GENERAL INFORMATION

• Unit Name: Shield Host Aivela of the Knights of Zakuul
• Affiliation: Grand Legion, Aurelian Sigismund

• Description: The Knights of Zakuul are known for their distinctive golden armour, lightsaber pikes and undying loyalty to their ruler and overlord. They are utterly devoted to the ideal of justice, now in the shape of bringing order by eradicating the Force users. They are following the combat doctrine called 'Diagrammaton', every Knight is paired with another Knight and they are drilled to fight together in perfect cohesion, making them a deadly foe. Between each other, inside the entire Shield Host, exists a strong and widespread sentiment of share and community, passing on knowledge and maintaining each others balance. Aivela's Host is known for their strong belief and near-fanatism towards the goals of their overlord.

  • Diagrammaton: The Diagrammaton describes a combat doctrine where two Knights pair up to become one entity during combat. This means that during a fight, the two Knights can naturally and organically switch between combat roles which are typically called Shieldbearer, the defensive partner, and Spearbearer, the offensive partner and this way overpower opponents who are alone or would individually have a much higher fighting skill than the Knights have.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Knights of Zakuul have been more or less extinct for more than four millennia and were just recently reconstituted on Zakuul itself in the wake of fall of Kalidan's Empire and Aurelian Sigismund 's return from the Exegol campaign.

From exactly the origins and dcotrine he originated from, the ancient Zakuulan Exarch taught a new generation of Force sensitives in the way of how to use the Force for a purpose and how to utilise their talent not for a religion, for a dogmatic side, but for a purpose which supersedes any narrow view or philosophical debate: the greater good.

Justice, order and discipline became the primary tenets on which the world had to be ordered. Laws and structures were as important as science and free-speech to the people, infrastructure and work for the masses to live with. It was predominant, it was important. And on the other hand it was not important whos Force ideology sat in their ivory towers and embraced a dogma of a power which was void to the vast majority of people.

The Shield Host Aivela lives this ideology and is the most social and people-oriented Host, following strongly the ideal that every fight they fight, every battle they engage in, is for the greater good of the people. They devote their lives to it and will give them for it, despising the ignorance of the Jedi and the greed of the Sith.
