Dev Shadows of Atrisia

THe statues were being touched up and added to, as her handmaidens had been expanded and added to so did her statues. Compared to the garden which was guests and people from around the galaxy.. this was personal and for all of them. It was why it was a private pathway that went around and with the areas where it looked out on the island you could see even more. They could at least.. the other areas would see the hardlight cloaking technologies which were used to conceal and cover areas. It made for them better cover as they could manipulate areas and hide security forces in what looked like trees but it would be one way so they had a full view.

THere was more to it.. the handmaidens of her otachi were one thing but there was also aas she was seeing it. Her handmaidens in the background.. a vertible army as she had over ten thousand serving in the palace. THey were just not all bodyguards and protectors. She had her guards as well and there were more.. spies who were needed. Scouts, rangers... she had multitudes who served at various levels to provide her with logistics and defensive measures as well as the normal standing army. THey had learned from other planets and their own to always have more then one and each Sansin had as many as they could feed, house and pay.

The statues ended on an pen area... her guards were there in lines as they trained and practiced. The wide opened field giving them the best place to do it and they were connected to the palace as well as the town. The gentoku tram would be able to go over areas of the island and give them full coverage as would the bullet train be able to get them back almost instantly. Nari was there with many of them while they were being trained.. the ones who had been with her the longest training the new ones and overseeing everything. A testing range with hardlight targets and defensive classes were being done as finally one of the guards saw her and gave a look.

"Princess." The large man said it.. as he towered over even Barca... barrel chested with tattoos on his arms and neck. He was one of the finest soldiers she knew though and loyal to a fault as Junko looked up at him. ""Everything is going well?" She said it and standing there as Nari was approaching she was dwarfed by the man... even if he was rranks below her. "We are princess, there is more to train but it just shows more can be fed and brought in. The barracks are also still being worked on and we have expanded to some of the cloning and weapons research facilities." Her said it while Nari was coming close to look at them and she stood there. "Thank you Kuro."

Kuro beamed at her a little and presented all of it. THey were traiing but more then that they were testing out some of the new weapons and improvements. WIth the field kits being able to upgrade and improve the design as they use them and fed materials... it meant Atrisian weapons could always be evolving and upgrading themselves based on the situations and if they found something new or encountered a danger the armor and equipment would be able to evolve itself and upgrade to face it. Already they were testing it with things like paddle beams and even some of the mono molecule projectiles as the armor shifted aand evolved or the gun incorporated them into the underside.

"We have been testing the kits with the various weapons we have replicated for research. The weapons can incorporate them and once they do the materia can update and share the designs with the others when in range. Effectively upgrading the others as well so the entire army will eventually have modified weapons being added in. Or altering the armor as needed to have the finest protection." He was happy with that... they had worked to develop aan adaptable armor and weapon system... have only the finest in terms of hardware and software as their aassistance AI's for combat were top notch as well which would augment and improve the high levels of training they already had.

Junko continued through the grounds and Kuro and Nari were leading. The field opened into a larger field that had hardlight trees above. Forming a thick canopy that obscured them from orbital view but they could see everything. THey were testing vehicles and mounts... ways to get around the island as well as the various power armors that had been developed from the thick and bulky to the sleek and compacted. She knew some of her soldiers in the more specialized units also got the sleek sub-dermal power armor and were able to wearr standard armor.. it was a trade off but they could become some of the better soldiers.

"Impressive." She looked at Nari who was there with aa nod of her head. "It is, thank you princess. We have been working on training everyone to use the equipment and since you keep getting more made it takes a little longer." NAri looked at Junko but wasn't mad about it.. if anything she was laughing a little to herself... thhey managed to pump out new technologies and improve older things yes... which benefitted greatly as it meant they were not needing to worry in the hardware department and software.. well their weapons and equipment could automatically update and upgrade itself when the researchers and engineers worked out new designs.

"Well Nari in terms of the technologies, we just want to continue advancing and striving forward... Atrisia sets its own standard compared to the rest of the galaxy and there is no intention to stop if anything we are proving far better at advancing the technology in terms of military uses and applications." She said it with a grin on her face as overlooking some of the vehicles there were more being fabricated. The machines designed and pulling ambient energy from the air itself to bring them forward with the conversion bubbles for breaking down raw material and not soldiers or other people. The Internal AI's able to differentiate.

"THe Atrisian standard is something different, that most governments don't match in terms of capabilities even a standard field knife or pistol from us shows that... and some of the things that I have seen in the works or being fabricated for our men and women to learn... are out of dreams it seems more then a reality." She said it tapping her chin though and offering a smile to Junko are Kuro nodded. "It is true princess, we have seen some of these war droids and they are beastly as well as some of the vehicles like these new tanks.. smaller more compact but loaded with enough firepower to handle their own private war against an army."

