FINAL DAWN
NEW ALDERAAN, OUTER RIM TERRITORIES

Created from a Schism within the Sith Empire, the New Imperial Order quickly rose to become a major galactic superpower, rivaled only by the Galactic Alliance. As it morphed into the Empire and expanded across the Tingel Arm, they quickly built a vast military and supporting military-industrial complex, second-only to that of the Core Worlds. Despite this, a combination of grandiose ambitions and overextension resulted in the Empire fragmenting as it’s Military ended up being overstretched leaving the Tingel Arm in a massive power vacuum as the Empire lost it’s grip over dozens of worlds and sectors almost overnight leaving only a few regions such as Bastion and Galidraan III under the control of Loyalist Imperials.

With the collapse of what had been largely considered as the most legitimate Imperial State, Marlon Sularen had kept a close watch on the Tingel Arm, seeking new opportunities to expand his own Neo-Imperial Faction by taking advantage of the ever growing power vacuum in the Tingel Arm as new Imperial Splinter Groups appeared, first the Dubrillion Imperial Remnant, then the Zygerrian-based Imperial Order, then the Lianna-based Empire of the Lost and now a new iteration of the First Order itself based on Serenno. If he could integrate all these different groups, Sularen could accelerate the process of his planned rise to power, enabling him to carry out his overall Grand Plan far sooner than he expected.

However, the War between the Maw and the Empire meant that he’d be received with hostility by at least the majority of these Imperial Splinter Groups as most of them would still remember the Destruction of Csilla and Assasination of Iveric Talvar orchestrated by the Maw with the Final Dawn having some part in both events (Having built the Superweapon that destroyed Csilla and being a major benefactor of Darth Caelitus, the man responsible for killing Talvar). Regardless even with these obstacles, Sularen had a plan to at the very least incorporate many Ex-Imperials into the Final Dawn, and it would all begin with his visit here at New Alderaan.

A Single Shuttle traveled through hyperspace as it approached New Alderaan, indicating the imminent arrival of High Regent Marlon Sularen. From what intel he could collect, the planet had been subject to a brutal Imperial occupation since the Empire came to blows with the Tionese Republic, which itself had aligned themselves with the Galactic Alliance. Apparently after New Alderaan came under Imperial Occupation, it fell under the jurisdiction of newly appointed Moff Velran Kilran, a rising star within the Imperial Navy who held the rank of Fleet Admiral by the time of his promotion. According to Sularen’s intel, Kilran was very ambitious and egotistic, the perfect candidate for his upcoming Project Rancor.

As expected, as soon as the Neo-Imperial Shuttle reverted back into realspace it was greeted by a massive Imperial Blockade, spearheaded by a large five-kilometer long Legate-Class Battlecruiser. As the Shuttle approached the Blockade, the Main Pilot proceeded to open a communication with the large Battlecruiser, which had been identified by the Shuttle as the NIV Eggman. “NIV Eggman, this VIP Personal Shuttle DC-1412, requesting permission to pass through, we have an appointment with Moff Kilran.” the Main Pilot said, before providing the Imperial Battlecruiser with a set of Imperial Clearance codes.

Hopefully, the Fleet would let them through, as this was an opportunity to great for Sularen to miss. If he could bring Moff Kilran into the fold, then he’d be able to bring other Imperials into the fold, and the more Imperials he could gather, the more influence Sularen could exert across the Tingel Arm. Eventually, one by one, all those Imperial Remnants would join the Final Dawn, further strengthening its Military Power and Industrial Base. For now, however, the High Regent would have to see whether Moff Kilran would be receptive to what he had in mind first.

The Eggman loomed large over the planet of New Alderaan surrounded by 3 Tirailleur-Class frigates: The Cannibal, The Dredge, and The Blight. Behind them were an assortment of 20 Star Destroyers as well as 2 squadrons of TIE Fighters flying around them. At first glance, one would think that this was a blockade for an invasion. "VIP DC-1412 welcome to New Alderaan we have recieved your Imperial access codes," A voice called through the shuttle's radio. "Standby we're going to have your ship scanned for any suspicious cargo. Maintain your course."

