Soeht, a humanoid male, was a Sith Lord that served the One Sith and previously the Sith Empire as Darth Apparatus. He also fought for the Clockwork Rebellion as one of Omni's agents.
During his time with the Sith Empire, Darth Apparatus acted independently while fighting against the Republic and Jedi. He avoided internal conflicts and rebellions except for one moment when he empowered Darth Voracitos as Voracitos fought Darth Desmius. After the Clockwork Rebellion began, Darth Apparatus managed to deceive the growing coalition against Omni to invite the Sith Empire - and Darth Apparatus - to their meeting on Kuat. This allowed Omni to disrupt the meeting with his forces. Darth Apparatus then disappeared after the destruction of Donanyd.
Years later, he reappeared as Soeht and posed as an apprentice under Darth Isolda in the One Sith. Soeht later assisted in the revival of Darth Vornskr - empowering Vornskr and his follower Braxus Zambrano. Before the coup to kill the One Sith's Emperor, Soeht also empowered Darth Mephirium - the instigator of the said coup. Since then, Soeht kept a low profile.

With both his abilities with a lightsaber and the Force, Soeht was most dangerous in melee combat. Opponents that kept their distance always seemed to fair better than those that braved melee or medium range combat.
Using a lost Sith ritual, Soeht also had the ability to empower chosen allies. This process appeared to drain energy and stamina from Soeht.
A rumor floating the galaxy appeared to point toward the possibility of easily killing Soeht. A Sith world was a likely place to start, yet someone was sure to know something.

Continuously, Soeht wore a suit that obscured his physical features beyond his height - which was 1.93 meters. Overall, he had a fit, obviously male figure. There were no known cybernetics within Soeht.
In one instance, Soeht's face was revealed in a fight against Alliance agent Mira Rekali. He had white skin with black hair. In addition, Soeht's eyes were and unnatural black with red irises. He had a scar covering the right side of his face.

Those empowered by Soeht grow in their ability in the Force. The new strength could be very powerful, yet at the same time it could be unwieldy and possibly dangerous. Jedi recognized this as a grave perversion of the Force.
Just like the dark side in general, the power Soeht shared manifested in people through different means:
- Force Lightning turns red.
- Muscles expand.
- Veins become exposed through skin and the eyes change color.
- Speech becomes very weird.
Those empowered include:
- Darth Carnifex
- Darth Mephirium
- Darth Prazutis
- Darth Hauntruss
- Adas James Malgus, with the ability to learn something from Soeht's knowledge (with an @Mention)
- Darth Imperia, with the ability for Soeht to act for her (with an @Mention)
- Darth Abyss, lacks his unique ability due to an interruption in the ritual
- Jairdain, with the ability to obtain a calming sensation or give it to others (with an @Mention of Soeht)
