STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
Hutt traits: physically and mentally very resilient
Vast wealth: his business empire gives him more wealth than he could need, but he has grand ambitions for the future.
Keen mind: a good business mind helps him make good decisions and great deals
Cant fight: he is extremely strong and could mud wrestle an ox, but can't dodge a hit and is a mediocre shot with a blaster.
Once a Hutt...: Of course his business empire couldn't be as successful without a few shady dealings, the odd bounty hunter hiring etc. Rookal manages to keep just on the right side of the law, but his ambition leads him to push the limit.
Rookal inherited his wealth from his late father, the great Doraxa the Hutt. The company was smaller but on the rise when it changed hands and Rookal has taken it from strength to strength, his excellent business mind and ambition quadrupling turnover.
Currently he owns numerous factories and construction contractors. He has controlling stake in three large mining facilities and two penal facilities. His latest venture is people, working as a recruitment agency, hiring out large numbers of people to third parties for large projects, such as government infrastructure.
This latest venture did get the attention of his nearby separatist neighbours, who were suspicious of a Hutt controlling people. Their racial prejudices were proven unfounded after investigation though as other than a few minor pieces of advise, no crimes or other violations were found.
Rookals ultimate goal is to build a large starbase to become a centre of commerce and he plans to enter talks soon regards location.
The hutt empire is gone and he laments that, but there is no reason to dwell on the past, he will cut out his own slice of space.