A few seconds passed until the voice spoke. "VIP DC-1412 you are cleared for entry please proceed to the spaceport we have sent you coordinates. Moff Kilran is not on the Eggman. He is in the Palace of New Alderaan administering justice towards wrong doers."

"Copy that, NIV Eggman." The Neo-Imperial Shuttle's Pilot responded as he maintained the Shuttle's current course as it approached the Imperial Blockade. After a few seconds, a response came from the Eggman, granting them passage through Alderaan and directing them towards a Local Spaceport as apparently Moff Kilran was busy dealing with what seemed to be like Local Criminals. "Roger that NIV Eggman, heading to the predetermined location" the Pilot responded. Thus the Shuttle would move forth to accelerate towards the surface headed towards the spaceport whose exact coordinates had been provided by the Eggman.

Soon enough, the Shuttle would reach the designated spaceport, before soon coming to rest within one of the many docking bays within the spaceport as instructed by the Eggman. As the Neo-Imperial Shuttle landed, High Regent Marlon Sularen would soon emerge from it, walking down the large ramp extending from the Shuttle's entrance, flanked by four
Raptor Commandos and accompanied by two individuals. As the Group of Neo-Imperials exited the Shuttle, they we're greeted by a Squad of Stormtroopers most likely sent by Moff Kilran to escort them to his Palace.

As Sularen and his Entourage reached the Squad of Imperial Stormtroopers, the High Regent stepped forward, proceeding to address the group. "I assume you have been sent here to escort me to my appointment with Moff Kilran yes?"

The once beautiful, lush and mountainous of New Alderaan is now reduced to sprawling decay with the sprawling towers and buildings being rusted and broken down. The cultured and educated people of New Alderaan were frightened and silent as they were being watched by the many Stormtroopers their blasters trained on them while they walked towards their now dirtied streets. Multiple flags flew high above Marlon Sularen Marlon Sularen and his entourage as they entered however, they were frayed and full of holes with each of them having the image of the Eggman sewn on it.

A tall, muscular man approached them with long blond hair styled like a mullet. He sported a small goatee, and his eyes were burned with an orange amber: A symbol of the Dark Side. His beskar blade lay fastened against his back and was flanked by a squad of Riot Stormtroopers as well as 5 Immortals. "Marlon Sularen?" The man spoke in an arrogant and pompous voice. "Welcome to New Alderaan I am Jann Orthran: Imperial Knight proudly serving under Moff Velran Kilran."

He gave a bow to Marlon his locks of hair fell from his shoulders. "I've heard a great deal about you," Jann said. "You've defected from New Imperial Order to join the Brotherhood and form your silly little fleet: The Final Dawn when the Brotherhood was defeated in the Great Hyperspace War, you've crawled back to the Sith remnants where you now sift through the ashes of the Empire picking up disgruntled Moffs and Warlords to which you can launch another futile attack at the Galactic Alliance."

Jann chuckled. "At least that's the story Moff Kilran and his many spies have gathered," he said. "I assure you we've made sure that the might of the Empire still remains strong in New Alderaan thanks to the leadership of Moff Kilran."

He turned around. "Come with me," Jann said. "The palace is only a half mile from here, we will walk towards the plains where Moff Kilran is busy administering justice. For the past few years of our occupation, we've been dealing with dissent but we have now beaten the citizens to obedience. They know their place now."

FINAL DAWN
NEW ALDERAAN, OUTER RIM TERRITORIES

As Sularen and his entourage stood within the Docking Bay, the High Regent took some time to rapidly look at his surroundings, noticing various Flags that flying above him, each one containing the image of some sort of cartoonish face on them, which the High Regent assumed to be the personal standard of Moff Kilran. Eventually, the High Regent would be greeted by an Imperial Knight flanked by approximately half a dozen Stormtroopers and other Soldiers whose armor strongly resembled that of the Final Dawn's own Purge Troopers. The Imperial Knight would proceed to speak first, talking in a arrogant and pompous voice as he welcomed the High Regent.

