DESCRIPTION

Once one of the galaxy's premier cloning companies, Spaarti Creations has fallen on very hard times. Before, it had provided superb clone soldiers and cloning technologies for use by a number of factions, most notably the Galactic Republic. The company had also expanded into the field of cloning Yuuzhan Vong lifeforms from a planet out in the Outer Rim, providing a steady supply to the galaxy of cloned Vong materials. Following the Lasedri Incident during the time of the Galactic Republic, the company was hit with massive restrictions that gutted its cloning capabilities. They were no longer allowed to clone soldiers on a large scale, and from there, the company began a decline until Taeli Raaf, a long time stockholder, stepped in.

Her plans revolved around restoring the company's reputation and cloning capabilities, fully intending for it to provide soldiers once again. The Yuuzhan Vong operation would be shut down, ostensibly as a cost-cutting measure to regain some solvency, but more because of personal dislike of the Vong.

RATIONALE

When a woman known as Patricia Garner was trying to get Spaarti Creations up and running in this new age of the galaxy, Taeli Raaf had been one of her earliest supporters. Taking a sizable stake in the company, Taeli had sat back and watched how this venture would go. Following the Lasedri Incident, she could not very well say she was all that happy. The company's ability to produce clones had been severely diminished and restricted due to the mismanagement, and then to top it off, the company was handed around to several CEOs that seemed ineffective at best, negligent at worst. The company had stagnanted, and for Taeli, that was unacceptable. Following the latest CEO's disappearance, Taeli decided to step in to personally save the company and get it back on track, buying out every portion of the company and placing it under her direct supervision.
