Short Overview:
The Imperial Operations Command otherwise known as IOCOM is the Administrative Heart of the Imperial Concordat of Powers, and acts as the machine that keeps the Concordat Imperial Army & Concordat Imperial Navy running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, it is responsible for the goals of the Imperial Military and to ensure personnel readiness, policy, planning and setting training standards for the Army and Navy respectively. They are likewise in command of and oversee the massive bureaucracy of the concordat, which handles the trade routes, resources, economy, imperial supply lines, transportation systems, nationalized industries not owned by the Imperial Industrial Council, other assets and programs essential to the continued functions of the Imperial State. As such they are the most powerful faction within the state, having more power over the worlds within the concordat than the Chamber of Planetary Governors who establish laws and regulations that affect the entire concordat with the approval of the Chief of State. They are sometimes referred to as the Heart of the Concordat due to making sure that everything is run as efficiently as possible.
Divisions of Imperial Operations Command:
Naval Command
-Responsible for all operations involving the Concordat Imperial Navy and its subdivisions.
Army Command
-Responsible for all operations involving the Concordat Imperial Army and its Subdivisions.
Civil Administration
-Responsible for overseeing and policing the supply lines and is responsible for the manufacturing of weapons for the Imperial Concordat. It also enforces the National Laws established by the Chamber of Planetary Governors through CAMP [Civil Administration Military Police]
Imperial Doctrine
-Responsible for upholding the Principles of the Imperial Cause and routing out traitors to the Imperial State.
Scientific Advancement
-Responsible for all scientific, technological and biotic research of the Imperial Concordat
Imperial Influence
-Responsible for Collecting intelligence on external & internal threats and conducting diplomacy on behalf of the Imperial Concordat.
