I would be interested in trying to pick a few exceptionally well-written threads/posts every few weeks and promote them on the Facebook page. It would show newcomers what exactly we are offering and cetera. Besides that I like your suggestion to also promote funny content.

On a whole I would try to answer questions raised by the people and just talk to them pass along any suggestions/remarks they make.