"Marlon Sularen? Welcome to New Alderaan I am Jann Orthran: Imperial Knight proudly serving under Moff Velran Kilran. I've heard a great deal about you, You've defected from New Imperial Order to join the Brotherhood and form your silly little fleet: The Final Dawn when the Brotherhood was defeated in the Great Hyperspace War, you've crawled back to the Sith remnants where you now sift through the ashes of the Empire picking up disgruntled Moffs and Warlords to which you can launch another futile attack at the Galactic Alliance. At least that's the story Moff Kilran and his many spies have gathered,I assure you we've made sure that the might of the Empire still remains strong in New Alderaan thanks to the leadership of Moff Kilran."

Sularen smiled as the Imperial Knight, shrugging off the arrogance and passive aggressiveness that lingered within his initial statement. He remained silent even as the Knight continued his statement, taking a mental note of everything he said. He couldn't help but be impressed at how much Moff Kilran knew about him, even though most of that information was inaccurate. However the very fact that the Imperial Moff had taken the time to carefully analyze Sularen said alot about him and it was most likely that he had many expectations regarding the upcoming meeting, considering he already suspected Sularen of seeking to pick up various Moffs and Warlords across the Former Empire to launch another attack against the Galactic Alliance. This meant that the High Regent would have to be very careful about how he pitched his project to the Imperial Moff as even the smallest slip-up might cost him the meeting.

"Come with me, the palace is only a half mile from here, we will walk towards the plains where Moff Kilran is busy administering justice. For the past few years of our occupation, we've been dealing with dissent but we have now beaten the citizens to obedience. They know their place now."

For a while, Sularen considered correcting the Imperial Knight about his true intentions, however he decided against it. He would allow Moff Kilran and his subordinates to continue to believe that he was here to use them as pawn against the Galactic Alliance, with the intent of using their poor judgement to his advantage when the opportunity presented itself in order to further push the Moff of New Alderaan into his growing sphere of influence. After all, a wise military commander never interrupts his enemy when they are making a mistake and instead focuses on how to take advantage of such mistakes.

Thus, Sularen would only offer a simple nod to the Imperial Knight as he and his entourage proceeded to head towards the Palace, with the High Regent eager to meet with Moff Kilran, especially now that he had been armed with this new information. Perhaps there was more valuable information about this Moff, that Sularen was still unaware off, although the High Regent knew that these secrets and hooks would all be revealed in time once he finally met with Kilran for better or worse.

Compared to the dilapidated buildings of New Alderaan, the palace looked in pristine shape, the grass gently blowing against the wind. A Star Destroyer loomed ominously over Jann and Marlon Sularen Marlon Sularen as they continued their silent walk towards the palace, a Squadron of Tie Interceptors shrieking above them causing Jann's blond hair to billow against the wind that they created. "Welcome to the Palace," Jann said in an airy tone. "Bask in its glory. It has been the seat of Moff Kilran for the past few years of occupying the planet."

Four battalions of Stormtrooper marched along the grass across from Jann and Marlon as well as two AT-ATs lumbering behind. Jann reached the large marble doors. With a wave of his hand the doors swung open to reveal a large carpet leading the group to the throne room with 50 Immortals and a large group of New Alderaan nobles surrounding a thin man his hands shaking. Above them was a large throne: A monstrosity made out of spikes, sharp edges and twisted metal. It was ugly, massive, and asymmetric and it was sat by a gaunt and fidgeting man, his head was completely shaved off leaving him bald, he had a large, bushy, and unkept mustache, his nose had a noticeable pinkish sunburn. In his fingers he held a black coffee cup and held it close to his wrinkled face sipping the coffee with his thin lips. His eyes were sunken and dark circles surrounded it as if he had become increasingly crazed and paranoid.

