Sanari Kenkuujo or SNRI - Strategic Naval Research Institute, is the sole manufacturer of the various warships Xiro has contracted the designs of which from parent corporation Kuat-Entralla Engineering through financial channels in their umbrella corp parents - Technoid Manufactorum. All of this out of sight and out of reach from the financial networks of the Galactic Alliance and Atrisian Commonwealth, as the very existence of Sanari is kept hidden.
Even its financial records are recorded under an obscure abbreviation "SNRI" in accounting records at their parent companies. The formation of the company was instrumental in the purchasing of New Imperial Order's Project 1153 OREL which later became Re-Project AX-150F6 - Asteroid Base Axis-Tengoku. The company also helped establish Kiliea Commands hidden Deepdocks Complex in the Unknown Regions in the codenamed zone: Garden of Thorns, where an additional fleet of newly designed Kuromaku ISD-KST1a Star Destroyers is being produced.
The company is purely industrial and closed in its operations - only making warships for the Kiliea Command and have zero presence on the larger open market. The only parties privy to its existence are

RATIONALE
To create an in character company that represents the sneaky back deals Kiliea Command has committed with factions like the New Imperial Order and the Trade Federation - to explore how it is producing in secret a rival fleet to conduct its coup against the Atrisian Imperial Court. Also to create another piece of the lore that can be explored by Atrisian RPers.
