The empress had shut her down and Unchou snickered... mostly going outof her way to show it as the girl from the eastern academy looked ready to blow a gasket. THe Northern one started to speak. "I am only wondering about the..." The loudest screech came through from the eastern woman.. she stood there and was shouting at the top of her lungs as the empress turned with Junko wrapping them in a force bubble to muffle the sounds. Unchou stood in the bubble. "Oh she is back again." The empress looked at her." She does this often?" Unchou nodded her head. "Yeah whenever we meet to talk she forces her way and does that if we try and ignore her raving."

The empress turned to look at her and she seemed to be mostly just going each time someone else tried to speak and she motioned for one of the yovshin to remove her as the guard grabbed her by the shoulders and started carrying her away. Junko expanded the bubble to the others so that they couldn't hear her and the woman from the north brought out some credits and gave it to the southern leader with a frown. "Damn she lasted longer this time then I thought before trying to shut down any conversation." The empress was looking at her and she gave a raised eyebrow. "So this is a normal thing now." She got nods. "Yeah her regressive ideals don't sit well so she screams until we capitulate"

Junko looked at them and was guessing they either did it a few times or went back on most of it when it came to her since all of them mostly reported decent numbers and the northern academy was just below the western academy. "Yes well someone can tell her that the eastern academies are goig to likely be closed thanks to their views and you can be specific that it is their views... if those are what is effecting their performances then there is no reason to keep them. If their students are being produced like that then I don't really want to give them to any of you.. we will just conert them into a standardized schools which will knock them out of the competition between the academies."

That seemed to stir them up. "Is there going to be additional cuts?" The southern academies hadn't spoken much but they were curious now... it brought Junkos face to look at them and she spoke. "Possibly, in truth while the Western academies have preformed the best the others northern and southern just largely just behind them. We have seen the operations here and will want to go through yours... even the eastern academies possibly if we have to convert it and make it more standard. The military though will be running it and they are not going to be prone to giving into yelling... if anything they will be in a stockade for disorder."

THey spent the next two hours laying out the plans and answering questions.. more so there was the plans for the academies and if they needed to run the risk of upsetting the less helpful eastern academies but those would be made into military academies that wouldn't partake in the wars. A new northern academy would be designed for them. To make up for it and increase the performance as each would be getting heavily renovation including new curriculum, new computer systems with a central learning AI to teach them and there would be even more improvements such as their physical prowess with some fo the best instructors who had been trained by martial arts masters.

Junko was rather impressed with how they were going to improve it and with the new defensive walls then they were going to be able to work on many more o f it. THe city would be at the center with four main towns and then further out there would be villages with in the middle areas that would be able to serve as a mixture of battlefield and training grounds... there was sections which would be going to the rivers where they were setting up purifiers for the water itself. The land was going to be worked on for farming and cultivation in higher concentrations. Ruins, areas of interest and if they worked on was platforms. The five forts would be around them.

There was other parts, the villages themselves that hadn't been relocated were being overhauled as well... from expansive repairs and new buildings that would work as well as famrland that they could use within the walled districts. They were developing weather control technologies to improve their ability to grow and protect them. Shielding bubbles that would appear and be in the walls to seal off each section from attack as well as spread out to some areas within the walls. They were setting it all up and the military aspects of the wall would be there to keep them safe as well as allowing each village to really organize itself.

Junko looked at more as the hardlight displays were being pulled up with more information about materials and they were being able to better contruct them. in the ways that would best suit the academies. The Western Academy was going to be much larger with the smaller one built onto it mainly because the two of them usually worked together and there was less a need to compete as the eastern academy was disappearing. Now it would be able to develop an official battleground, an official district where the three sides would compete against each other on open fields and in city streets or even simulated mountain regions.

Neo Kansai was being built up around them, from imported asteroids that were massive chunks of pure kyberite. They were carving the halls, the cities themselves to give the city the appearance of a single crystal that was large and beautiful. shimmering for all of the world to see. Jar'Kai's neo city would be the capital of the planet for posterity but that didn't mean that they were going to stop giving each of the cities a chance to be much much better. From the tri-layered walls that would serve to protect to the villages on the outer rings, the towns on the middle and finally wihtin the inner ring the city itself that was meant to be impressive.

The northern academy would be set and overlooking the river that was being dug and constructed for them. An artificial one that would be self contained and by design seeded with fish as well as everything else needed. There was the farmlands that would get the waters filtered and enriched so that they would be able to grow the best. With jedi research into plant surge to overproduce and they would be able to build up massive stores of grains, rice, fruits and veggies that could be frozen in carbonite and given to other worlds for a profit. They were building up their economy before the jedi master sidetracked her own thoughts.