"It seems Moff Kilran is almost done," Jann whispered to Marlon. "The man that you see before you, have been trying to raise another rebellion on the Holonet. Thankfully our ISB agents have tracked them down and bought them Kilran. The Moff has given them a chance if they can him make a cup of coffee that is fit to his tastes."

A brown skinned man cladded in dark clothing watched Velran drink the coffee with nervous anticipation, his hand reaching to his Lightsaber as a subtle warning to the people not to escape.

"This coffee......" Velran began. "Is actually pretty good! But one thing! IT HAS TOO MUCH FRACKING SUGAR!"

He threw the cup on the ground, the cup shattering to pieces. "I like my latte with two creams and two sugars!" Velran said to the cowering people. "Looks like you've messed up badly buddy."

"Moff Kilran!" The man begged. "Please show mercy! I will not besmirch your good name again!"

"You hurt me....." Velran began to sob though it was clearly obvious that it was fake. "You hurt my feelings...... which is why I present to you to choices of punishment! You can have your head chopped off for everyone to see!"

The man began to shake uncontrollably.

"Orrrr," Velran leaned against his throne. "I'll send your wife your Holonet personal history!"

"Just kill me! Kill me now! Kill me!" The man said.

Velran gave a waste of dismissal as two Immortals dragged the man away while his eyes locked onto Marlon. "Moff Kilran," Jann said. "May I introduce-"

"I know who he is Jann!" Velran growled. "Seessh I'm the one who invited him! Okay? You're just cranking my style! I'm trying to size him up and see if this little traitor is trying to frack me over now that-"

Velran sniffed. "The Empire has fractured." He then turned to Marlon. "So Marlon? What do you want from me?" He asked.

FINAL DAWN
NEW ALDERAAN, OUTER RIM TERRITORIES

As Sularen and his small entourage accompanying him came into view of the Moff's Palace, the High Regent quickly noticed the difference between Palace, which appeared to have been kept in a pristine condition in stark contrast with the dilapidated buildings that had been a common sight across the urban centers of New Alderaan. As the group approached the Moff's Palace, the shrieking sound of TIE Interceptors flying above them could be heard while Sularen spotted battalions of stormtroopers marched along the grass across from where Sularen and Jann we're positioned, with a pair of AT-AT Walkers looming behind those Stormtroopers. It was quite the impressive display, although Sularen expected nothing less from an individual such as Moff Kilran.

Eventually, the Imperial Knight would lead Sularen and his small entourage into the Moff's Palace as the large doors swung open, revealing a large carpet leading the group to the throne room with 50 Elite Soldiers and a large group of Local nobles surrounding what seems to be a thin man. Looming above them was a large twisted throne made out of spikes, sharp edges and twisted metal from which an individual was seated upon it, holding a black coffee cup and taking a sip of the coffee before addressing the thin man.

The following exchange was rather...interesting in the eyes of the High Regent as the thin man had apparently failed to provide the Moff with a desirable cup of coffee and had chosen to be executed rather then have his personal holonet history revealed to his wife. It was quite a petty punishment in Sularen's eyes but just like the rumors surrounding Sularen propagated by Kilran and his court, it provided the High Regent with further insight into the Imperial Moff's personality and traits, which would enable him to better control the situation and achieve the goals he had sought to accomplish here today.

As the Moff proceeded to speak first, he decided to skip the pleasantries and go straight to the point, which the High Regent obliged and proceeded to offer a response. "What i seek from this meeting is simple : cooperation between your Administration and the Final Dawn. Both the Maw and the Empire are gone and the Galactic Alliance now stands as the Galaxy's Premier Superpower, threatening to erase the legacy of those who have challenged it in the past and none of us are safe from their retribution." Sularen began. "In order to survive the onslaught of those who seek to undo everything we have worked hard to built within our respective territories, the best course of action would be to let go of any past grievances and push towards reconciliation and cooperation in order to create a strong bulwark against the further expansion of the Alliance." the High Regent added.