Junko listened to them and nodded her head to that... they were not wrong and Atrisian technologuy and Sasori in general cause while they developed their own... she had to face it. Her family prospered greatly from Sasori alone and it supplied so much to the Commonwealth through its research alone. It was why they were able to put so much of their profits into the Commonwealth and people. So the large scal e and far reaching improvements were there. She had seen it with the automatic update to the shielding systems as the display of her visor was announcing new updates to various technologies like their RUnabouts which would be shifting and changing.

"Oh looks like the latest rounds of updates have come through." She was looking at them.. advance in their shielding tech were looking beefy as the various armors around them were changing thanks to the Materia. Some weapopns they would be able to get access to and she was liking it as the idea of beskar being all powerful continued to more and more be pushed to the waysidde. Her blade could already cut it the thing burned hot enough and now common flame units would be able to handle it if the enclave attacked the people. THe improvements to their survival gear and even defensive stun sticks was nice as well. She made notes of the sleek duel-drive system with force user powered hyperdrives and engines.

"These upgrades will come in handy for the sakuma fighters." She said it with a grin and well.. her fighter was one of the finest in the galaxy.. with the ability to be heavily upgraded as needed and even more it fit her and her handmaidens who acted as the co-pilots... so she had that going for herself. There was more as she looked at the shield upgrades that has been done and all the versions of their shields for armor, vehicles ships and even planetary gates were abel to use and bbe protected with it... a massive improvement in most cases as it became standard fair more and more with them. Atrisia would be able to do a lot more while she checked on things.

"I am seeing some strong weapon upgrades and those improvements to the shuttles will be something to see... the shields are getting better and better in most cases though... we already could dive into a sun and now it looks like they will be aable to avoid some enemy attacks... though not being able to shoot or move could be an issue if one is not careful." Kuro said it and Nari was nodding as she looked over some of the other design upgrades that had gone through. Nari was whistling and impressed. "The upgrrades to the monitoring stations will give us a lot.. we have been using them as a network and now they will be able to give so much more sensor data."

Junko nodded to that.. the monitoring stations were overhauled being some of the oldest and now they were up there with some of the newest in terms of technical capability. That the Commonwealth was working on and developing with Sasori and its united umbrella of companies... well they were pushing for even more things. The better they could manage to improve their technology and education the less they would have to worry about the people being ignorant. Whcih would mean they wouldn't be taken in by promises of being controlled if they give everything up... that had happened before and they were still facing the dangers of it.

"The monitoring stations are just a part of what is coming for some of the oldest combat vehicles and equipment that we have. I know Sasori is improving some of their base model weapons as well like those flamethrowers we have access to and even their anti droid weapons. The biots we can grow on Mayferria are just another expanding part of it and what the Commonwealth will have access to for all of our support among them." Their advanced teleportation, matter manipulation and fabrication technology went even further as it was not entirely force based in some cases so everyone could use it... which elevated their normal citizens as well.

Junko could see more was being worked on.. the hypergate shielding added to the standard was just the beginning.. there was a portion of the shield designed and expanded upon for planetary use... if they could upgrade more of the defenses like the deployable flowers which she was able to see variations becoming the stnadard for.. then they would be able to implement a lot more in terms of weapons around a system. She also knew they were worrking to make it so the beskar they would have to face became less and less of an issue. Sasori and the bladesisters had some fo the best in terms of Beskar variants... the plating able to repair inself on top of being weightless.

THey had other improvements she knew were going through.. an advancement of the stun stick they had developed for protection.. it was strong and now much much stronger... they were always making a new crystal that would be able to be used in a saber or as an adornment. She wa glad though while the soldierrs continued to work and the latest rounds of upgrades had continued on.... Nari was there with her and offering a nod as she checked them out with her guard armor and the shielding as well as the equipment. "Never stops being impressive... this new design of being able to upgrade itself with any improvements is maybe the best thing designed."

JUnko nodded to Nari and the materia was impressive.. the programmable matter that they were using offered the best benefit as they didn't need to make a dozen weapons... just a dozen updates to it.. which could go out from their galactic communications network and then it would upgrrade all of the weapons.. it was a purpose that saved them a lot of capital since they could run their factories and didn't need to refit anything to produce new technologies... they had more then enough as it were which went a lot longer in terms of facing any competition... who barely could match their base model equipment that was released let alone the more advanced things.

Nari was checking out some of the fabricated weapons as the handheld flaame pistols were well impressive enough... then there was the advanced zeo weapon platforms that they were going to be testing out for a check here and there. She could see a few of the advanced units practicing after they haad it and getting the instructions on how to shift and alter the weapon configuration. Junko took the time to check out the more impressive items they were developing from fabrication bells and crystals to improved armors and clothing.. there was even upgraded stun sticks and they were looking into developing the basic equipment like gun harnesses and hand axes.