"Junko..." The empress was speaking as they remained there and the jedi princess turned back to look a her. "Sorry empress, I distracted myself." She said it when she was looking at the others who were there... they had general ideas for their academies. What was being built and what would function within the academy district from simulated battlegrounds to the academies and smaller districts. The secondary academies would be getting a large upgrade as well compared to some of the others. Junko was also looking at the urban areas where they would be able to well have operations and practice but there would be shops and people able to live there.

She knew there were more coming around who would serve themselves but they were usually former students who freelanced helping out or found purpose. With the new military works it meant they could be in charge of helping shape the next generation of warriors on Atrisia. The empress seemed impressed with the area itself before they were heading out towards the northern academy.. while the western most was considered the most powerful the northern one sat atop the main hilltop. It overlooked the districts where as the western one was much larger in its campuses. The trek towards the north where they were allowed and brought out towards the reception area.

Junko was seeing more of the academy as well.. the northern was certainly the more prestigious in terms of its design and she could see why it didn't have a sub academy.. they had absorbed it centuries ago and it was being used as a second part of the campus with a massive athletic field in between the two buildings. Where she would be able to look and where the empress was though they couldn't look over it. The buildings were well maintained and the fencing around it old iron with stone works that would serve well in a siege as she could see where archers would be able to be used. There were buildings that housed thousands of students.

The dorms would be important as rebuilding them they would wantto make sure this was on par with kagamara which had once been used to house many students and teachers. With the right amount of work they should be able to better handle it. She was seeing some fo the classrooms as well and there was the view... that was the most impressive as it didn't have a fence on the one side instead a sher cliff that overlooked and had ziplines for dramatic entrances that could be used. Junko smirked to herself watching it before the two of them entered it and the Western academies and southern academies could be seen in the distance.

the view from the hill also looked out at the walls which were being reconstructed.. massive and with the orchid platforms... massive defensive platforms that would be moving around for them. There was weather control towers which would ansure the world was perfect and controlled as needed, opn rings in the skies above that worked with them and she was able to see the construction of tracks for the gentoku trams... massive fast railways that would go around the cities and it was cheap for the citizens, armored and defensible for the best results in the case of an attack gett through the defenses as they could fire down upon the streets which were being designed with choke points.

There was more being built, their shield towers and aerial defenses, pop up infantry turrets and vehicle pathways which could be controlled and monitored. She knew it might seem... more like a dictatorship but they were working with surveillance in terms of well protecting the people and the droids that were assigned would be able to make certain the streets were clean and clear. There was reinforcement and magnetic sealing on the doors which were being designed more like bulkheads for starships and could easily protect from the vacuum of space. Containment shielding which would protect the buildings and the material it was being made out of was strong.

They were also working on parts of the streets, from underground tunnels to the kyberite exterior that would better give it the new name as the crystal capital. The Kansai people were proud and their dedication important so the improvements to their city were welcomed by them from the generators that would be working to improve their lives to the weather control, high speeds rails and transports. Advanced roads themselves and newer model transports both land and air based. The spaceport was being changed somewhat since ships weren't coming down to the planet but they were in the anshin high above and there was even more now.

They were also doing other things.. the palace of flowers was being rebuilt and redesigned... an amazing place where one of the former emperors had imported from the world and the galaxy itself tens of thousands of flowers. All of them exotic, all of them in dozens of colors and shades that created a sea around it and they grew.. their seeds cared for and fed until the levels of the palace was full of beds of them giving it a multi colored amazement. Tens of thousands of shades and colors with scents to match in the air. She knew there was a few other things here being rebuilt.. the gardens and tea house which was a show where the kensai met with others outside of their village.

The empress entered the large meeting area of the northern academy and the garden was beautiful... cherry trees with plums and the scent of jasmine intermingling into an almost flawlessly soothing place. Their appearance was some of the highest rated and she could see why as the students were training and going over what they had learned from their latest fights. Junko could see more while she took a seat offered with the empress on a dais to look upon the students who were here and below her the others were allowed to sit with their attention on everything that the other schools who had come in were able to see likely for the first time.

She could also see what was going to be one of the more impressive parts of it a hovering section of neo kansai... a second cit built in the sky that served in many ways as a means It would function less for the rich and more so they could have the more highly technical and modern look as well as create ion cannon coverage. With advanced shielding i would serve to protect them with additional shielding, cover and handle fighters if they were coming through the cities... also one of the better ways they would be able to have ports in the city without endangering the people now that mines and farmlands were being produced in abundance.

She could see some of the other things they were making, the weather control advances were experimenting with shieldings for harsh winds and when in the heat of summer it was able to cool the air quite amazingly. It would also work best for them if they were wanting to simulate in different areas of the city... for some of the smaller watergardens that are well used during the winter for skating... there was the farm areas that they could control the sun and rain around them to grow everything to perfection. She knew they were working on a number of other improvements from the roadways to the shielding to the buildings where self sustaining technology was built for anyone.

