"A lab experiment grown in a bottle" was all Tess heard as a kid when asking where she came from. Other than that, she knew nothing about herself. Was she a clone? Was she someone's stolen child? Was she really just something grown in a bottle and infused with all kinds of things? Truly none of that really mattered to Experiment T3/21-SS as she was bred for one purpose: To infiltrate, spy, sabotage and kill. With no distinct markings, generic good looks and the ability to adapt to any situation, she was a ghost by all intents and purposes.

She was trained up in how to handle weapons, starships, speeders...she was made to do anything and everything. She was taught how to blend into any situation, how to behave and how to completely disregard herself as a person in favour of the mission. There was nothing she wouldn't do if the success of the mission was on the line.

When her training was completed, she was transferred to a new group that was in need of someone like her. This group was called the Agents of Chaos. For a short time she worked with them, doing some minor infiltration and espionage but never finding herself properly invested in the faction. So not long after she joined, she left again and did some freelance work...until a new group presented themselves. A proper government with the chance to open several new doors for herself. The New Imperial Order. She joined up with them rather seamlessly and now awaits her chance to build herself up in the faction until something better comes along.

"Which one would you like?" is an apt response. Tess prefers to not let anyone know who she really is or how she operates. This certainly includes her personality. Constantly changing and adapting, Tess' personality can never be nailed down. In one minute she's flirty, sultry and playful, the next she's an ice cube who doesn't feel anything when pulling the trigger on someone. However there are some traits that shine through her dictionary of personalities that could likely be considered to be genuine.

Her love for chocolate and droids are two of the easiest traits. Oftentimes she will take a chocolate bar along on missions or spare a droid, though even these traits might not be seen as genuine, given the ease she'd kill a droid or switch her taste for something else. Many have tried to figure her out, but none have succeeded. Nobody really knows what her allegiances are, where her loyalties are, what she likes or even how she's feeling. Constantly shifting, Tess will remain an enigma until the day she decides to open up to someone...and even then, it's hard to tell whether that is truly her or just another mask to get the job done...

There is one aspect to her, however. One that is buried deep down and hidden under the masks, facades, and millions of disguised emotions. One that even she might not fully realise. A sense of belonging. A desire to know what she is. A hope to one day be part of a family...despite knowing that she'd never be able to. The fact that her lifespan might outlast the average human's twice over also doesn't help...

  • PROS:
    • Femme Fatale: Tess knows quite well on how to use her looks and people's desires to get what she wants
    • Hitman: Trained with all kinds of weapons, Tess is very accurate with a blaster and knows how to take care of it
    • Driver: Tess is a decent pilot and driver, and can easily adapt to different vehicles
    • Blank Slate: With her training as a spy, Tess can easily shifter her personality and thoughts in order to solve a problem.
    • Death Trooper: Various genetic and cybernetic experiments, and hard training has made her extremely dangerous. With sharper reflexes, higher intelligence and quicker problem solving skills, thinking on her feet is easy.
    • Fight Club: Along with being able to handle various weapons and explosives, Tess is highly trained in unarmed combat as well.

    CONS:
    • Black and White: Tess has no ambitions or desires, at least none that will influence her work. So doing anything more than what is asked of her is off the table.
    • Little girl: While an excellent fighter, surprisingly tough, and stronger than most humanoid women, she is still no match in terms of strength to the majority of other people or species
    • Compromised: She might not realize it, but Tess is only a few questions away from being compromised
    • Rogue: Tess was made by an independent group, owing no allegiance to anyone. Turning on the people she works for in favour of something else is well in the realm of possibilities
    • Modifications: Tess is not just genetically enhanced, but technologically as well. So while an EMP or ion blast might not kill her, it can temporarily hinder her abilities or knock her out entirely, depending on the severity.
    • Not that good: Aside from the obvious fact that there is always someone better, Tess' training isn't that detailed or deep. She is an average survivalist at best and maintaining anything else other than her weapons is not something she's capable of.