Junko was seeing some of the other droid models and tanks that had been made. The more personal and smaller models were ddesigned for a one person approach as it would give plenty of weapons and armor to protect them while they moved around. She could see the benefit of rapid moving tanks able to make turns quickly enough in the cities and streets. As opposed to some of the more large and brutal ones that they had like their Lupin class which was seeing use but it had a nullification effect for anti force operations and dind't discern friend from foe in that regard. It would need to be seen and tested more and more by them.

SHe was also seeing the droids and the main combat models would be impressive but the real treat was the ones that they could set in a place and they would wait.. becoming stronger. THe gyldr model alone would be something to have in cities as if there were attacks they would be ble to make themselves larger and stronger to fight... or if they sent a small contingent of them to a world like Raxus Prime or bracca.. junk worldds that were filled with scrap and materials they could breakdown and add to theirr own.. duplicating and develoiping themselves into these massive engines of protection and destroction that would be able to be used.

Nari was lookingat more of it and providing her a grin now. "We have also been ablen to find some uses here... the island it good with the training plates.. we can shift the envinronment to our needs which allows it to houses and conceal where we need it to. We are setting up rocks and formations in the open areas that will allow for maximum coverage and concealment. We have been working on what will be trenches and tunnels for moving around underneath most enemy forces. Planning where if a force was going to try and occupy the island they would have to go so we can set up pop up turrets to tear them apart before we go in and clear them out."

Nari was good at the tactical and she had learned through the experience of the war what they usually face. It wasn't a question of their interdicition fields, stations, fleets and planetary shields preventing them from getting to the world... if someone wanted to get here and attack they would find a way through all of it and gleeing talk about how pathetic they were while saying how amazing a conquerr they were.. that was a given. THhey would be able to get to all important locations like Jar'Kai's palace, here and likely even chitai's royal palace with no resistance and a massive occupying force... So why do it, because when the moment comes to resist they would have more then enough to overwhelm.

"We should have more then enough in terms of pop up turrets and droids. We will also be able to use some biots in places. I know that we have been working to improve them and with the new frontline projectors it should prove effective to have smaller units that are able to replicate themselves." THey would be able ot work on the frontline prrojectors.. if they could make them more standard issues for biots.. it would allow them to vastly improve their general use... hell she was looking at armament upgrades and if they used the lotus mines loaded with the right amount and types of grrenades they were able to make some dangerous and powerful moments.

There was also the work that was going into getting them speeders and Supisy was there to test those.. she provided a good amount of feedback on whaat it waas they were doing orr needed to get involved with it. A small squad on force riders or the boudica class could go across the island quickly or they would be able to use the tunnels and built in blen speeders... use the steaalth models to sneak up on enemy forces. "We will be able to do a lot more Nari... a whole lot more as we improve tactical support for the soldiers. THeir makie and aruni drones will be needing the improved equipment and if we can get some of the compressed cannons on them oh small drones with turbolasers."

Nari was looking at her and there was a look. "If we can get turbolasers on our drone sit would providde a massive tactical advantage to us. The stealth tech that has been getting developed has also given us a number of tactical advantage." SHe was looking aat it and at more of what they had.. there was some impressive means for them in most cases. She was able to see more advantages in improving their defensive technologies. the barriers they made to be portable and to corden off areas of the cities.. if they could strengthen that then their usual sectioning would become an important tact in their military applications. THey already did it with deployable barracks.

There was more as they were improving their economy which meant their standing with Darakar compared to the banks was an important part of it all.. if it could double or even triple in its current value then they would be able to really make an impact across the galaxy as the daraka was smaller, seen as more valuable and within the Commonwealth a means of heavy trade while outside of it a single ingot could get a lot for a planet or organization when they traded it in and sold it off... the Commonwealth made a point of honoring all who had it as a marker after all which made it more reliable to many others across the galaxy.

Aside from the mountains of darakar that they had were other upgrades.. the ablative walls they could deploy with shields in buildings were being made smaller but stronger.. they would be able to fortify buildings walls and windows with self repairing and highly protected shielding... they would need towork on upgrading the scythe mounted weapons... if they could get those to function then they could line hallways proper with defensive turrets that would be able to bring better protection when they were sectioning off areas of sewers or buildings. It would go a long way with their various grenades and mines that were being used for utility.

THeir vehicles would be an important thing as well, the tank and walkers they had were in need of some updates... if they could get them to function and maintain themselves it would reduce a great deal of risk and problems for them later on. If they could get them to be automated with control being to the drivers or pilot.. they could increase their forces by spreading them out among the units. With vehicles, their weapons and fighters.. they could upgrade those more and more since they were getting better... the kabaneri would serve well enough and they had stealth models... all functioned as interdiciton and long range craft thankfully.