Junko sat down in the garden and she was seeing more of it now.. the trees were well cared for, the flowers maintained which she could see why this was one of the highest if not the highest academically, militarily the western wolves were the most sought after and the newest changes of the Jishi era which was combining the two more and more... all of the students and care would be through the discipline of the military. The Empress seemed more impressed with the food that had been provided to her with a smile on her face and the tea was fragrant that they would be able to see it. She was also looking at the other students who were around them and their saori uniforms were designed wonderfully.

She was also looking at some of their other students with a nod of approval.. the empress had presented a few challenges to them in terms of what might happen. She could see much more fromthem and Unchou was presenting herself as the head of the Western academy... she wasn't the headmaster but Junko was guessing as the top fighter in the school that focused on making sure they had plenty of strong fighters she more then likely had clout and a whole lot of influence. The headmaster was also not one to come out unless needed instead focusing on making sure their own training was a bigger and more important thing to set an example.

There was also the chance that the empress was having as they started quickly going over the information itself. The design was there and all of the alcoves and hidden tunnels would be fixed and replicated but they were going to work to develop the more self contained nature of the reactor for the school and internal as well as external defenses. The walls of the academy were still only going to be on three sides with the massive drop but they would add more to the cliff itself which would make For a wall of defenses such as cannons and turrets to have the biggest coverage. Tunnels below the academy as well as some of the exterior smaller buildings and fields where training could be done.

The newer atrisian droids that were designed for this purpose and rapidly building would serve a better purpose as well. from the self automated and ground based construction droids. They were also working on better ways to improve it and more portable molecular furnaces that were reverse engineered from old republic construction droids. There were other things and she listened to chujo who presented her case here first. "Thank you for coming empress, princess and our rivals but fellow students of the western and southern academies. You know me as Chujo of the Northern academy and we have a presentation of the newer ideas and technologies we have been developing.

"As you know whatthe Northern Academy lacks in its martial and military techniques which ave becomes dominated by the Western Wolves." She paused as Unchou sat there and smirked but the Empress motioned for her to continue. "We have the finest numbers in terms of academic testing and designs. The highest record number of engineers who have come out of the academy to benefit Atrisian military forces." She paused again for just a moment bringing up what information they could find. "We have reverse engineered old repulic construction droids with their molecular furnaces and using prototypers, synthicators and rapid production technologies created a field kit for crafting parts."

The empress was sitting there and nodded as she understood but wanted her to continue the presentation. "We have been looking at and reverse engineering a number of equipment from the old republics and even the empire. The old emperor Akio Kahoshi did quite a lot for getting different engineering species around here. With chiss, zeltrons and twi'leks who aid from the islands we do have a stronger technical base for our projects. It is why most of our things seem to have been built up and are marvels compared to many of the others. The rings of Atrisian defense that has been getting worked on to protect and we have seen some of the new update."

Junko raised an eyebrow and yeah that sounded correct in it. They had some chiss engineers and Zeltron engineers as well as a few other species who knew the value of high end technology and what you could do with strong engineering experience. That was a benefit as with them they could create a lot of better weapons from those engineers. Science and battle working together to make some of the best and brightest weapons and equipment. "This is good, now the pitch for what we she be giving you in terms of improvements with the new construction. The Western Academies wanted more military facilities for training and that would make better soldiers you want more labs?"

Chujo gave a nod of her head to that. "Yes we would like to have better labs for the different sciences and engineering endeavors. While the academies compete to with each other to become stronger we have also a purpose towards the betterment of Atrisia itself." She stood tall and proud as Unchou rose up, the Raven haired Atrisian was a brawler and walked over as she was looking at the plans and grinned to herself. "These look really cool ya nerds.... I say we do it. Western Academies have been fighting them and this is some of the things they could be doing... let them have toys so that I can smash them please empress."

Junko raised an eyebrow and she could see Chujo stiffen as Unchou got closer and was that a flush to her cheeks... surely not. The two of them likely hadn't met each other outside a few meetings or the battlefield.... but maybe. She looked at the empress who was speaking and gave a nod of her head. "I do not see much a problem with this but there would have to be stipulations, mostly on ammo and uses as we can't have you using a tank against fellow students and destroying the city is that understood?" She said it with a nod of her head. "Though we would also want to open the academy to Atrisian citizens who have an interest in engineering."

Chujo looked at the empress and bowed as she was standing there. "Yes empress, if they express an interest in engineering over being a meat head who stabs things we shall gladly welcome them. The entrance exams will be more focused." She said it and Junko looked at her. "Why relax them or focus them... no I would suggest keeping them the same but have the academies work better together to more organize their mock battle and transfer students. As we are closing down the eastern academy and reworking it into a purely military academy outside of the ways of the now big three. It will be up to you to self police yourself and regulate your students."

