It's probably rare in the more mainstream Sith cults on Chaos. Or, at least, I don't notice it as a theme as much.

Boo was a member of a fringe Dark Side cult known as the Primeval back when it was a Major Faction and at war with the Order of the Silver Jedi (the predecessor of the modern Silver Sanctum Coalition). We had quite a number of whacked out cannibal Sith. Not the least of which was everyone's favorite Hutt, [member="Zambrano the Hutt"] and his apprentice, [member="Mishk"].