Junko was looking at Nari as other things popped up... mostly it was updates to some other equipment but also that the Alliance was well doing an open contract search for weapons to be designed. Sasori and by extension was even trying it out and if there was any company that could make a showing it would be Sasori.. their weapons were some of the finest cracfted and more so then that.. you didn't really compete with them you sort of hoped that Matsu didn't turn her attention to what you were trying to do. She was a cousin and respected but she was also one who took making sure that she provided the best to a degree few others could meet.

There was also an economic conference.... which was usually interesting enough. Sasori being there would be able to get it out... depending on what they chose to show off to the rest of the galaxy. She Doubted the massive discplates would be shown to them.. the stations themselves were massive and made for tens of trillions of refugees from the wars across the galaxy. THey would be able to make the stationand with the new hyperdrives they could in theory move it now to another galaxy... a way to populate and bring thousands of species there or bring more back to here and create a cultural exchange. Junko knew there was their massive stations already across the galaxy for that purpose as well.

Junko pulled up some more information and the monitoring stations were upgrading themselves... they connected with the crucible stations for a network with the shadow array that was done and it allowed other things like the beacons that Sasori had built for worlds to be used better... it was a closed system for Sasori that mirrored the holonet and could even work with it but it was harder to slice into and manipulate without being near the main control hubs that Sasori protected and controlled. There had even been one assembled down in Chitai for Atrisia itself.. that they would be able to use and have for communications and monitoring but also to use the teleporter that was there to access it and have a massive industrial presence.

The empress of the inner world was amenable to some things as the royal palace itself was built there as a beautiful thing... on its surface and able to connect to the moon that was in the inner world. It allowed the palace to technically be in three places... above in Jar'kai and then it goes down to the palace of chitai with the one thousand kilometers in between being designed with bunkers, sensors and more equipment. The Chi-Oni used the equipment into quite a wonderful thing that they might be able to use... she rather liked it since they had old legends of ancient Atrisian technologies and what they were able to do with their ships.

The display was showing and a model of the planet came up and then the system.. as they had continued to expand they were charting parts of it and the silk road could be seen as they upgraded other parts... working out there to lockdown many areas of the system.. setting up shielding and interdiction stations that would be active and control a large area of the system with specific corridors that were fairly large for other ships but it was also the most patrolled area. The dyson stations shielding areas specifically set up with more parts of it. THe pulsemass mines would be there as she checked on more of it... a smile formin on her face.

"Now that is looking better." She saaid it and was able to see much more for all of them. Nari was nodding as she pulled it up and their elite marines were able to go and train.. their specific fleet was there as well as the royal Atrisian fleet. THey fashioned it like the Hapan fleet with each commonwealth world providing a single ship to the fleet which expanded the royal fleet to a few hundred vessels... the uniform nature with each one from a member world only differed in terms of colors. The planets themselves would seek out a few more as each world terraformed, each moon terraformed was a ship and its own defensive fleets.

Nari had gone further in some cases.. proposing the military be a mixture as well... planet wise and territory wise if they could work on cooperation between the worlds then a combined military would be large enough. JUnko had accepted it and the emperor liked the idea but the allied forces that they used. "It is all looking betterr Nari... between there and here and some of these upgrades we might be able to really push ourselves to better places in the galaxy." She said it while new information from other divisions were coming in. New weapons that were looking insane in terms of power that were being presented and the fabricators were working overtime.

SHe saw some of the specs for older equipment and even as the inquisition was being rbought up... they had the chance to see some of the oldest armor for Atrisia. "Hmmm our own engineers have been working it seems. They updated the Inquisitions old armor." She said it and the idea of it still being around was somewhat of a joke but they had the Dreaamguard and the Blackguard which did much the same job as the inquisition did... only when dealing with outsiders who were force users and the dangers that they could usually bring to the planet. An upgrade to the type of armor and equipment they could use in those groups would help.

Nari was giving some attention to other aspects. "These drone weapons look promising... with the right application we could make a newer, sleeker elite commando force. The rifles can be used to shoot into orbit and target ships or acting like orbital sniper weaapons with our orbital platforms... then gliders down onto the planet where they can be faster moving teams with the drones for targetting locations with more precision. Combining it with the armor and drones our strike forces could become much more powerful and our military exponentially more effective compared to most others in the galaxy. Technologically at least.. in terms of training they showed more skills then many others already."

Junko was nodding to that, their overall military effectiveness was based on what they had aand what they knew and Atrisian standards adopted several aspects... specifically they were looking to bring in tactics from other groups and ways to reverse engineer forces that they fought. THeir education continued to expand but also handle things as it was improving their soldiers... socially and as individuals. There was then the other aspects that so far the path to being officials and citizens by serving when they become old enough as a mandatory service was proving effective. They had many retaining their positions and few left the system anymore trying to find a new life since they had more then enough here.