Velran listened intently to what Marlon Sularen Marlon Sularen was saying though he already knew why he came here. It was to offer an alliance between his fleet and Marlon's. Velran was aware of the state of the Galaxy with the rise of the Imperial remnants known as the Empire of the Lost, The Galactic Alliance becoming the only Superpower in the Galaxy and the Mandalorians consolidating their power and are currently challenging the Alliance. Question is: What are the Sith up to? Velran has heard scant reports of the Sith activity in the Outer Rim, they were growing in power but were remaining in the shadows. Given how the Brotherhood of the Maw were annihilated, it made sense for the Sith to be in hiding but what were they planning to do? Maybe observe the Jedi and the Mandalorians rip each other apart while they take Rimward Trade League space?

The mad Moff immediately got up from his lofty and imposing throne slowly descending towards Marlon. "An interesting assessment!" Velran said grinning devilishly. "I must admit ruling this daintily planet post-Empire has a put a damper in my..... manners."

Not that he ever cared for social etiquette.

"Welcome to New Alderaan placed under new management!" Velran laughed. "Would you like a cup of expresso? It's a fortifying beverage I guarantee it!"

Velran chuckled while motioning his Immortals, Jann and Sully to follow him. "From what I understand Regent Sularen," Velran said walking towards the exit of the palace. "After the destruction of Exegol from the Great Hyperspace War, the Sith retreated into the Outer Rim territories and have already grown in considerable size. Right now they're edging the borders of the Rimward Trade League who if you may not be aware is having a little succession crisis with Mya Josel stepping down."

He took a deep breath placing his hands behind him, the two Immortals opened the large doors the wind causing his large mustache to bristle. "I know you still have..... connections to the Sith." Velran said. "What are they planning? The Alliance will be likely trying to worm their way into the League's best interests, but that'll piss off the Mandalorians who are supporting them and are having a desire to fight the Jedi..... again. If we're to combine our fleet which by the way remains intact despite losing access to the Empire's shipyards thanks to the mineral rich planet of New Alderaan, I need to know what plan of action we are taking here?"

FINAL DAWN
NEW ALDERAAN, OUTER RIM TERRITORIES

While not offering a direct response to Sularen's proposal of cooperation between the Final Dawn and Kilran's Imperial holdout on New Alderaan, it would seem that the Imperial Moff had still taken an interest in the High Regent's proposal, going as far as to ask what the resurgent Sith Order had planned, as well as inquiring on what course of action they should take. One other thing that had caught the attention of the High Regent however, was the supposed resignation of Mya Jesel, the treacherous leader of the Rimward Trade League. That itself was something he'd had to look at later on, but for now his priority was bringing New Alderaan and Moff Kilran into the fold.

In addition to the mention of Jesel's resignation, it was also apparent that the Moff was still under the assumption that Sularen now worked with the resurgent Sith Order, which makes sense considering the High Regent's prior service to the Brotherhood of the Maw and the New Sith Order. This also meant that Kilran might have been interested in potentially joining the Sith Order, especially considering they had set up a vassal state in Sith Space upon reclaiming it from remnants of the Ashlan Crusade. Regardless as usual, Kilran had provided Sularen with valuable insight and potential opening that could facilitate the Regent's plans to slowly bring Moff Kilran and his Faction into the sphere of the Final Dawn, but first there was something Sularen needed to know from the Moff before they continued discussions about the Sith.

"Sure, i woudn't mind having a cup of expresso. Moff Kilran." Sularen said, speaking in a more formal and cordial tone. "As for your question, i believe the best course of action we can take immediately is to establish a secure line of communication between New Alderaan and O'reen, so that we could further coordinate our efforts regardless of the vast distance between our respective realms. However moving beyond that i think the first matter at hand would be dealing with the Empire of the Lost, one of the emerging Imperial Factions which seems to have been encroaching on your territories as of lately. But before we discussed any further about that matter, i wonder, what do you think about this Empire of the Lost?"

