Luck: Ru Comet is lucky. It isn't magic and it certainly isn't skill. It just seems that every now and then he simply comes up on the favorable side of slim odds. Sort of like winning a lottery, which he did.
Decent Pilot: Ru Comet is a trained starship pilot, not the greatest, but pretty good.
You owe me!: If there is one thing Ru Comet detests its clients that don't pay up. He will, and has, gone to great lengths to get his compensation. Its a pretty predictable personality flaw that has led to a few run ins with local law enforcement.
Speed! Vrrrrooooom!: What is a speed limit? I have deliveries to make! Ru Comet is speed. He will break every speed law on the books so long as it doesn't imminently endanger his life when behind the controls of any starship.
Taxation is theft!: Ru Comet doesn't believe any government has a right to tax his contracts, and doesn't pay them. This means he has plenty of active, low level, planetary bounties. It also affects how long he can stay in a spaceport for as eventually Spaceport Security will figure out they have a serial speeding and tax evasion offender in their midst.

BIOGRAPHY:
Ru Comet was born on Nar Shaddaa to an average, wholesome, Human family (for that area) that owned a modest home and an Akk Dog. Life was uneventful for him up until he won the weekly Nar Shaddaa lottery, endowing him with over one hundred thousand credits. Upon winning he paid off his parent's mortgage and then bought an old starship to become a galaxy seeing courier. Then he became a repeat tax evader and serial speeder. The amount of citations awaiting processing for Ru Comet is astounding. His parents couldn't be more proud! His mother was a spice dealer and his father a smuggler.

10% additional charge when passing through dangerous systems (Invasions, Dominions, Criminal Major Faction).
20% additional charge when the contracted package is a health hazard or volatile.

Tier 1: An object that would be considered light weight or compact. For example; data pads, blaster pistols, rations, medkits, etc.
Tier 2: An object that would be considered heavy enough to warrant the optional use of loading equipment or considerable in size. For example; blaster rifle crates, akk dogs, shuttle fuel cells, speeder engines, etc.
Tier 3: An object that would be considered heavy enough so that only the use of loading equipment can store it in the vessel or larger than most humanoids. For example; hyperdrives, large ore crates, swoop bikes, heavy weapons crates, bombs, heavy machinery components, etc.
