Sector I
Bastion
Braxant Sector
Ravelin City
After her brief audience with Kaine Zambrano, Sith Lord and Overseer of Sector I, Kara had gone ahead and hastened preparations for the Subjugation of Bastion with his blessing, through which she hoped to gain its governance. Truth be told the only thing which stood in her way was the present population of this Imperial planet, but she wasn't about to let a few people stand in her way. As such the Vhailor made its way down through the orbital and atmospheric sphere of Bastion, directly headed for Ravelin, the Capital City and main hub of Imperial activity. Luckily Kaine had given his men prior warning of the Sith Knight's imminent arrival, and her intent to claim power there, so she would have the backing of the stationed Sith troops when they touched down. All they had to do was stifle the present government, which was far more forward an approach than Kara would usually consider. Yet the woman knew that underhanded plots would not win her favour here, not that it was favour she required - a quick sharp change would be for the best, that way the people would be under no illusions with regards to who she was, why she was there and their position within the ordeal.Personally piloting the ship Kara sat within the pilot seat in the small bridge that marred her ship, with her two shadows at her side; the large @[member='Thyrian Ashborn'] and the substantially taller Skydd, one of her personal droids. Also upon the ship awaited another droid, who would maintain the ship in her absence, and a handful of hand picked slaves to see to her personal needs while they were upon Bastion; after all, outside of the Imperial Militia here she had no idea how her presence would be responded to, it did not hurt to be prepared. When Vhailor touched down within the hangar bay of the Imperial Palace, and the ramp itself touched down, the Sith Knight and her accompanying group made their way down to the assortment of guards which made up her welcoming party, alongside the appearance of Bastion's present leader, under Kaine and the Emperor of course. The man maintained a stern upperlip, clearly having heard of and disapproved of the changes which were likely to be set into motion with her arrival. Despite his dislike and distrust the man maintained form and lowered himself into a bow of greeting.
"Lady V'idreya, we had not expected you so soon" was his eloquent way of saying you should not be here, a point she did not fail to pick up on... But for now it would be best to let it slide and deal with him later. It would not hurt for her to remain composed, in fact it may even assist her affairs here. Firm yet fair. Perhaps that was the way to go about business to begin with. Acknowledging him with little more than an inclination of her head, the man was urged to resume his typical spiel reserved for guests of the Empire. "Have you met Commander Ghaeron? He will head your host while you remain with us." The way her presence here was spoken of made her somewhat amused, this man was far too confident in his position that he did not even contemplate her succeeding. Such a shock it would be when he lost his place and like as not home upon Bastion. "We have spoken" she simply stated, before gesturing to her side, "This is Thyrian, my Apprentice," she returned, a flicker of bemusement within her gaze - many within the Empire knew of her fiery student and what he was capable of. "See to it that he is given the same grace and treatment as myself." She did not bother to introduce the others she had brought.
That made him blunder for a brief moment, before he caught and composed himself. Coughing into one hand, as though genuinely having a respiratory problem, the man tipped his head into a three-layered nod and retorted, "Why of course, as my Lady commands. Come now, shall we retire to more comfortable surroundings?" Gesturing solemnly to the Palace he led her, and her new body of guards, he led them through the elaborate halls towards a regal chamber with enough space for them all to stand and sit. "Please, be seated," he beseeched Kara and Thyrian, as well as Ghaeron, leaving the rest to linger and stand. Far be it from Kara to deny it, while in her play nicely phase, she took the seat located to the left of a large, ornate and somewhat disused fireplace, purely for decoration she presumed, while gesturing her Apprentice to her side. Skydd also stepped towards her, as did one of her slaves who had been tasked with seeing to her every whim. The others pottered about between the guards and soldiers, before finding themselves spots with ample viewing space. They would be her eyes and ears, to monitor for any upset.
One thing she knew was that this would be interesting to say the least.

OOC: As mentioned above, please do not jump on this thread just because it says "Faction". If you feel you have a good reason to join in PM me beforehand, but otherwise I'd appreciate it if you didn't. As a forewarning, I won't be accepting random requests for joining, either. This is Kara's Subjugation attempt of Bastion, with prior blessing from Kaine both IC and OOC, as shown through: starwarsrp.net/topic/14574-to-lord-over-the-shadows-kz/
