon him. When he did, the spell circle tattooed in the palm of his hand glowed a dark, violet hue as the force ruptured from his very skin, rushing right at the man's head intent on taking it clean off or at the very least snapping his neck like a twig if not avoided.

Astrians eyes darted about the man as he dodged his saber and brought up his arm, clearly not something Astrian would want to stand in the way of. So, twisting his saber held hand at the wrist, he dropped his body down into a crouch bringing his saber across the sith's lower chest/stomach area. The hilt of the blade possibly inches away from the man and the blade coming towards his, Astrian empowered his saber arm with the force of speed. His arm becoming a blur of motion as the blade came towards the sith lords stomach. His other free hand empowering with force lightning, ready to push back the sith lord or the droid, whichever came first.

Christian's amber colored eyes were quick, following each movement the Knight made allowing him to anticipate his movements. When the Knight managed to duck his attack he acted quickly, hopping from the floor in order to lose all traction as the force ruptured from his hand and across the room. The men across the room that had managed to survive the attack were getting to their feet, but as they did the force snapped against the wall and door, throwing them into the walls of both the bathroom and across the hallway.

When Christian had thrown himself into the air, the force rushing from his hand threw his body backwards a few feet, evading the Knight's advancement and strikes with his light saber. When he neared him again, though, Christian leaned forwards and kicked out his legs, the saber passing just beneath him where he might have had his gut opened up had he not been as fast as he was. He then fell, those amber eyes watching Astrian as he landed on the floor in push up position, his arms extending and throwing himself back upright in one smooth motion.

Leaping from the spot, Christian landed with one boot firmly planted in either sink in the bathroom, has hands coming up and clapping together, the spell circles making perfect mirrors of one another as he pressed his palms together. He then quickly called upon the force to grant him strength in the elements as he called out, "Invocabo elementum ignis. Pones autem in cinerem!"

As he did, his hands burst into a dark, violet flame as he leaned in and breathed into them, fire rushing out of the crack between his hands intent on consuming Astrian and burning him alive.

As the man leaped into the air, Astrian tucked himself in and dropped into a roll. Then, proceeded to empower his blade arm and increase his focus. Then, he unleashed the saber into a throw towards his enemy as he leaped into the sinks and began to call out a spell, however Astrians blade would more than likely reach him before the spell reached Astrian, however he was already out of the way off the oncoming blast as it was. His enemy however, was not.

Seeing the man dodge to the side in a roll showed Christian that he would not be landing his force spell. Without hesitation, he canceled the spell, the last of the flames rushing out from between his hands and dissipating into the air as the lightsaber that was thrown at him spun like a red razor. Without hesitation, Christian threw himself to his left, diving out of the way of the saber as it slammed into the wall above him. As he dove to the left he tumbled, his hands finding the floor first, then his elbow and shoulder as he tucked and rolled up to his feet.

Sparks danced down like rain all around him as he rose from the ground, a less than pleased look on his face as he gathered his balance, found Astrian and threw his hand towards him, a burst of force rushing from his palm in the man's direction again.

[member="Astrian Callus"]

His enemy seemed to be as fast as himself, but as his enemy landed; Astrian still had control of the blade, and as the man began to concentrate on throwing a wave of force energy at Astrian, he himself threw his blade down at he Sith with lighting speed towards his stomach, but as with this Astrian leaped dude ways into the air, making a fist of his hand to increase the speed of the blade and pull it down on his target as he fell to the ground, also evading the siths blast of force energy he had barely escaped. He was certian he had caught him enemy out this time.

With a blur of motion and force aided speed, Christian's saber found his free hand and activated, slapping away Astrian's blade as he was proving to be more annoying than Christian had predicted. He kept moving, though, making sure always to change his position in a fight like that.

As he circled his opponent, his own light saber making an appearance, which was rare, Christian held out his other hand again and shot another wave of the force at the man who'd proven as slippery as they come.

He could hear the fight over the comms. Hopefully, [member="Astrian Callus"] could hold his own. If he couldn't, then the complex may well be overrun. But there seemed to be something else going on.....
The roof guards hadn't responded to the summons. Something was wrong. He checked the cameras. The first thing he noted was the pair on the roof. The second was the camera. So they both knew who was who. Either they're mounting a two team mission, or there's more at play than Strask knew about.

The sith was faster, faster than Astrian. Even with his augmentations and mastery of force speed, somehow being a master meant you were better at everything! But, he couldn't be stronger. It was near impossible to match someone his sizes strength. Unless well, you chopped off his arms. Then he'd be rolling about on the ground like a turtle, and he wouldn't be very much of use to anyone then. However this was not the chase as Astrian pulled his saber back to his fallen position, grasping it in his saber hand. He rolled back and away from the sith lord, leaping to his feet with the assistance of the force and subsequently dodged a force blast from the sith lord. Astrian landed on his own two feet now, his eyes analysing the situation. The sith was throwing around force energy like he had some to spare, hopefully he would tire soon.