"Very well!" Velran clapped his hands and Alaan immediately ran towards the transport to prepare the expresso. "My thoughts on the Empire of the Lost," Velran stated. "From what my little birds tell me, they're a combination of remnants from all areas of the Galaxy. We're talking about the Empire, the Eternal Empire, Esylum Empire. Warlords, displaced Moffs, scattered all over the Galaxy trying to form an Empire filled with conflicting Ideas....... It's an interesting approach."

Velran walked on the grassy plains heading straight for the shuttle. "But one doomed to fail, especially under the leadership of Aculia Voland Aculia Voland the representation of the rot that destroyed the Empire within." He clenched his fist. "They came to me first wanting to unite my fleet with theirs. I told them I'll do so in exchange for allowing me to get a blank cheque to do what I want. I didn't receive a message back from them since. They believe I've gone off the loony bin."

He laughed. "Yeah right!" Velran snorted. He approached the transport seeing Alaan with two cups of expresso ready. "Come on in Marlon!" Velran said. "I have something to show you! Something that you might find interesting, my little birds have informed me of the Empire of the Lost possibly striking New Alderaan soon. They were under the impression that my Stormtrooper corp has abandoned me and I'm vulnerable." Velran smirked as he sat down and began to take a sip.

FINAL DAWN
NEW ALDERAAN, OUTER RIM TERRITORIES

Sularen listened as Moff Velran gave his opinion on the Empire of the Lost, believing in it's imminent destruction due to it's diverse nature and showing some sort of contempt after they rejected his offer to join them in exchange for a blank cheque to do whatever he wanted, which in honesty was a deal Sularen would also reject unless the offer was further negotiated to satisfy both sides as it would seem what Velran's offer would only benefit him at the potential expense of the Empire of the Lost. Regardless, Sularen somewhat shared Velran's view on the Empire of the Lost, after-all it wasn't the first major galactic power cobbled up by an amalgamation of smaller groups, with the Brotherhood of the Maw being an example of such a faction, very decentralized which would end up being it's undoing after the Battle of Exegol, with the subsequent fragmentation of the Maw, a pattern that the Empire would soon follow shortly-afterwards.

"I can't help but agree with you." Sularen said in response "Too much diversity in any political system other then a Democratic one can be detrimental, Afterall this was one of the leading factors that led to both the collapses of the Maw and the Empire. However if the Empire of the Lost plays their cards right, they could theoretically succeed, although only time shall tell whether they will prevail against the odds or fragment like the Maw and the Empire before them." Sularen added

Then, Velran motioned for Sularen to join him as they walked towards a parked shuttle while also mentioning ongoing rumors of a potential attack from the Empire of the Lost against New Alderaan, which surprised Sularen as they hadn't launched any serious military offensives against individual worlds to the same degree of the Old Empire in order to expand their borders, at least to his knowledge. But a major confrontation between the Empire of the Lost and New Alderaan was something that could play right into his overall goals of asserting himself as the undisputed leader of the Imperial sphere. As such, the High Regent would simply follow the Moff of New Alderaan into the Shuttle, in order to further understand the situation.

"The Empire of the Lost attacking New Alderaan? Can't say I'm not surprised. If this is true that would be an unprecedented move from their part as i never expected them to take such aggressive actions to expand their borders. I always viewed the Empire of the Lost and people like Moff Aculia Voland Aculia Voland to be more reasonable types of Imperials, willing to negotiate before firing any shot. Regardless, setting that issue aside, i'm a bit curious to know what you intend on showing me, after-all i do love suprises" the High Regent said as he was given his cup of expresso, with Sularen taking a sip shortly afterwards.