The empress spoke. "Yes, if anything I would prefer your are more careful about who you let in.. I did not care for the rhetoric of the Eastern academy... their lack of decorum and just screeching at the top of their lungs was... insulting. We do not want anything like that and if need be we shall go about talking wih the families to try and straighten them out... or direct to the military academies that will be set up across the planet to better cultivate and improve the education of all." The empress said it and she stretched her arms out with a smile on her face as Unchou spoke still standing there. "Ah don't worry but the eastern academy empress, they are some o the weakest fighters and couldn't match us with arms behind our back."

"The eastern academies are no longer a concern their views are indicative of children who don't know how or why the world works. They are spoiled and are being looked into. If they are found to be dangerous or not salvageable we have methods to handle them same as those who wished the return of mythos. They are allowed to go and make their grand utopia. See how long they are able to function without the infrastructure they dislike or the amenities that take away the problems to let them argue and claim hatred of their own people." The empress really didn't seem to enjoy the idea but well it wouldn't be the first time Atrisians had been exiled to fend for themselves... though few knew they would be welcomed back openly.

Junko knew fe did it because just like most of Atrisia they were stubborn and dedicated even in their well hatred and wanting to buck the system they literally used it. The jedi master was looking at Chujo and unchou as he Western Academy wanted to keep teasing the other when they moved around. The empress rose up though and spoke more. "We will not worry about them yet but you have intrigued me and a dedicated engineering academy could be amazing for some fo the best and brightest. I hink the emperor would agree of the results of the academies here and if we could bring some of that structure to the others across the planet we could end up with a lot of stronger generations."

She got some looks and unchou spoke.. "Ahhh yeah... I just like punching things but if we are going after the snowflakes well all the more fun right Chujo-chan?" She said it and wrapped an arm around the Northern girls shoulders laughing for a moment. "Maybe next time you will just tie yourself up for us when we fight and we can take you in aas a prisoner without much hassle." That got another laugh from her and Chuko was looking mortified at the prospect as the Empress raised an eyebrow with a look at the two of them as she rose up and adjusted the map showing more of the things that was being worked on for the city.

"Alright, we have seen the presentation from here.. we'll take an airship and be hosted at the southern academy... I trust you have a presentation that is equally as profound yes?" She said it and looked at the headmaster of the academy as he sat there and brushing the close shaved head he had before rising up. He hadn't sent his student council president as the others had.. the headmaster taking the moment to speak. "We have, they have been using the time here to set things up and give you a proper presentation without the... failures of decorum." He said it and looked at Unchou and Chujo who both seemed to stop and stand there as Junko spoke.

"NOw now, while tradition is important... decorum canbe taxing headmaster. Sometimes it is much easier to get directly to the poiint and as handling the eastern academy taught us we have had to face something much much more annoying." Junko said it with a look on her face though as the man seemed to understand and he seemed to think about it. She knew winning him over to dropping pretenses might be impossible but not entirely unheard of. The biggest dangers here might be insulting him but... she understood a few of the things they were creating now. "The southern academies will gladly host all of you and make our presentation."

That seemed to settle that and the empress was looking at the man with a small bow of her head. Her guards were mostly for display and decorum so they were leading them off towards the airship which would ferry them all across the city. "Very well then, we shall eat in the air while we are descending towards the southern academy." She said it and walked out of the garden with her face neutral. Junko followed and the others filed after her as well... the dismisal was not missed b the southern headmaster who realized possibly what he had done in chastising the two student council presidents.. he had gravely insulted the empress and Junko could feel the worry of him for a moment.

The airship was there and ready for the two of them, they headed into it and Unchou and Chujo were in their rooms, the headmaster had joined them and they were making the trip seeing the main parts of the city. Where they were carving and cutting through the kyberite crystal and working on the interlocking seams to turn it visually into a solid looking crystal. There was more parts of it so that they could establish the walls as they could see in the distance the eastern academies being cleared out. Students looking up and trying to protest against them and what they were doinng but no one seemed to care. The military kept them back and they had detained only a few.

Junko was sitting there in the room when the empress entered and sat down across from her with a nod of her head. "So what are you thinking Junko." She offered a look and Junko gave a small shrug. "I think there is something more between Chujo and unchou." She said it and the empress was looking at her with a raised eyebrow but laughed. "Well that is obvious.... but they want to have their secrets so we shall allow them those secrets." Assuming that they weren't dangerous at least. There was more to it though and the empress was checking out a few things for her. "But I was talking about the academies themselves, the southern seems the most reclusive while the wast was well to loud.
