- Advanced Storage: Designed to hold a lot of food within a small package for its belt... giving rations as needed and being able to feed the one wearing or using it.
- Storage Module: Designed to hold a high amount of product and be distributed among itself as a ration for meals.

Designed as additional rations to cover whatever else they could give for some of the things, the tactical cans and food cubes they could work on. The different types of food that could be worked on into the small ready to eat packs. Saori sell them for storage on ships to add them additional consumables for crew or in some cases entire armies, the ration packs can be used for a day or if conserved a few days for a soldier with minimal waste as the wrappers will degrade naturally over several years once the outer seal is broken on the boxes. SOme of the better marketing for it from the hostesses at Saori show there is some flavor to the food despite it being made to be hydrated and pachages in a factory it will still taste like home.
The years have been kind as technology has improved.. better packaging and improved design to the casing... specifically in how it is able to breakdown and replenish itself over time with raw materials like scraps and other things... giving the rations not just the ability to be reused but almost as a one for a lifetime food source. As a means of survival they are essential, as a benefit to send with supplies for jedi and soldiers in the field the high quality rations are some fo the best for the body aand mind to keep it going.
